Background
Salt deposits, high humidity environments and the presence of oxygen are the main causes of corrosion that causes the thermal power plant to be out of service. The thermal power plant generally adopts the mode that the hot stove discharges water to maintain the boiler system, and after stopping the stove, the salt that deposits in the heat transfer pipeline can separate out in long-term operation, if humidity control is improper in the system, the corrosion of stopping use of equipment can be caused after the air leaks into. Dry air maintenance and nitrogen charging maintenance are common shutdown anticorrosion measures for thermal equipment, wherein the dry air maintenance has strict requirements on humidity, and the humidity is generally required to be controlled to be less than 50%. In the nitrogen filling maintenance, the nitrogen purity is limited, namely the nitrogen purity is not less than 98%, but the humidity is not strictly limited, and only residual water is required to be discharged from equipment, but a thermodynamic system is huge, and the humidity in the system is generally difficult to ensure in the nitrogen maintenance process. Under the condition that salt is accumulated in the equipment and the humidity is more than 50%, whether the residual oxygen in the system can cause the corrosion of the equipment or not is not reported, and relevant tests are required to verify. The key point of the test is to prepare a corrosion test piece with a salt film and prevent the corrosion of the test piece in the preparation process of the salt film. In the prior art, the test piece is generally heated to a high temperature by an electric furnace, and then the salt solution is applied to the surface of the sample by brushing or spraying to form a salt film. In the implementation process of the method, one surface of the test piece needs to be in contact with the heating plate for a long time, so that only one testing surface of the test piece can be coated with the salt. The implementation temperature is high, which easily causes oxidation, corrosion and the like of the test piece, and changes the original characteristics of the test piece.
