In this embodiment, the corresponding control instruction can be determined for different types of smart home devices, so that the cloud mobile phone can execute the control instruction in the target application, and the control of the smart home devices can be realized by using the cloud mobile phone.
Step 406, determining a target application according to the resource information included in the demand information; and determining a control instruction according to the control requirement included in the requirement information.
If the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the server may determine information of the resource that the user wishes to acquire, according to the requirement information in the operation instruction. For example, if the requirement information is "play song C", the resource information is the song name "song C", and if the requirement information is "play K song C", the resource information includes the singer name "K" and also includes the song name "song C".
Specifically, the server may determine, according to the resource information, a target application capable of acquiring the resource. For example, if the resource is a song, the server may search for the resource in each music application, so as to determine the corresponding target application.
If a plurality of applications can acquire the resource information, the server may use any one of the applications as a target application.
Further, the server may also determine a control instruction according to the control requirement included in the requirement information, for example, if the requirement information includes "play song C", the corresponding control instruction is "play". The control instructions may also include, for example, "stop," "pause," "volume control," and the like.
In this embodiment, the target application capable of acquiring the resource information can be determined, and the specific control instruction can also be determined, so that the control instruction can be processed by using the cloud mobile phone based on the target application, and even if the resource is in a platform which cannot be accessed by the current user terminal, the corresponding resource can be acquired based on the method provided by the application.
Step 407, in the connected cloud mobile phones, if a cloud mobile phone capable of processing the control information exists, determining the cloud mobile phone as a target cloud mobile phone; the connected cloud mobile phone is the cloud mobile phone of which the instruction is not completely executed; otherwise, acquiring an idle target cloud mobile phone from the cloud mobile phone pool, and otherwise, acquiring the idle target cloud mobile phone from the cloud mobile phone pool.
In actual application, the server may determine whether a cloud mobile phone capable of processing current control information exists in the connected cloud mobile phones, and if so, directly use the cloud mobile phone as a target cloud mobile phone.
The idle cloud mobile phone can be placed in the cloud mobile phone pool, and the idle cloud mobile phone is not connected with the server. When the cloud mobile phones are required to execute tasks, the server is connected with one of the cloud mobile phones and controls the cloud mobile phones.
The connected cloud mobile phone is a cloud mobile phone with an unexecuted instruction, for example, if the server acquires the resource of the song C by using the first cloud mobile phone, the first cloud mobile phone will be occupied by executing the instruction for a long time. In this case, the first cloud handset maintains a connection state with the server when executing the instruction.
Specifically, the server can determine the target cloud mobile phone from the connected cloud mobile phones, so that cloud mobile phone resources in the cloud mobile phone pool are saved.
Further, the command that the cloud mobile phone needs to be occupied for a long time can be used as a long command, for example, different commands can be classified in advance. Such as instructions to play music. And taking the instruction occupying the cloud mobile phone for a short time as a short instruction, such as an instruction for controlling the intelligent household equipment to be turned on or turned off.
Whether the connected cloud mobile phone can be used as a target cloud mobile phone can be determined according to preset rules. For example, long instructions may be divided into foreground operations and background operations. The long instruction running in the foreground monopolizes the cloud mobile phone, so that the cloud mobile phone can not process the current control information any more. The long instruction running in the background can be executed on the cloud mobile phone simultaneously with the segment instructions of the plurality of different users, so that the cloud mobile phone executing the long instruction in the background can be used as the target cloud mobile phone when the control information corresponds to the short instruction. In addition, the long instruction running in the background and the long instruction running in the foreground can be executed in the same cloud mobile phone.
For example, when a cloud mobile phone executes an instruction for acquiring an audio resource, the current control information indicates that the control lamp is turned off, and the cloud mobile phone can serve as a current target cloud mobile phone if the current control information corresponds to a short instruction.
If the connected cloud mobile phones do not meet the conditions and cannot serve as target cloud mobile phones, the server can acquire idle target cloud mobile phones in the cloud mobile phone pool. Specifically, a connection can be established with the target cloud mobile phone, so that the target application is started and the control information is processed.
