The housing 11 is provided with a recess 11c, the recess 11c may include a bottom wall 11c1 and a side wall provided at the outer periphery of the bottom wall 11c1 and extending in a direction away from the bottom wall 11c1, the recess 11c may be provided on the bottom wall 11c1 or/and the side wall of the recess 11c, and providing the recess 11c on the housing 11 and the heat dissipation area 15 on the bottom wall 11c1 or/and the side wall may be suitable for preventing rainwater from entering the interior of the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15 in rainy and snowy weather.
In the process of rainfall or snowfall, the heat dissipation area 15 is arranged on the bottom wall 11c1 or/and the side wall of the concave part 11c, so that rain and snow can possibly enter the concave part 11c only by meeting a certain inclination angle, and the contact between the heat dissipation area and the bottom wall 11c1 or the side wall of the concave part 11c is more difficult, and the heat dissipation area 15 is arranged on the bottom wall 11c1 or/and the side wall of the concave part 11c, so that the rain and snow prevention capability of the charging seat 1 is improved, and the reliability of the charging seat 1 is improved.
According to the charging seat 1 of the present invention, the concave portion 11c is disposed on the outer surface of the housing 11, and the heat dissipation area is disposed on the bottom wall 11c1 or/and the side wall 11c1 of the concave portion 11c, so that the charging seat 1 has good heat dissipation effect and good snow and rain protection capability, thereby improving the safety and the service life of the charging seat 1.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the recess 11c includes a bottom wall 11c1 and an upper side wall 11c2 provided at an upper edge of the bottom wall 11c1, and the heat dissipation region 15 is provided on the bottom wall 11c1 of the recess 11 c.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the charging stand 1 may be disposed standing, the depression 11c is disposed in the circumferential direction of the case 11 and depressed toward the inside of the case 11, the opening of the depression 11c may be opened toward the horizontal direction, the bottom wall 11c1 of the depression 11c may extend in the vertical direction, while the side wall of the depression 11c is disposed at the outer periphery of the bottom wall 11c1 and extends in the direction away from the inside of the case 11, there are an upper side wall 11c2 near the top of the case 11 and a lower side wall near the bottom of the case 11 in the side wall, the upper side wall 11c2 and the lower side wall may be disposed facing each other, and the first side wall and the second side wall connecting the upper side wall 11c2 and the lower side wall.
The heat dissipation area 15 may be disposed on the bottom wall 11c1 of the recess 11c, so that the heat dissipation area 15 is disposed in the recess 11c at a position closest to the inside of the housing 11 to reduce the probability of rainwater entering the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15, and rainwater needs to bypass the upper side wall 11c2 of the recess 11c to enter the inside of the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15, i.e., rainwater needs to incline at a considerable angle to bypass the upper side wall 11c2, which also makes the upper side wall 11c2 completely block rainwater in case of general rainfall, thereby preventing rainwater from entering the inside of the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation area 15 is disposed on the first side wall and/or the second side wall of the housing 11, and the disposition of the heat dissipation area 15 on the first side wall and/or the second side wall of the housing 11 can reduce the probability of rainwater entering into the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15, rainwater needs to bypass the upper side wall 11c2 of the recess 11c to enter into the interior of the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15, and rainwater also needs to incline at a considerable angle to bypass the upper side wall 11c2, which also makes the upper side wall 11c2 completely block rainwater in case of general rainfall, thereby preventing rainwater from entering into the interior of the housing 11 through the heat dissipation area 15.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation area 15 may be disposed on the bottom wall 11c1, the first side wall and the second side wall, and the disposition of the heat dissipation area 15 in the above areas helps to increase the heat dissipation area of the charging dock 1, thereby increasing the heat dissipation effect of the charging dock 1. The arrangement of the heat dissipation area 15 on the bottom wall 11c1, the first side wall and the second side wall can also reduce the probability of rainwater entering the charging stand 1, and the charging stand 1 has good reliability.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 11 comprises a bottom for supporting the charging stand to stand, and a top disposed opposite to the bottom, the side walls comprise an upper side wall 11c2 disposed near the top, and the connection between the outermost end of the upper side wall 11c2 and the lowermost end of the heat dissipation area 15 forms an angle α with the vertical direction, and satisfies: alpha is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 60 degrees. Meanwhile, the value range of alpha is set in the above range, so that the encroachment of the concave part 11c on the inner shell can be reduced as much as possible, and the spatial arrangement of the heat dissipation area 15 can also meet the heat dissipation requirement of the charging seat 1.