Abstract

The application provides a calibration device and a calibration method for a speed characteristic tester of a circuit breaker, wherein the method comprises the steps of obtaining a standard travel curve and a total travel s of the standard travel curve according to the speed characteristic of a standard circuit breaker; discretizing the standard travel curve, dividing the total travel s into a plurality of intervals, and acquiring a time sequence corresponding to each interval; converting the time sequence into a pulse sequence and inputting the pulse sequence into a stepping motor to obtain a stroke curve of the circuit breaker to be tested; and comparing the stroke curve of the circuit breaker to be tested with the standard stroke curve, and evaluating the consistency of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker and the error of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker. The device and the method for calibrating the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker achieve the purpose of evaluating the error of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker to be tested, and are particularly suitable for application in occasions of high voltage grade, large switching current, accurate analysis of mechanical action characteristics of the circuit breaker and the like.

Technical Field

Background
Circuit breakers are important control and protection devices in electrical power systems. In preventive tests of power systems, the detection of mechanical properties plays an important role. Patent CN201220346486.0 proposes a speed parameter calibration device for a high-voltage switch mechanical property tester, which is used for calibrating a sensor to be tested of the high-voltage switch mechanical property tester, and comprises a permanent magnet mechanism, an adjustable fulcrum, a lever, a moving part and a standard sensor. The lever mechanism utilizes a mechanical device to generate motion, and drives the standard sensor to measure and simultaneously drives the speed measuring sensor of the switch instrument to be measured. The measured switch instrument measures the movement speed, and the result of the measurement is compared with the result of the measurement, so that the error of the measured switch instrument can be known.
However, the existing research is only simple measurement of the operating speed characteristic of the circuit breaker, and the corresponding calibration device is relatively lagged, so that the defects of low time parameter precision, low efficiency and the like exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a calibration device and a calibration method for a speed characteristic tester of a circuit breaker, which are used for solving the problems of low time parameter precision and low efficiency of the conventional calibration device.
On one hand, the application provides a calibrating device of a circuit breaker speed characteristic tester, which comprises a base, a guide rail and a stepping motor; the base is of a cuboid structure, a baffle is arranged on the base, the guide rail is arranged on the base and fixedly connected with the base, a fixed block matched with the guide rail is arranged on the guide rail, and the stepping motor is arranged on the fixed block.

acquiring a standard travel curve and a total travel s of the standard travel curve according to the speed characteristic of the standard circuit breaker;

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. But merely as exemplifications of systems and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application, as recited in the claims.
The circuit breaker is a switching device capable of closing, carrying, and opening/closing a current under a normal circuit condition and a current under an abnormal circuit condition within a prescribed time. The circuit breakers are divided into high-voltage circuit breakers and low-voltage circuit breakers according to the application range, the high-voltage and low-voltage boundary lines are relatively vague, and the circuit breakers above 3kV are generally called high-voltage electric appliances. The circuit breaker can be used for distributing electric energy, starting an asynchronous motor infrequently, protecting a power supply circuit, the motor and the like, automatically cutting off a circuit when faults such as serious overload, short circuit, undervoltage and the like occur, has the function equivalent to the combination of a fuse type switch, an over-under-heat relay and the like, and generally does not need to change parts after breaking fault current. The mechanical parameters of the circuit breaker are critical parameters of the circuit breaker. The mechanical characteristic tester for the circuit breaker in China is various in types and high in automation degree. However, the corresponding calibration device is relatively lagged, and has the defects of low time parameter precision, more used equipment, complex calibration circuit, low efficiency and the like.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a calibration device and a calibration method for a speed characteristic tester of a circuit breaker, which are provided for the first time in the field of circuit breakers and are used for calibrating the opening and closing speed characteristics of the circuit breaker.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a calibration apparatus for a circuit breaker speed characteristic tester according to the present application is shown. As can be seen from fig. 1, the present application provides a calibration apparatus for a speed characteristic tester of a circuit breaker, which includes a base 1, a guide rail 2, and a stepping motor 3; wherein, base 1 is the cuboid structure, be equipped with the baffle on the base 1, guide rail 2 sets up on the base 1, guide rail 2 with base 1 fixed connection, be provided with on the guide rail 2 with 2 matched with fixed block 4 of guide rail, step motor 3 sets up on the fixed block 4, step motor 3 with keep relative stillness between the fixed block 4.

comparing the stroke curve of the circuit breaker to be tested with the standard stroke curve to obtain the Pearson correlation coefficient of the stroke curve and the standard stroke curve, and evaluating the consistency of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker according to the Pearson correlation coefficient;
further, if the pearson phase relation is greater than or equal to 0.9, the circuit breaker speed characteristic tester is judged to be qualified in performance, and if the pearson phase relation is less than 0.9, the circuit breaker speed characteristic tester is judged to be unqualified in performance.
And selecting at least one point on the standard travel curve, and comparing the point with a point on the travel curve of the circuit breaker to be tested at the same time t to obtain the error of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker.
Further, at the same time t, the absolute value of the difference between the stroke value corresponding to the stroke curve of the circuit breaker and the stroke value corresponding to the standard stroke curve is the error of the circuit breaker speed characteristic tester.
In a specific embodiment, a standard stroke curve is obtained according to a speed characteristic of a standard circuit breaker, and fig. 3 is a standard stroke curve and a discrete graph thereof of the embodiment. As can be seen from fig. 3, the total stroke of the standard stroke curve is divided into a plurality of intervals, the time sequence corresponding to each interval is converted into a pulse sequence and input into the stepping motor 3, so as to obtain the stroke curve of the circuit breaker to be tested, which is shown in fig. 4, which is a stroke curve diagram of the circuit breaker to be tested according to the embodiment. Comparing fig. 3 and fig. 4, calculating the pearson correlation coefficient of the stroke numbers of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90% of the total stroke, and evaluating the consistency of the speed characteristic tester, wherein if the pearson correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.9, the performance of the speed characteristic tester to be tested is determined to be qualified, and if the pearson correlation coefficient is less than 0.9, the performance of the speed characteristic tester to be tested is determined to be unqualified.
Furthermore, points are taken at the same t moment of the standard travel curve and the travel curve of the circuit breaker to be tested, and the error of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker is obtained by calculating the travel difference between the standard travel curve and the travel curve of the circuit breaker to be tested at the t moment.

The calibration device and method for the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker achieve the purpose of evaluating the error of the speed characteristic tester of the circuit breaker to be tested, and are particularly suitable for application in occasions of high voltage grade, large switching current, accurate analysis of mechanical action characteristics of the circuit breaker and the like.