And step 408, controlling the target cloud mobile phone to start the target application, and completing initialization of the application environment according to the target object information in the preset configuration information.
Specifically, the user may pre-configure target object information corresponding to the target application, where the target object information may include authorization information, and the server may complete initialization of the application environment using the target object information.
Further, the server can control the target cloud mobile phone to start the target application, can also obtain target object information in the preset configuration information, and logs in the target application by using the target object information.
And step 409, controlling the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information by using the target application.
In actual application, after the target application is started by the target cloud mobile phone, the server can control the target cloud mobile phone to process control information by using the target application, and further can process an operation instruction by using the target cloud mobile phone.
When the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling the smart home devices, the control information determined by the server may include information of the smart home devices to be controlled, and may further include a specific control instruction, and the server may control the target cloud mobile phone to execute the control instruction, so that the target cloud mobile phone can control the smart home devices to be controlled. For example, the control information includes a turn-off instruction, and if the to-be-controlled smart home device is an electric lamp, the server may control the target application to perform a turn-off operation for the electric lamp. For example, the target cloud handset may send a turn-off command to the electric light over the network.
Specifically, when the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the control information determined by the server may include resource information, the server may control the target cloud mobile phone to acquire corresponding resource information, and the server may also control the target cloud mobile phone to feed back the acquired resource to the user terminal, or the server may acquire the corresponding resource from the target cloud mobile phone and feed back the resource to the user terminal, so that the user terminal may play data of the resource. For example, if the control information includes song C, the server may control the target cloud mobile phone to acquire data of song C through the target application. In the embodiment, even if the user terminal cannot directly access the platform provided with the song C, the data resource of the song can be acquired by using the cloud mobile phone, so that the resource can be acquired in a cross-platform mode by the method provided by the application.
In this embodiment, the server may initialize the target application in the target cloud mobile phone according to the target object information, so that the application can log in based on the information of the current user, and thus, the target cloud mobile phone may be used to process the operation instruction corresponding to the user.
In one embodiment, the server may operate the target application processing control information in the target cloud handset in a simulation manner. The server can simulate the touch operation behavior of the user and operate the target application in the target cloud mobile phone, so that the target cloud mobile phone can process the control information.
For example, the server may simulate a user operation behavior, and click a key for turning off a bedroom lamp in a target application of the target cloud mobile phone, so that the target cloud mobile phone can control the smart home device.
For another example, the server may simulate a user operation behavior, and search for the song C in the target application of the target cloud mobile phone, so that the target cloud mobile phone can acquire data of the song C.
In another embodiment, the server may send a control instruction to a target application in the target cloud mobile phone through a preset interface, where the control instruction is used to control the target application to process control information. In this embodiment, an interface for operation may be agreed in advance with each target application, so that the server may operate the target application through the interface. For example, the server may send a control instruction to the target cloud mobile phone through the interface, and the target cloud mobile phone may execute the control instruction based on the function of the target application, for example, may execute an instruction to turn off the bedroom lamp.
In this embodiment, the server can directly operate the target application in the target cloud mobile phone, so that the user can use the function of the target application even when the target application is not set in the user terminal, and cross-platform intelligent device control is realized through each target application, and resources of multiple platforms are acquired.
In an alternative embodiment, the method provided by the present application is executed by a server, and a plurality of servers for executing the method of the present application may be provided.
After the server determines the target application and the control information, if the control information includes a long instruction that the time length of the cloud mobile phone to be occupied exceeds the preset time length, the server can write the identification information of the server and the information of the long instruction into a database, so that the server for processing the operation instruction is recorded through the database.
For example, the control information includes an instruction to play song C, and the instruction to play song may occupy the cloud mobile phone for a long time, so the control information may be considered to include the long instruction. At this time, the server may write its own information and the information of this long instruction in the database.
And if the control information comprises a stopping instruction corresponding to the long instruction, the server inquires information of the long instruction corresponding to the stopping instruction in the database according to the stopping instruction and determines the server identification information corresponding to the information of the long instruction.
