As an alternative embodiment of the plugging mechanism 220, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the plugging mechanism 220 includes: two plugboards 221 respectively fixed on the opposite side surfaces of the two beams 210; two wing plates 231 are oppositely arranged on one outer side surface of the control box 230; wherein the insertion plates 221 are inserted into insertion slits formed between the corresponding wing plates 231 and the surface of the control box 230, respectively, to fix the control box 230 between the two beams 210.
In this embodiment, the control box 230 can be fixed between the two beams 210 by the wing plate 231 and the insertion plate 221, and has a simple structure and is easy to assemble and disassemble.
In this embodiment, the plugging plate 221 may be one surface of an angle steel, and the other surface is used for fixing with the beam 210.
In this embodiment, optionally, in order to enhance the integrity of the plugging mechanism 220 and facilitate the overall installation, the plugging mechanism 220 further includes a connecting plate 222 connecting the two plugging plates 221; and the connecting plate 222 is integrally formed with the two inserting plates 221.
In the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the insertion of the insertion plate 221 into the insertion seam formed between the corresponding wing plate 231 and the surface of the control box 230, optionally, the end of the wing plate 231 is provided with a chamfer; and the end part of the plug board 221 for plugging is provided with a chamfer.
As an alternative embodiment of the plugging mechanism 220, as shown in fig. 16 and 17, the plugging mechanism 220 includes: a support plate 223 fixed between the two beams 210 for supporting the control box 230; two elastic members 224, which are fixed on the opposite sides of the two beams 210, cooperate to clamp the control box 230 on the support plate 223.
In this embodiment, the control box 230 is inserted between the two elastic members 224, the two elastic members 224 can cooperate to clamp and fix the control box 230, and the supporting plate 223 can hold the control box 230; the space between the two elastic members 224 is large, which facilitates the aligned insertion of the control box 230.
In this embodiment, optionally, the elastic member 224 includes a base plate 2241; an elastic strip 2242 is arranged on the surface of the base plate 2241 facing the control box 230; the middle of the elastic strip 2242 bows toward the control box 230 to grip the control box 230.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 224 has a simple structure, is easy to process, and has a low cost.
In this embodiment, in order to prevent the control box 230 from extending beyond the edge of the supporting plate 223 when inserted between the two elastic members 224 or to facilitate positioning, a stopper 2231 is disposed on the supporting plate 223.
In this embodiment, optionally, in order to enhance the integrity of the plugging mechanism 220 and facilitate the integral installation, the supporting plate 223 is integrally formed with two elastic members 224.
In the present embodiment, optionally, in order to save materials and weight, the support plate 223 is provided with a lightening hole 2232.
In summary, when the slide block 130 in the lifting table frame is installed, the slide block can be firstly sleeved on the inner tube 120 and then directly inserted into the outer tube 110, and an avoiding notch does not need to be formed on the inner tube 120, so that the processing cost of the inner tube 120 is reduced; the sliding block 130, the driving box, the control box and other components of the invention are mostly in a plugging and clamping way, the assembly is simple, convenient and quick, the modularization degree is high, and the use of fixing pieces is reduced; the sliding block 130 and the outer pipe 110 are high in installation strength and good in stability, the service life can be prolonged, the assembly and disassembly are simple and convenient, and the maintenance and replacement of parts in the pipe are facilitated; the sliding piece 150 and the sliding block 130 work together to improve the overall stability of the lifting column 100 in the operation process.

1. A lifting table frame, comprising:
a lifting column (100);
the desktop installation frame (200) is fixed at the upper end of the lifting upright post (100); and
and the driving mechanism (300) is used for driving the lifting upright post (100) to lift so as to drive the desktop mounting frame (200) to lift.

The driving mechanism (300) drives the inner tube (120) to lift.
3. Lifting table frame as claimed in claim 2,
a plurality of first positioning holes (131) are arranged on the sliding block (130) at intervals;
the pipe wall of the outer pipe (110) is provided with a plurality of second positioning holes (111) which correspond to the first positioning holes (131) one by one;
a fixing member (140) is adapted to be screwed into the first positioning hole (131) through the second positioning hole (111) to fix the slider body (130) on the inner wall of the outer tube (110).
4. Lifting table frame as claimed in claim 2,
the outer edge of the sliding block (130) is provided with a flanging part (133), and the inner edge is provided with a plurality of friction plates (132) at intervals; wherein
A plurality of third positioning holes (1331) are formed in the flanging part (133);
the pipe wall of the outer pipe (110) is provided with a plurality of fourth positioning holes (112) which correspond to the third positioning holes (1331) one by one;
the sliding block (130) is sleeved at the upper end of the outer pipe (110) through the flanging part (133), and the fixing part (140) is suitable for being screwed into the third positioning hole (1331) and the fourth positioning hole (112) in sequence so as to fix the sliding block on the outer pipe (110).
5. Lifting table frame as claimed in claim 2,
a plurality of clamping blocks (134) are arranged on the sliding block (130) at intervals;
notches (113) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping blocks (134) are arranged on the upper edge of the outer pipe (110) at intervals;
the clamping blocks (134) are suitable for being clamped into the corresponding notches (113) so as to fix the sliding block (130) at the upper end of the outer pipe (110).