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation area 15 includes heat dissipation holes 151 disposed on an outer surface of the housing 11, the heat dissipation holes 151 are respectively communicated with the receiving space and the external space, and the heat dissipation holes 151 may be configured as through holes penetrating through the housing 11 in a thickness direction, so as to facilitate processing of the housing 11 and arrangement of the heat dissipation area 15, so that the heat dissipation area 15 dissipates heat to the charging stand 1 in an air circulation manner.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer ends of the heat dissipation holes are higher than the inner ends of the heat dissipation holes 151, the heat dissipation holes are inclined upward in a direction from the outside of the housing 11 to the inside of the housing 11, so as to further improve the rain-proof effect of the heat dissipation area 15, and the heat dissipation holes are configured to have a structure with a high inside and a low outside, so as to further prevent rainwater from entering the charging base 1, thereby improving the rain-proof effect of the charging base 1.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the case 11 includes a case front portion and a case rear portion which are disposed opposite to each other, and a case side portion between the case front portion and the case rear portion, the case front portion is provided with a mating portion 13 for connection with the battery, and the air circulation passage is provided at the case side portion.
The front part of the shell, the back part of the shell and the side part of the shell can enclose a containing space for containing electrical elements, the front part of the shell can be suitable for being connected with a battery pack, the matching part 13 is arranged at the front part of the shell, so that the connection between the charging seat 1 and the battery is stable, and the connection between the battery pack and the charging seat 1 is stable.
The matching and connecting part 13 can include an electric connection matching and connecting part 13a and a fixed connection matching and connecting part 13b, wherein the electric connection matching and connecting part 13a is suitable for electrically connecting the battery pack with an electrical element in the charging seat 1, the fixed connection matching and connecting part 13b is suitable for contacting and matching the shell 11 with the battery pack so as to ensure that the relative position between the charging seat 1 and the battery pack is stable in the charging process, the electric connection matching and connecting part 13a is used for electrically connecting the battery pack with the electrical element inside the charging seat 1 in the charging process, and the fixed connection part ensures that the position between the battery pack and the charging seat 1 is relatively stable so that the battery pack can be stably charged for an electrical device through the charging seat 1.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the mating portion 13 includes a slide rail disposed at the front of the housing and adapted to be inserted into and mated with the battery pack, and a polar mount body 131, on which a plurality of electrode pads 132 adapted to be electrically connected with the battery pack are disposed. The battery pack can be provided with an insertion sheet matched with the slide rail, and in the matching process of the battery pack and the charging seat 1, the insertion sheet can be inserted into the slide rail along the extending direction of the slide rail, so that the battery pack and the charging seat 1 are stably connected, and after the insertion sheet and the slide rail are matched in place, the electrode sheet 132 on the polar seat body 131 is matched with the electric connection end on the battery pack, so that the battery pack is electrically connected with an electric appliance element in the charging seat 1.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the slide rails include a first slide rail 13b1 and a second slide rail 13b2 that are arranged at intervals, the heat dissipation area 15 is arranged between the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2, the arrangement of the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2 can ensure that the matching between the battery pack and the charging seat 1 is more stable, the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2 can be arranged in parallel, the battery pack and the charging seat 1 can be in plug-in fit along the extending direction of the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2, and meanwhile, the battery pack and the charging seat 1 can be prevented from shifting in the plug-in fit process.