For example, if the control information includes an instruction to stop playing song C, the server may query the database for information of a long instruction corresponding to the stop instruction, and may specifically search for an instruction from the same user terminal to play song C. The server may also determine server identification information corresponding to the long instruction, i.e., identification information of the server for processing the long instruction.
The server can compare the self identification information with the determined server identification information, and if the self identification information and the determined server identification information are consistent, the server can directly process the operation instruction, specifically can acquire the target cloud mobile phone, and processes the operation instruction by using the target cloud mobile phone. In this embodiment, the same server node can process the long instruction from the same user terminal and the stop instruction corresponding to the long instruction, thereby avoiding the problem that the execution of the long instruction cannot be stopped because the two instructions are dispatched to different nodes.
If the two are not consistent, the server may forward the operation instruction to the server corresponding to the server identifier, and the server receiving the operation instruction processes the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, the long instruction sent by the same user terminal and the stop instruction corresponding to the long instruction can be dispatched to the same server node, so as to avoid the problem that the execution of the long instruction cannot be stopped because the two instructions are dispatched to different nodes.
And step 410, if the control information is processed by the target cloud mobile phone, disconnecting the target cloud mobile phone from the target cloud mobile phone.
The server can also acquire the state of the target cloud mobile phone for processing the control information, and if the target cloud mobile phone finishes processing the control information to be processed, the server can be disconnected from the target cloud mobile phone. After the connection is disconnected, the cloud mobile phone resources are placed back to the cloud mobile phone pool, so that the cloud mobile phone resources are released in time.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a processing method of an operation instruction according to a third exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the method for processing an operation instruction provided by the present application includes:
step 601, receiving a voice password of a user, and determining an operation instruction including the requirement information according to the voice password.
The method provided by the application is executed by the user terminal, and the user terminal can be, for example, a smart speaker, a smart phone and other smart devices with a microphone.
The user terminal may receive a voice password of the user and determine an operation instruction including the demand information according to the voice password.
In one embodiment, the user terminal may directly parse the voice password and convert it into text content. In another embodiment, the user terminal may also send the voice password to the server, and the server parses the text content of the voice password and feeds back the text content to the user terminal.
The user terminal can generate an operation instruction including the requirement information according to the text content. For example, the user terminal may encapsulate the text content, the current environment information, and the like into an instruction, and send the instruction to the server; the current context information may be, for example, a local network address or the like.
Step 602, sending an operation instruction including the requirement information to a server, wherein the operation instruction is used for determining the target application and the control information; the target application is arranged in the target cloud mobile phone, and the control information is used for processing the control information when the target cloud mobile phone starts the target application.
The user terminal may also transmit an operation instruction including text content to the server.
Further, the user includes the requirement information in a command to operate the user terminal. For example, when the user controls the user terminal in a voice manner, the user terminal may speak the own requirement information, and the operation instruction sent by the user terminal to the server based on the command also includes the corresponding requirement information. For example, if the content spoken by the user is "play song C", the operation instruction sent by the user terminal to the server includes the requirement information.
The server may determine the target application and the control information according to the operation instruction based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, start the target application by using the target cloud mobile phone, and process the control information. Through the mode, the control of the cross-platform intelligent household equipment can be realized, and cross-platform resources can be acquired.
In an optional implementation manner, if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the user terminal may further receive resource data corresponding to the operation instruction, where the resource data is obtained by processing control information corresponding to the operation instruction when the target application is run.
The server may obtain the resource data corresponding to the operation instruction based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4, and feed back the resource data to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can receive the corresponding resource data.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus for processing an operation instruction according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 for processing an operation instruction provided in the present application includes:
a receiving unit 710 for receiving an operation instruction including the requirement information;
a determining unit 720, configured to determine target applications and control information according to the requirement information;
the processing unit 730 is configured to acquire a target cloud mobile phone, start the target application by using the target cloud mobile phone, and process the control information;
the target application is arranged in the target cloud mobile phone.
