In this embodiment, commodity parameters corresponding to three-level commodity categories stored in a commodity material library are obtained, customs commodity codes are added to each commodity in the commodity material library according to a classification rule, taking the three-level category "electronic material-discrete semiconductor product-transistor" as an example, a parameter to be added in operation is "power dissipation", when the commodity parameter is less than 1 watt, the entered customs commodity code is 8541210000, and when the parameter value is greater than or equal to 1 watt, the entered customs commodity code is 8541290000; it should be noted that the classification rule may be formulated according to the requirements of customs goods codes, or may be artificially set in combination with experience, because the parameters of each goods are inconsistent, and therefore, the classification rules formulated by different goods parameters are also inconsistent.

In the embodiment, declaration elements corresponding to customs commodity codes are obtained, the declaration elements corresponding to the customs commodity codes are existing, when the corresponding declaration elements are input, the declaration elements are matched with commodity parameters in a commodity material library, and matching of the declaration elements with the commodity parameters in the commodity material library requires formulation of corresponding rules; acquiring an element to be declared, and searching a commodity parameter matched with the element to be declared according to the corresponding rule; the commodity parameter value corresponding to the commodity parameter is used as the declaration element value of the element to be declared, and particularly, the customs commodity code is different, the requirement is different, and the corresponding declaration element is different, so that when the customs declaration is received, the model of the commodity to be declared is obtained, and the corresponding customs commodity code can be obtained from the commodity material library according to the model of the commodity to be declared input to the commodity parameter model, so that the standard customs declaration data can be automatically analyzed.
And S150, determining required declaration elements according to the customs commodity codes, and acquiring corresponding declaration element values according to the types of commodities to be declared.
In this embodiment, according to the declaration requirement of the customs import and export commodity standardization declaration catalog of the people's republic of China, a declared product needs to be subjected to standardization declaration, declaration elements are filled according to requirements, the declaration elements are different and different in requirements according to different customs commodity codes, the required declaration elements are determined according to the customs commodity codes, corresponding declaration element values are obtained according to the models of commodities to be declared, the customs commodity code is 8541210000, transistors with power dissipation less than 1W are taken as examples, declaration elements required to be declared by customs are power dissipation, brands and models, and when the customs declaration is received, the declaration elements automatically correspond to the power dissipation, the manufacturers and the models in the commodity parameter model.
In other embodiments, if the customs commodity code corresponding to the commodity model to be declared cannot be obtained during customs declaration, the commodity model with the highest matching degree with the commodity model to be declared is searched in the commodity material library, the customs commodity code corresponding to the commodity model with the highest matching degree is used as the customs commodity code of the commodity model to be declared, and if the commodity model with the highest matching degree with the commodity model to be declared cannot be searched in the commodity material library, the relevant commodity parameter value can be manually input.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining authorized commodity data, classifying the commodity data according to commodity categories and storing the classified commodity data in levels corresponding to a tree category hierarchical structure, establishing a commodity parameter model for three-level commodity categories of the tree category hierarchical structure, collecting commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model, adding the commodity parameters to a commodity material library, adding customs commodity codes to each commodity in the commodity material library according to classification rules based on the commodity parameters, obtaining a commodity model to be declared when receiving customs declaration, obtaining a corresponding customs commodity code from the commodity material library, determining required declaration elements according to the customs commodity codes, obtaining corresponding declaration element values according to the commodity model to be declared, and solving the problems of high classification efficiency and high error rate of the customs commodity codes in the prior art, the classification efficiency of the commodity codes is improved, and the classification cost is reduced.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention further provides a customs goods code intelligent classification system, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the customs goods code intelligent classification system of the present invention, and the system includes: a commodity data acquisition module 10, a classification rule making module 20 and a customs declaration module 30.
The commodity data acquisition module 10 is used for establishing a commodity parameter model after classifying the commodity data according to the commodity category; the commodity data acquisition module 10 classifies the commodity data according to commodity categories by acquiring authorized commodity data and stores the commodity data in a level corresponding to a tree category hierarchical structure; the tree category hierarchical structure comprises a first-level commodity category, a second-level commodity category and a third-level commodity category which are sequentially subordinate, and a commodity parameter model is established according to the third-level commodity category.
The classification rule making module 20 is used for acquiring the commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model and adding the commodity parameters to a commodity material library; adding customs commodity codes to each commodity in the commodity material library according to a classification rule based on the commodity parameters, specifically, the classification rule making module 20 is used for collecting the commodity parameters by adopting the commodity parameter model and filling corresponding commodity parameter values into the commodity parameters; adding the commodity parameters and the commodity parameter values into a commodity material library; acquiring commodity parameters corresponding to three-level commodity categories stored in a commodity material library, and formulating classification rules for the commodity parameters respectively; and adding a customs commodity code to each commodity in the commodity material library based on the classification rule.
The customs declaration module 30 is configured to obtain a model of a commodity to be declared when receiving a customs declaration, and obtain a corresponding customs commodity code from the commodity material library; determining required declaration elements according to the customs commodity codes, and acquiring corresponding declaration element values according to the models of commodities to be declared; specifically, the customs declaration module 30 is configured to obtain declaration elements corresponding to customs commodity codes; matching the declaration elements with commodity parameters in a commodity material library, and respectively making corresponding rules; acquiring an element to be declared, and searching a commodity parameter matched with the element to be declared according to the corresponding rule; and taking the commodity parameter value corresponding to the commodity parameter as a declaration element value of the element to be declared.
