Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a vehicle multimedia information playing control method is provided, and this embodiment is exemplified by applying the method to a terminal, it is to be understood that the method may also be applied to a server, and may also be applied to a system including a terminal and a server, and is implemented by interaction between the terminal and the server. The terminal may be a control terminal for controlling the vehicle multimedia information playing device, for example, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, or car machines, and may also be implemented by a control chip of the vehicle multimedia information playing device. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
and S101, the terminal responds to a vehicle machine account login request aiming at a target vehicle, and acquires multimedia information to be played corresponding to the vehicle machine account login request.
The vehicle-machine account login request is a login request aiming at a certain target vehicle triggered by a user in a vehicle-machine account login mode, and the user can realize triggering aiming at the login request in a mode of scanning codes or identifying the face of a person and the like of a vehicle machine of the target vehicle. Then, the terminal can find the multimedia information corresponding to the login request and needing to be played through the playing device of the target vehicle, namely the multimedia information to be played, according to the login request. For example: the terminal can determine a vehicle machine account number logged in by a user according to the vehicle machine account number login request, selects a play list of the vehicle machine account number from a music library according to the vehicle machine account number, and can also take multimedia information played when the vehicle machine account number is logged in last time as the multimedia information to be played.
Step S102, a terminal acquires vehicle personnel information of a target vehicle, and determines a target playing mode corresponding to the vehicle personnel information from a playing mode library pre-stored with a plurality of multimedia information playing modes;
and step S103, the terminal controls the playing of the multimedia information to be played according to the target playing mode.
The target play mode refers to a play mode corresponding to vehicle personnel information, the play mode library stores a plurality of play modes respectively corresponding to different play modes, for example, the play modes can include play modes corresponding to a plurality of different play volumes, or play modes corresponding to different play sound qualities, whether to play multimedia information, and the like, and the vehicle personnel information refers to personnel information on the target vehicle, for example, the personnel information in the target vehicle and personnel position distribution information in the target vehicle can be included.
Specifically, the terminal may acquire the vehicle personnel information of the target vehicle, may acquire images of personnel in the vehicle through an image acquisition device on the target vehicle, and may also acquire the personnel information of the vehicle through a sensor in the vehicle. Then, the terminal may select, from the play mode library, a multimedia play mode corresponding to the obtained vehicle personnel information as the target play mode, for example, when the vehicle includes a plurality of personnel, in order to avoid the vehicle personnel talking being covered by the played multimedia information, the terminal may appropriately reduce the volume of the played multimedia information, thereby selecting, as the target play mode, the play mode in which the volume of the played multimedia information is reduced.
After the terminal obtains the target play mode, the terminal may control the playing of the multimedia information to be played obtained in step S101 according to the target play mode.
In the vehicle multimedia information playing control method, the terminal responds to a vehicle machine account login request aiming at a target vehicle and acquires multimedia information to be played corresponding to the vehicle machine account login request; acquiring vehicle personnel information of a target vehicle, and determining a target playing mode corresponding to the vehicle personnel information from a playing mode library pre-stored with a plurality of multimedia information playing modes; and controlling the playing of the multimedia information to be played according to the target playing mode. According to the vehicle multimedia information playing control method, the corresponding to-be-played multimedia information needing to be played can be found according to the vehicle account login request, in addition, the corresponding target playing mode can be obtained according to the personnel information of the vehicle, the playing of the to-be-played multimedia information is controlled according to the playing mode, and the vehicle multimedia information playing intelligence can be improved.
In one embodiment, step S102 may further include: if the vehicle personnel information represents that only the main driver is contained in the target vehicle, the terminal determines that the target playing mode is the playing mode; step S103 may include: and the terminal plays the multimedia information to be played. Alternatively, step S102 may further include: if the vehicle personnel information represents that the target vehicle does not only contain the primary driver, the terminal determines that the target playing mode is the stop mode; step S103 may include: and the terminal stops playing the multimedia information to be played.
In this embodiment, the terminal may determine whether the target vehicle only includes the primary driver according to the obtained vehicle personnel information, for example, the terminal may determine whether the vehicle only includes the primary driver according to image information captured by the vehicle camera, and may adopt different target playing modes of the multimedia information according to the different determination results.
