In some embodiments, the machine body 10 may have a washing chamber, and the door body 20 may be pivotally mounted to the machine body 10 to open and close the washing chamber. During the washing process of the dishwasher 100, the door 20 is in a closed state as shown in fig. 1 to 5. When a user takes and puts tableware, the door body 20 can form an angle of 90 degrees with the plane where the taking and putting opening of the washing cavity is located, so that the taking and putting opening is completely opened.
In addition, the door 20 may be in an open state as shown in fig. 6 to 9, and at a certain opening angle, one end of the door 20 away from the pivot axis (e.g., the upper end shown in fig. 9) is spaced apart from the machine body 10 by a certain distance, so that a certain degree of air convection can occur between the washing chamber and the outside. From this, be in the drying stage at dish washer 100, door body 20 is in the state of opening, makes the high temperature moisture in the washing intracavity discharge to the external world fast through getting put the mouth to improve the drying efficiency of tableware, thereby can reduce the temperature in rinsing stage, in order to reach the purpose that reduces dish washer 100 energy consumption, and avoid the potential safety hazard of the high temperature water spray of opening the door in the operation process, realize better drying effect simultaneously.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, 9, and 10-14, the dishwasher 100 may further include a positioning assembly 30, where the positioning assembly 30 is capable of positioning the door 20 when the door 20 is in the open state, so as to maintain the door 20 at a desired door opening angle according to needs (e.g., during a drying stage).
The specific structure of the positioning assembly 30 according to some embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 5, 9, and 10 to 14, the body 10 is provided with a stopper portion 11. The positioning assembly 30 comprises a tension spring 31, a first pull rope 32, a second pull rope 33 and a limit matching part 34. One end of the tension spring 31 is connected with one end of the first pull rope 32, the other end of the first pull rope 32 is connected with the limit matching portion 34, one end of the second pull rope 33 is connected with the limit matching portion 34, so that the first pull rope 32 and the second pull rope 33 can move together, and the other end of the second pull rope 33 is connected with the door body 20. The limit fitting part 34 is located on one side of the limit part 11 close to the door body 20. As shown in fig. 5 and 11, the stopper fitting portion 34 is located on the front side of the stopper portion 11.
In a state where the door 20 closes the washing compartment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the second rope 33 may be in a slack state, and the limit engagement portion 34 may abut against the limit portion 11. In the door closing state, the second pull rope 33 has no pretightening force under the action of the limiting part 11 and the limiting matching part 34; when the door body 20 needs to be opened, for example, when a door lock assembly for locking the machine body 10 and the door body 20 is unlocked, the door body 20 is not pulled by the second pull rope 33, and the door body 20 rotates relative to the machine body 10 under the action of gravity center of gravity of the self-weight to open the washing cavity, so that the washing cavity can be communicated with the outside. In some embodiments, the second pulling rope 33 is in a relaxed state, and the tension spring 31 may be in a stretched state due to the abutting of the position-limiting portion 11 and the position-limiting engagement portion 34, and the first pulling rope 32 is in a tightened state and provides a pulling force to the position-limiting portion 11.
As the door body 20 rotates, the second rope 33 is gradually stretched, and when the door body 20 rotates to a certain door opening angle, as shown in fig. 1-5, the second rope 33 is switched from a slack state to a tight state, and under the combined action of the second rope 33, the first rope 32, the tension spring 31 and the self weight of the door body 20, the door body 20 can be kept in balance at the required door opening angle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, when the second pull rope 33 is switched to the initial state of the tightened state, the initial distance is released, the length of the pull rope of the tension spring 31 is not changed, and the limit engaging portion 34 is still abutted against the limit portion 11, so that the door body 20 can be maintained at the predetermined opening angle. The door 20 is usually kept in an open state for a certain period of time after being opened, and for example, in a drying stage, the door 20 is kept in a position as shown in fig. 6 in order to dry the dishes sufficiently. The door body 20 is kept at a preset door opening angle through the positioning assembly 30, power consumption is not needed, energy consumption is reduced, the structure is simple, cost is low, the structure of the dish washing machine 100 is simplified, and production cost is reduced. In some embodiments, in the state that the door body 20 is at the predetermined door opening angle, as shown in fig. 9, the distance L between the end (e.g., the upper end shown in fig. 9) of the door body 20 away from the pivot axis and the machine body 10 is 80mm-120mm, i.e., 80mm ≦ L ≦ 120 mm. If the distance L is too small, the convection effect between the washing chamber and the external air is poor, which is not beneficial to improving the drying efficiency, and if the distance L is too large, which is not beneficial to keeping the balance of the door body 20. Within the distance range, the drying efficiency is high, the drying effect is good, and the energy consumption can be obviously reduced. In some embodiments, the distance L may be 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm, 120mm, and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in a state that the door 20 opens the washing chamber, a user may control the door 20 to rotate as needed to further increase the door opening angle, i.e., make the door opening angle greater than a predetermined door opening angle.