The commodity parameter model establishing module is adopted to classify the commodity data according to the commodity category and then establish the commodity parameter model, the classification rule making module is adopted to acquire the commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model, and the commodity parameters are added to the commodity material library; adding customs commodity codes to each commodity in the commodity material library according to a classification rule based on the commodity parameters; adopting a customs declaration module to obtain the model of a commodity to be declared when receiving a customs declaration, and obtaining a corresponding customs commodity code from the commodity material library; the required declaration element is determined according to the customs commodity code, and the corresponding declaration element value is obtained according to the model of the commodity to be declared, so that the problems of high classification efficiency and high error rate of the customs commodity code in the prior art are solved, and the classification efficiency of the commodity code is improved and the classification cost is reduced by providing the customs commodity code intelligent classification system.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a customs goods code intelligent classification program is stored, and when executed by a processor, the customs goods code intelligent classification program implements the steps of the customs goods code intelligent classification method described above, and can achieve the same technical effects, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Since the computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application is a computer-readable storage medium used for implementing the method in the embodiments of the present application, based on the method described in the embodiments of the present application, those skilled in the art can understand the specific structure and modification of the computer-readable storage medium, and thus details are not described herein. Any computer-readable storage medium that can be used with the methods of the embodiments of the present application is intended to be within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent classification method for customs commodity codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
classifying the commodity data according to the commodity category and then establishing a commodity parameter model;
acquiring commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model, and adding the commodity parameters to a commodity material library;
adding customs commodity codes to each commodity in the commodity material library according to a classification rule based on the commodity parameters;
when a customs declaration is received, acquiring the model of a commodity to be declared, and acquiring a corresponding customs commodity code from the commodity material library;
and determining required declaration elements according to the customs commodity codes, and acquiring corresponding declaration element values according to the models of the commodities to be declared.
2. The customs commodity code intelligent classification method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the commodity parameter model after classifying the commodity data according to the commodity category comprises:
obtaining authorized commodity data, classifying the commodity data according to commodity categories and storing the commodity data in a level corresponding to a tree category hierarchical structure;
the tree category hierarchical structure comprises a first-level commodity category, a second-level commodity category and a third-level commodity category which are sequentially subordinate, and a commodity parameter model is established according to the third-level commodity category.
3. The customs commodity code intelligent classification method according to claim 2, wherein the collecting commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model and adding the commodity parameters to a commodity material library comprises:
acquiring commodity parameters by adopting the commodity parameter model, and filling the commodity parameters with corresponding commodity parameter values;
and adding the commodity parameters and the commodity parameter values into a commodity material library.
4. The customs commodity code intelligent classification method according to claim 3, wherein the commodity material library comprises: commodity category, commodity parameter, and commodity parameter value.
5. The customs commodity code intelligent classification method according to claim 4, wherein the adding of the customs commodity code to each commodity in the commodity material library according to the classification rule based on the commodity parameter comprises:
acquiring commodity parameters corresponding to three-level commodity categories stored in a commodity material library, and formulating classification rules for the commodity parameters respectively;
and adding a customs commodity code to each commodity in the commodity material library based on the classification rule.
6. The customs goods code intelligent classification method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring declaration elements corresponding to customs commodity codes;
matching the declaration elements with commodity parameters in a commodity material library, and respectively making corresponding rules;
acquiring an element to be declared, and searching a commodity parameter matched with the element to be declared according to the corresponding rule;
and taking the commodity parameter value corresponding to the commodity parameter as a declaration element value of the element to be declared.
7. A customs goods code intelligent classification system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the commodity data acquisition module: the commodity parameter model is established after the commodity data is classified according to the commodity category; acquiring commodity parameters according to the commodity parameter model, and adding the commodity parameters to a commodity material library;
a classification rule making module: the system is used for adding customs commodity codes to each commodity in the commodity material library according to the classification rules based on the commodity parameters;
customs declaration module: the customs declaration server is used for acquiring the model of the commodity to be declared when the customs declaration is received, and acquiring the corresponding customs commodity code from the commodity material library; and determining required declaration elements according to the customs commodity codes, and acquiring corresponding declaration element values according to the models of the commodities to be declared.
8. The customs goods code intelligent classification system according to claim 7, wherein the establishing of the goods parameter model after classifying the goods data according to the goods category comprises:
obtaining authorized commodity data, classifying the commodity data according to commodity categories and storing the commodity data in a level corresponding to a tree category hierarchical structure;
the tree category hierarchical structure comprises a first-level commodity category, a second-level commodity category and a third-level commodity category which are sequentially subordinate, and a commodity parameter model is established according to the third-level commodity category.
9. An intelligent classification device, characterized in that the device comprises a memory, a processor and a customs goods code intelligent classification program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the customs goods code intelligent classification program realizes each step of the customs goods code intelligent classification method according to any one of claims 1-6 when being executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores a customs goods code intelligent categorization program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the customs goods code intelligent categorization method of any of claims 1-6.