Specifically, if the terminal determines that the target vehicle only contains the primary driver according to the vehicle personnel information of the target vehicle, the terminal may determine that the target playback mode is the playback mode, and in the target playback mode, the terminal may control the playback device for the multimedia information to play the multimedia information to be played obtained in step S101. If the terminal determines that the target vehicle does not only contain the primary driver, for example, the terminal further includes a secondary driver sitting at a secondary driving position of the target vehicle or a rear-row driver sitting at a rear-row position of the target vehicle according to the vehicle personnel information of the target vehicle, the terminal may determine that the corresponding target play mode is a stop mode, and in the target play mode, the terminal may stop playing the multimedia information to be played obtained in step S101. Since the multimedia information to be played obtained in step S101 is related to the car machine account login request, the played multimedia information to be played may relate to the privacy of the user logging in the car machine account, and therefore, in order to protect the privacy of the user, in this embodiment, the multimedia information to be played is played only when the target vehicle only includes the primary driver, and if other people except the primary driver exist in the target vehicle, the playing of the multimedia information to be played is stopped.
Further, the vehicle occupant information includes passenger information and rear-row occupant information of the target vehicle; the information of the assistant driver is obtained by an assistant driver sensing sensor of the target vehicle; the information of the personnel in the back row is obtained through a back row life detection millimeter wave radar of the target vehicle; the vehicle multimedia information playing control method may further include: if the assistant driver information indicates that the target vehicle does not contain the assistant driver and the rear row personnel information indicates that the target vehicle does not contain the rear row personnel, the terminal determines that the vehicle personnel information represents that only the main driver is contained in the target vehicle; and if the passenger information indicates that the target vehicle contains the passenger or the rear-row personnel information indicates that the target vehicle contains the rear-row personnel, determining that the vehicle personnel information indicates that not only the primary driver is contained in the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, whether the target vehicle contains only the primary driver or not may be jointly determined through vehicle personnel information obtained by a secondary driver sensing sensor and a rear row life detection millimeter wave radar installed on the target vehicle, where the secondary driver sensing sensor is used to determine whether the target vehicle contains the secondary driver or not, and the rear row life detection millimeter wave radar is used to determine whether the target vehicle contains the rear row personnel or not. Compared with the method that only the image information acquired by the image acquisition equipment is used for judging whether the target vehicle only contains the primary driver, the method provided by the embodiment can be used for judging, and the problem that the detection accuracy is reduced because the rear child or the slightly smaller adult possibly cannot detect the target vehicle because the dead angle is formed due to the shielding of the primary driving position and the secondary driving position due to the photographing or video recording of the image acquisition equipment can be avoided.
The terminal may then determine whether the target vehicle includes only the primary driver based on the secondary driver information obtained by the secondary driver perception sensor of the target vehicle and the rear-row passenger information obtained by the rear-row life detection millimeter wave radar, specifically, if the secondary driver information indicates that the target vehicle does not include the secondary driver and the rear-row passenger information indicates that the target vehicle does not include the rear-row passenger, the terminal may determine that the current vehicle passenger information indicates that the target vehicle includes only the primary driver, and if the secondary driver information indicates that the target vehicle includes the secondary driver or the rear-row passenger information indicates that the target vehicle includes the rear-row passenger, the terminal may determine that the current vehicle passenger information indicates that the target vehicle includes not only the primary driver.
In the above embodiment, the terminal plays the multimedia information to be played corresponding to the in-vehicle account login request only when the target vehicle only contains the primary driver, and stops playing the multimedia information to be played if other people except the primary driver exist in the target vehicle, so that the effect of protecting the user privacy of the in-vehicle account user can be achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, step S101 may further include:
step S201, the terminal determines a car machine account corresponding to the car machine account login request and a current login turn corresponding to the car machine account.
The vehicle machine account number refers to a vehicle machine account number which is used for a user to initiate a vehicle machine account number login request to log in, the current login turn refers to the current login number of times for the user to log in the vehicle machine account number, if the vehicle machine account number which is logged in at this time is the first turn of the current login turn corresponding to the vehicle machine account number, and if the user logs in the vehicle machine account number at one time, the current login turn corresponding to the vehicle machine account number is the non-first turn. After the terminal obtains the vehicle machine account login request initiated by the user, the terminal can determine the vehicle machine account to be logged in by the vehicle machine account login request and the login times of the vehicle machine account, so that the current login round is obtained.
Step S202, if the current login turn is a non-first turn, the terminal acquires historical multimedia information corresponding to the vehicle machine account number before the vehicle machine account number exits or the target vehicle is powered off in the last login turn of the current login turn;
step S203, using the historical multimedia information as the multimedia information to be played corresponding to the current login turn.