The implementation manner, principle and technical effect of the processing apparatus for operating instructions provided by the present application are similar to those of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus that operates an instruction according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the processing apparatus 700 of the operation instruction shown in fig. 7, if the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling an intelligent home device, the control information includes the intelligent home device to be controlled and a control instruction corresponding to the intelligent home device;
the determining unit 820 includes:
a configuration obtaining module 821, configured to obtain preset configuration information corresponding to the operation instruction;
the device determining module 822 is configured to determine information of the smart home device to be controlled according to the demand information and the smart home information included in the preset configuration information;
the first application determining module 823 is configured to determine the target application according to the information of the to-be-controlled smart home device;
and a first instruction determining module 824, configured to determine a control instruction according to the control requirement of the requirement information and the type of the smart home device to be controlled.
Here, the determination unit 820 refers to the same unit as the determination unit 720 in fig. 7.
Optionally, the first instruction determining module 824 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a command set corresponding to the type of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled;
and determining the control instruction corresponding to the control demand in the command set.
Optionally, if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the determining unit 820 includes:
a second application determining module 825, configured to determine, according to resource information included in the demand information, a target application that can acquire the resource information;
a second instruction determining module 826, configured to determine a control instruction according to the control requirement included in the requirement information.
Optionally, if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the apparatus further includes:
a sending unit 840, configured to send, according to the processing result of the target cloud mobile phone, resource data corresponding to the operation instruction.
Optionally, the processing unit 830 includes:
a target cloud mobile phone obtaining module 831, configured to determine, in a connected cloud mobile phone, a cloud mobile phone capable of processing the control information as a target cloud mobile phone if the cloud mobile phone exists; the connected cloud mobile phone is a cloud mobile phone of which the instruction is not executed;
otherwise, acquiring an idle target cloud mobile phone from the cloud mobile phone pool.
Optionally, preset configuration information is preset; the processing unit 830 includes:
a starting module 832, configured to control the target cloud mobile phone to start the target application, and complete initialization of an application environment according to target object information in the preset configuration information;
a processing module 833, configured to control the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information using the target application.
The processing unit 830 is the same as the processing unit 730 shown in fig. 7.
Optionally, the processing module 833 is specifically configured to:
operating a target application in the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information in a simulation mode;
and/or sending a control instruction to the target application in the target cloud mobile phone through a preset interface, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the target application to process the control information.
Optionally, the device is arranged in a server;
if the control information includes a long instruction that the time length of the cloud mobile phone to be occupied exceeds a preset time length, the apparatus further includes a writing unit 850, configured to write identification information of the apparatus and information of the long instruction into a database;
if the control information includes a stop instruction corresponding to a long instruction, the apparatus further includes an identifier determining unit 860, configured to query, according to the stop instruction, information of the long instruction corresponding to the stop instruction in a database, and determine server identifier information corresponding to the information of the long instruction;
if the identification information of the server itself is not consistent with the server identification information, the apparatus further includes a forwarding unit 870 configured to forward the operation instruction according to the server identification information.
Optionally, if the identification information of the server is consistent with the target identification information, the processing unit 830 executes the step of obtaining the target cloud mobile phone.
Optionally, if the control information is processed by the target cloud mobile phone, the apparatus further includes a release unit 880 configured to disconnect the connection with the target cloud mobile phone.
The specific principle, implementation manner, and effect of the apparatus provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and are not described again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus that operates an instruction according to a third exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 9, the apparatus 900 for processing an operation instruction provided in the present application includes:
a receiving unit 910, configured to receive a voice password of a user, and determine an operation instruction including requirement information according to the voice password;
a sending unit 920, configured to send the operation instruction including the requirement information to a server, where the operation instruction is used to determine a target application and control information;
the target application is arranged in a target cloud mobile phone, and the control information is used for processing the control information when the target cloud mobile phone starts the target application.
In an optional implementation manner, if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the receiving unit 910 is further configured to:
and receiving resource data corresponding to the operation instruction, wherein the resource data is obtained by processing control information corresponding to the operation instruction when the target application is operated.
