Background
With the continuous progress of social technology, the requirements of people on the display equipment of the handheld intelligent terminal are higher and higher; in order to meet the requirements of people on the intelligent terminal display equipment, the screen display area adopted on the intelligent terminal display equipment is larger and larger, so that the comprehensive screen design becomes the future development direction of the intelligent terminal display equipment; the full screen is designed to be a screen display area on the front surface of the intelligent terminal display device so as to pursue a screen occupation ratio close to 100%.
With the advent of the full screen era, the light, thin and foldable flexible screen is more and more favored by the market. However, since the flexible screen is relatively thin and is easily deformed, in order to ensure the smoothness of the flexible screen, a support plate 20 is usually added at the back of the display screen 10 to assist in the folding of the folding screen, the support plate at the back of the display screen is broken in the bending area, that is, the support plate is divided into two pieces, a certain gap exists between the two pieces, the display screen above the gap part is unsupported, as shown in fig. 1, creases are easily formed, and particularly, wave-shaped creases are seen in a list under a black background.
After the folding screen is opened, the folding area has creases, the user experience is directly influenced by the defect that the folding screen cannot be butted without creases, the creases are eliminated, and the technical problem to be solved urgently is solved by improving the user experience.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a foldable flexible display, which has rigid support in a bending display area, does not influence bending, effectively reduces creases generated by bending of the flexible display and improves user experience.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a foldable flexible display having a folded state and an unfolded state, comprising:
the flexible display screen comprises a non-bending area and a bending display area, wherein the non-bending area comprises a first display area and a second display area, and the bending display area is arranged between the first display area and the second display area;
the fixed supporting piece comprises a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece which are arranged in the first display area and the second display area respectively and are deviated from the display surface;
a movable support movable between the non-bending region and the bending display region;
when the foldable flexible display is in a folded state, the movable support is in the non-flexed region;
the movable support is in the bending region when the foldable flexible display is in an unfolded state.
According to an example of the present invention, the foldable flexible display further comprises a driving assembly driving the movable support to move between the non-bending region and the bending display region.
According to an example of the present invention, the movable support is disposed on a side of the fixed support facing away from the display surface.
According to an example of the present invention, the drive assembly comprises a first drive assembly and a second drive assembly;
the first driving component drives the movable support to move in a plane parallel to the display surface of the flexible display screen;
the second driving component drives the movable support to move in a plane perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display screen.
According to an example of the present invention, the first driving assembly includes a first power member and a chain, the first power member drives the chain to rotate, and the rotation of the chain drives the movable supporting member to move in a plane parallel to the display surface of the flexible display screen.
According to an example of the present invention, the first power member is a motor.

According to an example of the invention, the thickness of the movable support is between 0.1mm and 2.0 mm; the length of the movable support is between 0.1mm and 2000.0 mm; the width of the movable support is between 0.1mm and 2000.0 mm.
The foldable flexible display is provided with the movable supporting piece, when the flexible display is in an unfolded state, the movable supporting piece can support the flexible display screen on the flexible display, so that the unfolded flexible display is more stable, the flexible display is prevented from being folded in the opposite direction of the display surface, creases generated due to bending can be effectively reduced, and the reliability and the service life of the display are improved; meanwhile, the use experience of the user on the foldable flexible display is improved.

Fig. 2-4 are schematic structural views of a foldable flexible screen according to an embodiment of the present invention. The foldable flexible display has a folded state and an unfolded state, and specifically comprises:
a flexible display screen 100, the flexible display screen 100 comprising a non-bending region and a bending display region S2, the non-bending region comprising a first display region S1 and a second display region S1 ', the bending display region being disposed between the first display region S1 and the second display region S1'; the flexible display panel 100 may be an organic diode light emitting panel, and may include functional layers such as a flexible substrate, a light emitting layer, a polarizing layer, and a touch layer.
A fixed support 200 including a first support and a second support facing away from the display surface and respectively disposed in the first display area S1 and the second display area S1'; typically, the fixed support is a rigid material and may have a thickness of between 0.1mm and 2.0 mm.
A movable support 210, the movable support 210 being movable between the non-bending region and the bending display region;
generally, a housing is further disposed on the display back side of the display, in the present invention, the housing 300 is disposed on a side of the fixing member facing away from the display surface, and the housing 300 is provided with a groove 310 for accommodating the movable supporting member.
When the foldable flexible display is in the folded state, the movable support 210 is in the non-bending region, which is the state shown in fig. 2.
When the foldable flexible display is in the unfolded state, the movable support 210 is in the bending region, which is shown in fig. 2.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the movable supporting member 210 is disposed on a side of the fixed supporting member 200 away from the display surface, and when the foldable flexible display is in the folded state, the fixed supporting member 200 is hidden behind the fixed supporting member 200, but may be on a side of a back surface of the first supporting member, or may be on a side of a back surface of the second supporting member.