The heat dissipation area 15 is arranged between the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2, so that the concave part 11c on the housing 11 has a sufficient arrangement space, the concave part 11c is arranged between the first slide rail 13b1 and the second slide rail 13b2 of the housing 11, the concave part 11c can be prevented from weakening the structural strength of the first slide rail and the second slide rail, in addition, the first slide rail and the second slide rail are protruded out of the outer surface of the housing 11, rainwater entering the concave part 11c through the side surface can be reduced to a certain extent, and the rainproof effect of the charging stand 1 is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the battery pack is matched with the charging seat 1, the battery pack and the concave portion 11c are opposite to each other, and the airflow can flow through the gap between the battery pack and the concave portion 11c, so that the airflow in the heat dissipation area 15 can simultaneously dissipate heat of the battery pack and the charging seat 1, the heat dissipation area of the charging seat 1 is increased, and the overall heat dissipation effect after the battery pack is matched with the charging seat 1 is better.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the case front is provided with a case front upper wall surface 103 connected to the upper side wall 11c2 of the recess 11c and a case front lower wall surface 104 connected to the lower side wall of the recess 11c, the case front upper wall surface 103, the case front lower wall surface 104 and the bottom wall 11c1 of the recess 11c extending in the same direction and being inclined at an angle to the vertical.
Arrange casing 11 as above-mentioned mode, can make casing 11 have lower focus after with the battery package cooperation to improve the stability behind battery package and the cooperation of charging seat 1, the slope sets up in addition and can makes charging seat 1 have good outward appearance, experiences with user's use.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the upper wall surface 103 of the front part of the housing, the lower wall surface 104 of the front part of the housing, and the bottom wall 11c1 of the recessed part 11c have the same extending direction and are inclined at an angle with the vertical direction, so that the battery pack can be more conveniently matched with the charging stand 1, and the battery pack can be obliquely inserted into the charging stand 1, thereby improving the user experience.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the charging base 1 further includes a heat dissipation fan 16 disposed in the accommodating space, and the heat dissipation fan 16 faces the heat dissipation area 15, so as to increase the flow rate of the gas, so that the gas can rapidly pass through the heat dissipation area 15, and perform sufficient heat dissipation on the electrical components in the accommodating space of the charging base 1.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 11 is arranged in a standing manner and includes a bottom for supporting the charging stand 1 and a top arranged opposite to the bottom, an accommodating space for accommodating an electrical component is arranged inside the housing 11, a heat dissipation area 15 suitable for dissipating heat of the electrical component is formed on an outer surface of the housing 11, a recess 11c is arranged on the housing 11, and the heat dissipation area 15 is arranged on the recess 11 c; the housing 11 further includes a housing front portion and a housing rear portion which are oppositely disposed, a mating portion 13 adapted to be mated with a battery pack is disposed on the housing front portion, and the mating portion 13 includes: the battery pack comprises a slide rail and a pole seat body 131, wherein the slide rail is arranged at the front part of the shell and is suitable for being matched with the battery pack in an inserting mode, and a plurality of electrode plates 132 suitable for being electrically connected with the battery pack are arranged on the pole seat body 131.
According to the invention, the shell 11 is arranged in a standing mode, so that the space occupied by the shell 11 in the horizontal direction is smaller, the space of the shell 11 in the numerical direction is fully utilized, and the space utilization rate of the charging seat 1 is improved. Moreover, the charging seat 1 can meet the heat dissipation requirement of electrical components in the charging seat 1, and has good rainproof capability.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation area 15 is disposed on the bottom wall 11c1 of the recess 11c to further improve the rainproof effect of the charging dock 1 and ensure the area of the heat dissipation area 15.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the side wall includes an upper side wall 11c2 near the top, the heat dissipation area 15 is disposed on the upper side wall 11c2, and the disposing of the heat dissipation area 15 on the upper side wall 11c2 can effectively prevent rainwater from entering into the charging stand 1, so that the rain-proof effect is good.
The battery system according to the present invention is briefly described below.
The battery system according to the present invention includes the battery pack having the power input terminal and the power output terminal, which are selectively electrically connected to the mating part 13, and the charging stand 1 according to the above-described embodiment. Because the battery system of the invention is provided with the charging seat 1 of the embodiment, the battery system has good stability, high safety and good rain-proof effect, and can be suitable for outdoor work.
The electric power tool according to the present invention is briefly described below.
The electric tool comprises a driving part, an operating part and the battery system, wherein the driving part is provided with an electricity end, the operating part is in power connection with the driving part, and an electricity output end of the battery system is electrically connected with the electricity end to supply power to the driving part.