And if the current login turn is a non-first turn, namely the vehicle account is not the first login, the terminal can acquire historical multimedia information corresponding to the vehicle account, before the vehicle account exits or the target vehicle is powered off in the last login turn of the current login turn, as the multimedia information to be played in the current turn, so that the continuous playing of the historical multimedia information is realized. For example, if the vehicle account is currently logged in for the second time, the last login turn of the current login turn is the login turn corresponding to the vehicle account which is logged in for the first time, that is, the first turn, and the terminal may use the historical multimedia information before the vehicle account is logged out or the target vehicle is powered off when the vehicle account is logged in for the first time as the multimedia information to be played in the current login turn. And if the current vehicle-mounted account is logged in for the third time, the vehicle-mounted account logs out of the historical multimedia information of the target vehicle before power-off when the multimedia information to be played in the current login turn is logged in for the second time.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the step S202 may further include:
step S301, if the history multimedia information is from the online multimedia, the terminal acquires a first play source of the online multimedia and a login account for logging in the first play source.
The online multimedia refers to multimedia information obtained on the network in a networking manner, and if the historical multimedia information is from the online multimedia, the terminal needs to determine a playing source of the online multimedia as a first playing source and log in a login account of the first playing source. For example, the user obtains the historical multimedia information through a QQ music networking mode, the QQ music may be used as a first play source, and the login account for logging in the first play source is a login account used by the user to log in the QQ music. If the user obtains the historical multimedia information in a network connection mode of the internet access cloud music, the internet access cloud music can be used as a first playing source, and the login account used for logging in the first playing source is the login account used by the user for logging in the internet access cloud music.
Step S302, the terminal reads multimedia information corresponding to the vehicle machine account and the login account from the vehicle-mounted cloud server according to the vehicle machine account and the login account, and the multimedia information is used as historical multimedia information.
The vehicle-mounted cloud server can pre-store the corresponding relation between the multimedia information and the vehicle account and the login account, and before the vehicle account exits or the target vehicle is powered off every time, if the multimedia information played at that time comes from online multimedia, the terminal can store the vehicle account and the login account and the played multimedia information into the vehicle-mounted cloud server. Therefore, after the terminal obtains the vehicle account and the login account each time, the corresponding multimedia information can be read through the vehicle-mounted cloud server, namely the historical multimedia information before the vehicle account exits or the target vehicle is powered off in the last login.
Step S303, if the historical multimedia information is from the local multimedia, the terminal acquires a second playing source of the local multimedia;
in step S304, the terminal obtains the historical multimedia information from the second play source.
If the historical multimedia information is not from the online but from the local storage, for example, the user can make the target vehicle play the locally stored multimedia information by inserting USB or using bluetooth, the terminal can determine the local multimedia playing source as the second playing source, that is, whether the multimedia information is played by USB or bluetooth, and can read the historical multimedia information from the second playing source.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, step S103 may further include:
step S401, if the historical multimedia information is from online multimedia, the terminal reads information attributes corresponding to the pre-stored historical multimedia information from the vehicle-mounted cloud server;
step S402, the terminal plays the multimedia information to be played by using the first playing source according to the target playing mode and the information attribute.
The information attribute refers to a playing attribute of the stored historical multimedia information, such as playing volume or playing sound effect, playing progress of the historical multimedia information, and the like. If the historical multimedia information is from online multimedia, the terminal can also read the information attribute corresponding to the historical multimedia information from the vehicle-mounted cloud server, and play the multimedia information to be played according to the target playing mode and the information attribute by using the first playing source.
Step S403, if the historical multimedia information is from the local multimedia, the terminal reads the information attribute corresponding to the historical multimedia information from the second play source;
and step S404, the terminal plays the multimedia information to be played by using the second playing source according to the target playing mode and the information attribute.
And if the historical multimedia information is from the local multimedia, the terminal can read the information attribute corresponding to the historical multimedia information from the second playing source and play the multimedia information to be played according to the target playing mode and the information attribute by using the second playing source.
In addition, the vehicle multimedia information playing control method may further include: if the to-be-stored multimedia information before the vehicle-mounted machine account exits, the login account exits or the target vehicle is powered off in the current login turn comes from online multimedia, the terminal stores the vehicle-mounted machine account, the login account, the to-be-stored multimedia information and information attributes corresponding to the to-be-stored multimedia information into the vehicle-mounted cloud server; the information attributes include: the multimedia information playing method comprises at least one of a first playing source of the multimedia information to be stored, a playing page of the first playing source, playing volume of the multimedia information to be stored, playing sound effect of the multimedia information to be stored, a playing file of the multimedia information to be stored and playing progress of the multimedia information to be stored.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the historical multimedia information is derived from the online multimedia, the vehicle-mounted cloud server may store the historical multimedia information and the information attribute of the historical multimedia information, so that before the vehicle account or the login account exits each time or the target vehicle is powered off, if the multimedia information is derived from the online multimedia, the multimedia information can be stored as the multimedia information to be stored in the vehicle-mounted cloud server, so that the terminal can use the multimedia information to be stored as the historical multimedia information of the next login turn of the current login turn.
