The helmet can prevent the rainwater from falling on the goggles from influencing the sight of a driver when a motorcycle is started in a rainy day, can be well adapted in a sunny day and a rainy day, and can not cause the condition that rainwater falls into a gap between the goggles and the helmet body in the rainy day.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a motorcycle helmet.
Background
A motorcycle helmet is a head protection device for a motorcycle rider, and is generally classified into a full helmet, an off-road helmet, a half helmet, and the like. The problem that the rainwater flow on the goggles influences the sight when the current helmet inevitably occurs in the embarrassment that the rainwater falls into from the clearance between goggles and the helmet body and rainy day driving.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a motorcycle helmet which can prevent the rainwater flow on goggles from influencing the sight of a driver when a motorcycle is started in rainy days.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a motorcycle helmet, comprising a helmet body and a pair of eye protection lenses movably connected to the helmet body, wherein the surface of the eye protection lenses far away from the helmet body is provided with a nanometer self-cleaning film, and one side of the eye protection lenses close to the helmet body is provided with a polarization structure for blocking ultraviolet rays; the periphery of the opening on the front face of the helmet body is clamped with a sealing ring, and annular clamping grooves matched with the sealing ring are formed in the periphery of the opening on the front face of the helmet body. The arrangement of the nanometer self-cleaning film can prevent the rain water flow on the goggles from influencing the sight of a driver, thereby improving the safety. The arrangement of the polarization structure can block ultraviolet rays, so that the safety problem caused by influence of direct irradiation of strong light on a driver can be avoided even in sunny days; the sealing ring is arranged at the opening part of the helmet body, namely the part covered by the goggles, so that the problem that rainwater enters from the gap between the goggles and the helmet body in rainy days can be prevented.
The further technical scheme is that the upper end part of the protective glass lens is inclined outwards, the two ends of the top of the protective glass lens are provided with rainwater diversion slopes, and the inclined direction of the slopes is the direction gradually inclined downwards along the central position of the top of the protective glass lens towards the two ends. The upper end part of the protective glass piece is inclined outwards, so that a large part of rainwater brought by oblique blowing is hit to the outer inclined end of the upper end of the protective glass piece, the rainwater falls on the surface of the protective glass piece with the nanometer self-cleaning film, and the other part of rainwater falls between the protective glass piece and the helmet body, but due to the arrangement of the sealing ring, the rainwater cannot enter the helmet body. The two ends of the top of the eye protection lens are provided with the rainwater diversion slopes, so that the rainwater can be diverted, and accumulation is avoided.
The nanometer self-cleaning film is fixedly connected to the surface of the protective glass lens, which is far away from the helmet body; the one side of sealing ring facing to the eye protection lens is provided with a convex rib with gradually reduced size, and the groove side wall of the annular clamping groove is provided with a convex rib for increasing the connection strength of the sealing ring and the annular clamping groove. The one side that the sealing ring faced the goggles lens is equipped with the bead that the size reduces gradually, reduces the contact of goggles lens and sealing ring on the one hand, and the wearing and tearing on the other hand makes the place that the sealing ring contacted with the goggles lens be the sealing line contact rather than the sealing surface contact as far as possible, reinforcing leakproofness. The convex strips are arranged on the side walls of the annular clamping grooves, so that the connection tightness degree of the sealing ring and the annular clamping grooves can be increased.
The further technical scheme is that the polarization structure comprises a polarization film fixedly connected to the surface of the protective glass lens, which is close to the helmet body, and a transparent wear-resistant film is coated on one side of the polarization film. Thus, the situation that the polarizing film is worn after the protective glass lens is rotated for many times and the ultraviolet ray blocking effect is not realized can be avoided.
Another technical scheme is, the polarization structure is including setting up the polarization membrane mount in the goggles piece, sets up the smooth chamber that is used for polarization membrane mount gliding from top to bottom in the goggles piece, fixed connection polarization membrane on the polarization membrane mount, and smooth chamber is blind hole form and drill way both ends are fixed respectively and are set up a sealing strip, and the length of every sealing strip is half of smooth chamber drill way length. The polarizing film fixing frame is approximately rectangular; the polarization film fixing frame arranged in a sliding manner can be pulled out upwards by rainwater, and the polarization film fixing frame can be put back in sunny days, so that the dual-purpose polarization film fixing frame has a better pertinence.
The further technical scheme is that the upper end of the polarizing film fixing frame is fixedly connected with a rope buckle penetrating through two sealing strips, the lower end of the polarizing film fixing frame is provided with an outward flange, and an orifice of the sliding cavity is provided with an inward flange for preventing the polarizing film fixing frame from separating from the sliding cavity. The rope buckle is pulled upwards in rainy days, the barrier strip of the rubber elastic piece can be fixedly arranged below the inner flanging, the length of the barrier strip is consistent with that of the inner flanging, and the lower end of the polarizing film fixing frame is positioned between the inner flanging and the barrier strip after the rope buckle is pulled to overcome the barrier strip elasticity, so that the helmet is suitable for rainy days, and the polarizing film fixing frame is pushed downwards in sunny days.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the helmet can be well adapted in sunny and rainy days, and the situation that rainwater falls into from a gap between the goggles and the helmet body can not occur in rainy days. The transparent wear-resistant film is coated on one side of the polarizing film, so that the situation that the polarizing film is worn after the protective glass lens is rotated for many times and the ultraviolet ray is not blocked can be avoided.