Claims (18)
1. A charging stand, comprising:

Charging stand according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (11) comprises a front housing part and a rear housing part which are arranged opposite to each other, and a side housing part which is arranged between the front housing part and the rear housing part, the front housing part is provided with a mating part (13) for connecting with a battery pack, and the air circulation channel is arranged on the side housing part.

The charging stand according to claim 2, wherein the housing (11) comprises a first housing part (11a), and a second housing part (11b) connected to the first housing part (11a), the mating part (13) being located at the first housing part (11a), the housing side being located at the second housing part (11 b).
4. Charging stand according to claim 1, characterized in that the charging stand (1) comprises several flashing portions (12), the air circulation channel being formed between two adjacent flashing portions (12).
5. Charging stand according to claim 4, characterized in that the waterproof part (12) is formed integrally with the housing (11).

The charging stand according to claim 4, wherein the waterproof portion (12) has a first extension portion extending from outside to inside along the wall thickness of the housing (11), and a second extension portion disposed at the inner end of the first extension portion and extending at a raised angle.

Charging stand according to claim 4, characterized in that a first one of two adjacent flashings (12) is closer to the top of the casing (11) than a second flashings), said first flashings having a first side surface (121) facing the second flashings, said second flashings respectively having a second side surface (122) facing the first flashings, said air circulation channel being formed between said first side surface (121) and the second side surface (122).

The charging dock of claim 7, wherein the second side surface (122) comprises a first lower straight surface, a second lower straight surface and a third lower straight surface which are sequentially connected in an angle, the first lower straight surface extends in an inclined manner from outside to inside to the top, the second lower straight surface is connected with the upper end of the first lower straight surface and horizontally arranged, and the third lower straight surface is vertically connected with the second lower straight surface.
9. The charging stand according to claim 8, wherein the first side surface (121) comprises a first upper straight surface, a curved surface and a second upper straight surface which are connected in sequence from outside to inside, the first upper straight surface is parallel to the second upper straight surface, and the curved surface is concave towards the top of the shell (11); the clearance between the first upper straight surface and the first lower straight surface is larger than the clearance between the second lower straight surface and the second upper straight surface.
10. Charging stand according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross-sectional area of the air flow channel tapers from the outside to the inside along the wall thickness of the housing (11).

Charging stand according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer surface of the front part of the casing is formed with a heat dissipation area (15) suitable for dissipating heat of the electrical components, the casing is provided with a recess (11c), the heat dissipation area (15) is provided on the bottom wall (11c1) or/and the side wall (11c2) of the recess (11 c).
12. Charging stand according to claim 11, characterized in that said recess (11c) comprises: a bottom wall (11c1) and an upper side wall (11c2) provided at an upper edge of the bottom wall (11c1), the heat dissipation region being provided on the bottom wall (11c1) of the recess (11 c).

Charging stand according to claim 12, characterized in that the angle between the line between the outermost end of the upper side wall (11c2) and the lowermost end of the heat dissipation area (15) and the vertical direction is α and satisfies: alpha is more than 0 degree and less than or equal to 60 degrees.

a battery pack having a power input and a power output;
and a charging cradle (1) as defined in any of claims 2-16, said power input being selectively connectable to said mating portion (13).
18. An electric power tool, characterized by comprising:
a drive section having a useful end;
the working part is in power connection with the driving part;
and the battery system of claim 17, the power output being electrically connected to the power consumer.