The present application also provides a user terminal, which includes a processing device 900 for any one of the operation instructions shown in fig. 9.
The user terminal may be, for example, a smart speaker, such as a smart phone.
According to an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, a computer program product, including: a computer program, stored in a readable storage medium, from which at least one processor of the electronic device can read the computer program, the at least one processor executing the computer program causing the electronic device to perform the solution provided by any of the embodiments described above.
FIG. 10 shows a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 1000 that may be used to implement embodiments of the present application. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 10, the electronic device 1000 includes a computing unit 1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the device 1000 can also be stored. The calculation unit 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other by a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
A number of components in device 1000 are connected to I/O interface 1005, including: an input unit 1006 such as a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output unit 1007 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 1008 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 1009 such as a network card, a modem, a wireless communication transceiver, or the like. The communication unit 1009 allows the device 1000 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
Computing unit 1001 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components with processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 1001 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 1001 executes the respective methods and processes described above, such as the processing method of the operation instruction. For example, in some embodiments, the processing of operational instructions may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 1008. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto device 1000 via ROM 1002 and/or communications unit 1009. When the computer program is loaded into RAM 1003 and executed by computing unit 1001, one or more steps of the processing method of the operation instructions described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 1001 may be configured in any other suitable way (e.g., by means of firmware) to perform the processing method of the operation instructions.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.

To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. The Server can be a cloud Server, also called a cloud computing Server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so as to solve the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service ("Virtual Private Server", or simply "VPS"). The server may also be a server of a distributed system, or a server incorporating a blockchain.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present application can be achieved.

Claims (23)

1. A processing method of an operation instruction comprises the following steps:
receiving an operation instruction comprising demand information, and determining target application and control information according to the demand information; the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling the intelligent household equipment or an instruction for acquiring resources;
acquiring a target cloud mobile phone, starting the target application by using the target cloud mobile phone and processing the control information;
the target cloud mobile phone is provided with the target application;
if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, determining target application and control information according to the demand information includes: determining a target application capable of acquiring the resource information according to the resource information included in the demand information; determining a control instruction according to the control requirement included in the requirement information;
if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the method further includes: and sending resource data corresponding to the operation instruction according to the processing result of the target cloud mobile phone.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling the smart home devices, the control information includes the smart home devices to be controlled and corresponding control instructions thereof;
the determining of the target application and the control information according to the demand information includes:
acquiring preset configuration information corresponding to the operation instruction;
determining information of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled according to the intelligent household information included in the demand information and the preset configuration information;
determining the target application according to the information of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled;

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining a control instruction according to the control requirement of the requirement information and the type of the smart home equipment to be controlled comprises:
acquiring a command set corresponding to the type of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled;
and determining the control instruction corresponding to the control demand in the command set.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a target cloud handset comprises:
if a cloud mobile phone capable of processing the control information exists in the connected cloud mobile phones, determining the cloud mobile phone as a target cloud mobile phone; the connected cloud mobile phone is a cloud mobile phone of which the instruction is not executed;
otherwise, acquiring an idle target cloud mobile phone from the cloud mobile phone pool.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein preset configuration information is preset;
starting the target application and processing the control information by using the target cloud mobile phone, wherein the steps of:
controlling the target cloud mobile phone to start the target application, and completing application environment initialization according to target object information in the preset configuration information;
and controlling the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information by using the target application.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein controlling the target cloud handset to process the control information using the target application comprises:
operating a target application in the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information in a simulation mode;
and/or sending a control instruction to the target application in the target cloud mobile phone through a preset interface, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the target application to process the control information.
7. The method of claim 5, performed by a server;
after determining the target application and the control information according to the requirement information, the method further comprises the following steps:
if the control information comprises a long instruction that the time length of the cloud mobile phone to be occupied exceeds a preset time length, the server writes identification information of the server and information of the long instruction into a database;
if the control information comprises a stopping instruction corresponding to the long instruction, the server inquires information of the long instruction corresponding to the stopping instruction in a database according to the stopping instruction and determines server identification information corresponding to the information of the long instruction;
and if the identification information of the server per se is not consistent with the server identification information, forwarding the operation instruction according to the server identification information.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and if the identification information of the server is consistent with the target identification information, executing the step of acquiring the target cloud mobile phone.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the control information is processed by the target cloud mobile phone, disconnecting the target cloud mobile phone from the target cloud mobile phone.