To enable the movable support 210 to move between the non-bending region and the bending display region, a foldable flexible display may be provided to the driving assembly.
In the embodiment of fig. 2-4, the movement of the movable support 210 of the foldable flexible display comprises movement in a plane parallel to the display surface of the flexible display 100 and movement in a plane perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display 100. Accordingly, the driving assembly includes a first driving assembly that drives the movable support to move in a plane parallel to the display surface of the flexible display screen 100 and a second driving assembly that drives the movable support to move in a plane perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display screen 100.
In this embodiment, the first driving assembly includes a first power member 211 and a chain 212, the first power member 211 drives the chain 212 to rotate, the chain 212 drives the movable supporting member 210 to move in a plane parallel to the display surface of the flexible display screen 100, and the first power member 211 may be a motor, and the direction of movement of the movable supporting member 210 is controlled by controlling the rotation direction of the motor. In a preferred embodiment, the movable supporting member 210 is provided with first power members 214 at both sides thereof. The two first power members 211 may be disposed at both side inner surfaces of the groove 310, respectively.
The second driving assembly includes a gear 213 disposed on the movable support 210 and a climbing main rod 214, the climbing main rod 214 is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display screen 100, and the gear 213 rotates to drive the movable support 210 to move on the climbing main rod 214.
When the folding screen is unfolded and flat, the movable metal plate hidden below the metal plate can be pulled to be right below the gap area of the two supporting metal plates in the bending area by the pulling power in the mobile phone.
The second driving assembly further includes a limiting member 215, and the limiting member 215 is connected to the gear 213 and controls a rotation angle of the gear 213. Specifically, one end of the limiting member 215 is coaxially connected to the gear 213, that is, one end of the limiting member 215 and the gear 213 can rotate around the same central axis. When the movable supporting member 210 is lifted to the highest position, the other end of the limiting member 215 enters a limiting groove 216 formed on the upper surface of the housing 300. The distance that the movable support moves in the plane perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display screen is controlled by controlling the rotation angle of the gear, and the invention is not limited to the mode. If an angle sensor can be added to the foldable display, the angle sensor can also play a role in sensing the rotation angle of the gear. The maximum angle or the minimum angle of the gear may correspond to the uppermost or lowermost position of the movable support in a plane perpendicular to the display surface of the flexible display screen, the upper or lower end being defined above and below fig. 4.
In this embodiment, the movable support 210 is movable up and down relative to the chain 212, and the movable support 210 is not movable left and right relative to the chain 212, i.e. in the horizontal direction, the movement of the chain 212 can drive the movable support 210 to move left and right, and in the vertical direction, the movable support 210 can move up and down relative to the chain 212. A guide bar extending in the up-down direction may be disposed in the movable support 210, a stopper cooperating with the guide bar may be disposed in the chain 212, and the stopper may move up and down along the extending direction of the guide bar (for example, the stopper may be embedded into the guide bar, or a groove extending in the up-down direction may be disposed inside the stopper, and the guide bar may be embedded into the groove), but the stopper and the guide bar may be linked in the horizontal direction.
The movable support 210 of the foldable flexible display of the present invention is illustrated in the embodiments of fig. 2-4. When the foldable flexible display is in the folded state, the movable support 210 is hidden behind the first support, and the flexible display is unfolded, which is the state shown in fig. 2. Starting the motor of the first driving assembly to make the movable support 210 translate from the first support to the second support, and when moving to the back of the non-bending display area, the state shown in fig. 2 is obtained; then, the gear of the movable supporting member 210 is rotated to drive the movable supporting member 210 to move upwards until the connection part with the non-bending display area, at this time, the first supporting member, the movable supporting member 210 and the second supporting member form a flat plane, and the whole flexible display screen is supported and protected. When the foldable flexible display needs to be converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, the above-mentioned reverse operation is performed, which is not described herein again.
The foldable flexible display provided by the embodiment of the invention can be any product or component with a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, a media player, a watch device, a pendant device, an earphone or earphone device, a navigation device, a wearable or micro device, an embedded device of a system in which electronic equipment with a display is installed in a self-service terminal or an automobile, and the like.
It should be noted that the thickness of the movable support 210 of the present invention may be equivalent to the thickness of the fixed support 210, and preferably, the thickness of the movable support 210 is between 0.1mm and 2.0 mm.
The size of the movable supporting member 210 is determined by the size of the bending display area, the bending display area of the foldable flexible display for different application scenarios may be different, the length of the movable supporting member 210 may be in a range of values between 0.1mm and 2000.0mm, and the width of the movable supporting member 210 may be in a range of values between 0.1mm and 2000.0mm, where the length and the width are the two dimensions in the plane of the display in the vertical direction, respectively.
