Description

Drawer slide rail interlocking device with additional buffering function
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention discloses a drawer slide rail interlocking device with an additional buffering function, and relates to a drawer slide rail interlocking device which is arranged on the inner wall of a cabinet body, and when one drawer is opened, other drawers are locked so as to avoid the danger of inclination and even toppling caused by simultaneously opening two or more drawers, and has the buffering function of closing the drawers and the additional buffering function of avoiding shaking or noise.
[ background of the invention ]
When the cabinet body used in the prior art is provided with two or more drawers in a vertical direction in cooperation with the drawer slide rails, if the load of articles borne by the drawers is too heavy, the cabinet body is easy to incline and even topple, so that the accident of injury is caused, and the safety is influenced; in addition, when the drawer is closed, the speed is too high, so that the shaking or noise is generated, and the related components are easy to damage after long-time use.
Checking the new type of interlocking device of slide rail No. M387582 of Taiwan province, China, mainly connecting with other interlocking devices through a cable, the interlocking device is to set a slide block and a rotary disc on a fixed seat, a block is set on the rotary disc, the slide block and the block are connected with the rotary disc through a second spring to form linkage; the stop block is connected with a pulley of a slide rail, the slide block is connected with the cable, the stop block, the rotary table and the slide block can be synchronously driven to actuate when the slide rail slides outwards, and the cable is tensioned by the slide block to lock the efficacy of other interlocking devices when the pulley is separated from the stop block.
In addition, some manufacturers use a link type to connect adjacent drawers together by a link, and when one drawer is opened or closed, the other drawer is locked by the link. However, the drawer is composed of a plurality of connecting rods, which are connected with a plurality of components and are too complex to assemble, thereby increasing the weight and manufacturing cost of the drawer and being easy to malfunction, and the situation of shaking or noise is easy to occur when the drawer is closed, which needs to be improved.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention mainly aims to provide a drawer slide rail interlocking device with an additional buffering function, wherein an upper guiding inclined block and a lower guiding inclined block are integrally arranged at the rear side of an interlocking buffering slide block, so that the interlocking device not only has the interlocking function of interlocking the upper slide block and the lower slide block in a linkage manner to perform interlocking action, but also has the advantages of buffering action, avoiding jitter or noise generation and reducing component damage when a drawer is closed, and has the practicability of saving components, small size, no occupied space and convenience in flexible application.

when all the drawers are in a closed state, the drawer slide rail interlocking device with the additional buffering function is in an unlocked state (as shown in fig. 9) without interlocking locking, and in addition, when all the drawers are in a closed state as shown in fig. 11, one end of the first hook part 52 of the hook block 5 is positioned at the linkage part 6211 of the linkage block 621, and the second hook part 53 of the hook block 5 is positioned at the rear side of the linear guide groove 17 of the interlocking buffering seat 1 (as shown in fig. 12); when one of the lowermost drawers is opened and slid forward together with the inner rail 62, the interlocking portion 6211 of the interlocking block 621 of the inner rail 62 associated with the drawer drives the hook block 5 and the interlocking cushion slider 4 to slide forward (as shown in fig. 13-16), and simultaneously drives the interlocking upper slider 2 and the limiting rod 8 to slide upward along the lower guiding inclined surface 2111 of the interlocking upper slider 2 through the upper guiding inclined block 42 thereof until the fifth blocking end 421 abuts against the first blocking end 213 of the interlocking upper slider 2 (as shown in fig. 20), and the interlocking cushion slider 4 slides forward while also drives the interlocking lower slider 3 and the limiting rod 8 to slide downward along the upper guiding inclined surface 3111 of the interlocking lower slider 3 through the lower guiding inclined block 43 thereof until the sixth blocking end 431 (as shown in fig. 20) of the lower guiding inclined block 43 abuts against the third blocking end 313 of the interlocking lower slider 3 (as shown in fig. 20), at this time, the first hook portion 52 (as shown in fig. 17) of the hook 5 is moved forward (as shown in fig. 17) by the linking block 621, so that the second hook portion 53 of the hook 5 is engaged with the engaging slot 171 of the interlocking buffer seat 1, and the upper side of the limiting rod 8 is synchronously linked to move upward the interlocking lower slider 3 of the adjacent drawer slide interlocking device with additional buffer function (as shown in fig. 10), and the interlocking lower slider 3 also moves upward to move upward the interlocking upper slider 2 above the interlocking lower slider 3, and the interlocking upper slider 2 also moves upward to move upward the interlocking lower slider 3 of the adjacent drawer slide interlocking device with additional buffer function (as shown in fig. 10), and the fifth stopping end 421 of the upper guiding inclined block 42 of the interlocking buffer slider 4 abuts against the first stopping end 213 of the interlocking upper slider 2 due to the opened drawer, the sixth stopping end 431 of the lower guiding inclined block 43 abuts against the third stopping end 313 of the interlocking lower sliding block 3, so that the interlocking upper sliding blocks 2 and the interlocking lower sliding blocks 3 cannot be interlocked to achieve a locking effect, and therefore other drawers cannot be opened, so as to avoid the dangerous situation that two or more drawers are opened simultaneously and inclined or even toppled over, fig. 10 shows that the drawer positioned at the lowest position is opened, and actually, if another drawer slide rail interlocking device with an additional buffering function is adjacent to the drawer slide rail interlocking device below the opened drawer, the interlocking upper sliding block 2 of the drawer slide rail interlocking device with the additional buffering function, which is also interlocked downwards below the limiting rod 8, can also slide downwards to synchronously interlock and lock; when the drawer opened forward as shown in fig. 10 is closed and pushed backward, the interlocking portion 6211 of the interlocking block 621 of the inner rail 62 can interlock with the first hook portion 52 of the hook 5, so that the second hook portion 53 is separated from the latching groove 171 of the interlocking buffer seat 1 (as shown in fig. 16), and the drawer and the combined inner rail 62, together with the interlocking buffer slider 4 and the hook 5, automatically slide backward by the elastic restoring force of the first spring 71 and the second spring 72, and the resistance generated by retracting the cylinder shaft 161 of the buffer cylinder 16 when the interlocking buffer block 4 slides backward is used to reduce and slow the backward sliding speed to have a buffer effect, so as to prevent the drawer from shaking during the backward sliding, and relatively have the advantages of reducing noise, reducing component damage and prolonging the service life, as shown in fig. 13 to 14 and fig. 11 to fig. 12, when the drawer and the inner rail 62 are returned to the original position to complete the closing state (as shown in fig. 9), since the second stopping end 213 of each interlocking upper slide 2 of the drawer slide interlocking device with additional buffering function is adjacent to the fifth stopping end 421 of the interlocking buffering slide 4 due to the gravity of the interlocking upper slide 2, the unlocking state of each interlocking buffering slide 4 which can interlock the interlocking upper slide 2 and the interlocking lower slide 3 is restored, and at this time, each drawer can be selected to be opened outwards.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and the present invention may be modified in materials and structures, or replaced with technical equivalents, in the constructions of the above-mentioned various components. Therefore, structural equivalents made by using the description and drawings of the present invention or by directly or indirectly applying to other related arts are also encompassed within the scope of the present invention.