10. A processing method of an operation instruction comprises the following steps:
receiving a voice password of a user, and determining an operation instruction comprising demand information according to the voice password;
sending the operation instruction including the requirement information to a server, wherein the operation instruction is used for determining target application and control information;
the target application is arranged in a target cloud mobile phone, and the control information is used for processing the control information when the target cloud mobile phone starts the target application;
if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the method further includes:
receiving resource data corresponding to the operation instruction, wherein the resource data is obtained by processing control information corresponding to the operation instruction when the target application is operated; the target application is an application capable of acquiring resource information included in the demand information; the control information is determined according to a control requirement included in the requirement information.
11. A processing apparatus that operates on instructions, comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive an operation instruction including the demand information; the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling the intelligent household equipment or an instruction for acquiring resources;
the determining unit is used for determining target application and control information according to the requirement information;
the processing unit is used for acquiring a target cloud mobile phone, starting the target application by using the target cloud mobile phone and processing the control information;
the target cloud mobile phone is provided with the target application;
if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the determining unit includes:
the second application determining module is used for determining a target application capable of acquiring the resource information according to the resource information included in the demand information;
the second instruction determining module is used for determining a control instruction according to the control requirement included in the requirement information;
if the operation instruction is an instruction for acquiring a resource, the apparatus further includes:
and the sending unit is used for sending the resource data corresponding to the operation instruction according to the processing result of the target cloud mobile phone.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein if the operation instruction is an instruction for controlling an intelligent home device, the control information includes the intelligent home device to be controlled and a control instruction corresponding to the intelligent home device;
the determination unit includes:
the configuration acquisition module is used for acquiring preset configuration information corresponding to the operation instruction;
the equipment determining module is used for determining the information of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled according to the intelligent household information included in the demand information and the preset configuration information;
the first application determining module is used for determining the target application according to the information of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled;
and the first instruction determining module is used for determining a control instruction according to the control requirement of the requirement information and the type of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the first instruction determining module is specifically configured to:
acquiring a command set corresponding to the type of the intelligent household equipment to be controlled;
and determining the control instruction corresponding to the control demand in the command set.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processing unit comprises:
the target cloud mobile phone acquisition module is used for determining a cloud mobile phone capable of processing the control information as a target cloud mobile phone if the cloud mobile phone exists in the connected cloud mobile phones; the connected cloud mobile phone is a cloud mobile phone of which the instruction is not executed;
otherwise, acquiring an idle target cloud mobile phone from the cloud mobile phone pool.
15. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein preset configuration information is preset; the processing unit includes:
the starting module is used for controlling the target cloud mobile phone to start the target application and finishing initialization of an application environment according to target object information in the preset configuration information;
and the processing module is used for controlling the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information by using the target application.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
operating a target application in the target cloud mobile phone to process the control information in a simulation mode;
and/or sending a control instruction to the target application in the target cloud mobile phone through a preset interface, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the target application to process the control information.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, disposed in a server;
if the control information comprises a long instruction that the time length of the cloud mobile phone to be occupied exceeds a preset time length, the device further comprises a writing unit, wherein the writing unit is used for writing identification information of the device and information of the long instruction into a database;
if the control information comprises a stopping instruction corresponding to the long instruction, the device further comprises an identification determining unit, which is used for inquiring the information of the long instruction corresponding to the stopping instruction in a database according to the stopping instruction and determining the server identification information corresponding to the information of the long instruction;
if the identification information of the server is not consistent with the server identification information, the device further comprises a forwarding unit for forwarding the operation instruction according to the server identification information.

and if the identification information of the server is consistent with the target identification information, the processing unit executes the step of acquiring the target cloud mobile phone.
