when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning a preprinted sample borrowing sheet through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, performing sampling operation according to the ID information of the sample box, the position information of the sample box and the sample information, wherein the sample borrowing sheet is provided with a two-dimensional code graphic code comprising the sample information input by a user on the input interface of the management terminal;
and when a sample returning instruction which is triggered by scanning the borrowing single again through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, executing sample returning operation according to the sample returning instruction.
Further, a sample cabinet indicator lamp is arranged on each sample access cabinet, an access state indicator lamp is arranged at a corresponding position of each sample box, and the following steps are further executed when the sample access management program is run by the processor:
when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning and borrowing a sample through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, the sample cabinet indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of a sample access cabinet where the sample is located, and the access state indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of a sample box where the sample is located.

A sample access management method is applied to a sample access management system, the system comprises a plurality of sample access cabinets and a management terminal in communication connection with the sample access cabinets, each sample access cabinet is provided with a label reading head and a two-dimensional code scanner, each sample access cabinet is provided with a plurality of sample boxes and induction coils for inducing position information of the sample boxes, each sample box is provided with an RFID label, and the RFID label at least comprises ID information of the sample boxes, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a sample storage instruction triggered by reading an RFID tag of the sample box through the tag reading head is received, acquiring ID information of the sample box, position information of the sample box and sample information of a sample in the sample box, and storing the ID information of the sample box, the position information of the sample box and the sample information in an associated manner;
when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning a preprinted sample borrowing sheet through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, performing sampling operation according to the ID information of the sample box, the position information of the sample box and the sample information, wherein the sample borrowing sheet is provided with a two-dimensional code graphic code comprising the sample information input by a user on the input interface of the management terminal;
and when a sample returning instruction which is triggered by scanning the borrowing single again through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, executing sample returning operation according to the sample returning instruction.

The sample access management method according to claim 1, wherein a sample cabinet indicator lamp is provided on each sample access cabinet, an access status indicator lamp is provided at a corresponding position of each sample box, and the step of performing a sampling operation based on the ID information of the sample box, the position information of the sample box, and the sample information when receiving a sampling instruction triggered by scanning a sample borrowing unit by the two-dimensional code scanner comprises:
when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning and borrowing a sample through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, the sample cabinet indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of the sample access cabinet where the sample is located, and the access state indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of the sample box where the sample is located.

The sample access management method according to claim 2, wherein the step of prompting, by the sample cabinet indicator light, the position information of the sample access cabinet where the sample is located and prompting, by the access status indicator light, the position information of the sample box where the sample is located when the sampling instruction of scanning and borrowing one-shot by the two-dimensional code scanner is received further comprises:

when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning a preprinted sample borrowing sheet through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, performing sampling operation according to the ID information of the sample box, the position information of the sample box and the sample information, wherein the sample borrowing sheet is provided with a two-dimensional code graphic code comprising the sample information input by a user on the input interface of the management terminal;
and when a sample returning instruction which is triggered by scanning the borrowing single again through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, executing sample returning operation according to the sample returning instruction.

The system for sample access management according to claim 8, wherein each sample access cabinet is provided with a sample cabinet indicator light, and the corresponding position of each sample box is provided with an access status indicator light, and the sample access management program when executed by the processor further performs the following steps:
when a sampling instruction triggered by scanning and borrowing a sample through the two-dimensional code scanner is received, the sample cabinet indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of the sample access cabinet where the sample is located, and the access state indicator lamp is used for reminding the position information of the sample box where the sample is located.