Specifically, if the vehicle-mounted account or the login account is not logged out in the current login turn, or the multimedia information before the target vehicle is powered off is from online multimedia, the terminal may use the multimedia information as the multimedia information to be stored, and may store the vehicle-mounted account of the user, the login account of the user logging in the first play source, the multimedia information to be stored, and the information attribute corresponding to the multimedia information to be stored in the vehicle-mounted cloud server. Wherein, the stored information attribute may include: the multimedia information storage system comprises at least one of a first playing source of the multimedia information to be stored, a playing page of the first playing source, playing volume, playing sound effect, playing file and playing progress of the multimedia information to be stored.
In this embodiment, the terminal may use, as the multimedia information to be played, the historical multimedia information before the vehicle-mounted account exits or the target vehicle is powered off in the previous login turn, so as to implement a continuous playing function of the multimedia information. In addition, the information attribute corresponding to the multimedia information is stored through the vehicle-mounted cloud server, so that the multimedia information can be continuously played according to the previous information attribute when the multimedia information is continuously played, and the continuity of the multimedia information continuous playing can be improved.
In an application example, a music resuming method applied to a vehicle multimedia playing device is further provided, and the method may be composed of two parts, namely a multimedia data memorizing function and a music resuming privacy mode function, and specifically may include the following processes:
the mode of automatically identifying whether other passengers except the main driver exist in the vehicle can comprise multiple modes:
scheme A: in-vehicle camera image recognition
The business process adopting the scheme a can be as shown in fig. 5, in the scheme, dead corners are formed due to shielding of the main driving seat and the auxiliary driving seat when photographing or recording of a camera in the vehicle, and children or adults with small body sizes behind the main driving seat and the auxiliary driving seat may not be detected, so that the detection accuracy is low.
Scheme B: in-vehicle camera image recognition, secondary driver and passenger perception sensor, rear row life detection millimeter wave radar
The business process adopting the scheme B can be shown in fig. 6, and in the scheme, as more 2 types of sensors and corresponding signals need to be integrated for development in the whole vehicle, and meanwhile, camera image identification needs to be introduced, the research and development cost is high.
Scheme C: secondary driver and passenger perception sensor + rear row life detection millimeter wave radar
The application example comprehensively considers the detection accuracy and the research and development cost, and determines to adopt the scheme C as a mode for automatically identifying whether passengers except for the main driver exist in the vehicle, as shown in fig. 7, the overall flow chart of the application example can be as follows.
1. Multimedia data memory function
When the user exits the vehicle account or exits the online multimedia account, or the user powers off in the vehicle, the multimedia data can be memorized, wherein the memorized content can comprise: the system comprises a vehicle machine account number, an online multimedia account number, a multimedia playing source selected before power-off, a specific page of the multimedia playing source, a curved surface or work of multimedia playing and the playing progress of multimedia. And if the multimedia is in an abnormal condition, for example, the specific page played by the multimedia or the curved surface/work played due to the placement of the album or the placement of the track/work, and the playing progress cannot be recovered, the default home page of the multimedia playing source can be displayed.
2. Music resume privacy mode setting
And setting and canceling the music continuous playing privacy mode by turning on the switch. After the switch is turned on, whether passengers except the main driver exist in the vehicle or not can be automatically identified, if no other passenger exists, the last audio is automatically continued, and if other passengers exist, the audio is not automatically continued. And after the switch is closed, the playing will not be continued after the latest entertainment data is recovered. The switch can be turned on or off in a voice mode or in a manual mode.
The application example can realize that: the entertainment data memory function is that before the owner powers off, the whole vehicle automatically records all information of the multimedia system under the account of the owner and the privacy mode of continuing playing music: when only the owner is in the vehicle, the multimedia system automatically continues to play the multimedia information along the information before the power-off of the whole vehicle last time; when other people except the owner of the vehicle exist in the vehicle, the multimedia system cannot automatically play the multimedia information in order to protect the privacy of the owner of the vehicle.
