The optical function adhesive film 130 has a blue light resistance or anti-glare function, so that the touch display screen can have anti-reflection, anti-glare or anti-reflection and blue light resistance functions at the same time, the anti-glare or anti-blue light resistance performance of the touch display screen is optimized on the premise of having enough brightness, and the practicability of the touch display screen is improved. In addition, in order to further improve the display effect of the touch display screen, the surface of the touch panel 110 is further coated with an optical coating, which may be a protective coating, a decorative coating, or a coating with an optical effect, such as an anti-glare coating, a brightness enhancement coating, and the like. In one embodiment, the antireflection film layer 120 is bonded to the display module 200 through the adhesive 400, two sides of the adhesive 400 are respectively bonded to the antireflection film layer 120 and the display module 200, and the air layer 300 is located inside the adhesive 400. The adhesive 400 can enclose a circle along the surface of the display module 200 or the anti-reflection film layer 120, and the air layer 300 is completely limited to the inner side of the adhesive 400, so that the air layer 300 has enough sealing performance, and the influence on the display effect and the service life of the touch display screen caused by the external water vapor and dust entering the air layer 300 is avoided.
The adhesive 400 can be foam, OCA, TOCA or OCR adhesive 400, a circle of foam or OCA tape can be attached along the edge of the display module 200 or the anti-reflection film layer 120, the anti-reflection film layer 120 is attached to the display module 200 and is bonded by the adhesive 400; or, a circle of OCR glue is applied at the edge of the conductive layer 410, and the antireflection film layer 120 is attached to the display module 200 and contacts with the OCR glue for bonding; in an embodiment of the invention, the OCA tape is selected to bond the display module 200 and the antireflection film layer 120, and the height of the bonding adhesive 400 is reduced on the basis of frame bonding, so that the overall thickness of the touch display screen is reduced; TOCA optics may also be used to ensure adhesion between conductive layer 410 and antireflective coating layer 120.
After the touch module 100 and the display module 200 are attached to each other, air in the air layer 300 can be extracted to make the air layer 300 in a semi-vacuum state. On the one hand, a space is provided for the transmission of the anti-reflection film layer 120 to light, and the light transmittance of the touch display screen is improved, and on the other hand, the air layer 300 can improve the passing rate of the touch display screen in environment detection such as falling, needling and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the antireflection film layer 120 and the display module 200 are bonded in a frame bonding manner, which has a low requirement on the bonding flatness and is suitable for bonding a large-size display screen; in addition, the touch panel 110 and the anti-reflection film layer 120 are attached through the optical function adhesive film 130, the optical function adhesive film 130 is hot-melt and flowable, a gap between the touch panel 110 and the anti-reflection film layer 120 can be fully filled, the defect that bubbles are easy to appear in the attaching process of a large-size display screen is overcome, the attaching yield of the large-size touch display screen is improved, and the touch display screen has excellent optical performance while being attached.
The display module 200 includes a conductive layer 410 and a display panel 420, the display panel 420 is used for emitting light and displaying images, the conductive layer 410 is used for realizing the touch function of the touch display screen, the conductive layer 410 is located between the anti-reflection film layer 120 and the display panel 420, the light emitted through the conductive layer 410 is emitted into the anti-reflection film layer 120 and is emitted from the surface of the touch panel 110 after being subjected to anti-glare or anti-blue light of the optical function adhesive film 130, the loss of the light when the light passes through different components is reduced, and the display effect of the touch display screen is optimized. The display panel 420 may be selected as a liquid crystal panel.
