Abstract
The invention relates to a quick filling gun for vacuumizing and filling a refrigerant pipe set. The gun comprises a gun body, a vacuumizing device and a filling device, wherein a piston is arranged in the gun body, the front end part of the piston is a working nozzle, a channel is arranged in the front end body of the piston and is communicated with the working nozzle, and a driving device is arranged at the rear end of the piston and drives the piston to stretch and retract in the gun body; the vacuumizing device and the filling device are arranged on the gun body, and when the piston moves to a working position, an air suction port of the vacuumizing device and an air charging port of the filling device can be respectively communicated with the channel, so that vacuumizing and refrigerant filling are realized. The invention has simple and reasonable structural design, can complete the butt joint with the sealing quick connector only by one station, has high production efficiency by vacuumizing, refrigerant filling and separation from the sealing quick connector.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for vacuumizing and filling a refrigerant pipe, in particular to a quick filling gun integrating vacuumizing and filling a refrigerant.
Background
Refrigerant pipes are required to be connected between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit of the split air conditioner, so that the refrigerant circulates between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit. In order to achieve the purpose of quick and convenient installation, the two end parts of the refrigerant pipe are provided with sealing quick joints. The refrigerant pipe needs to be vacuumized and quantitatively filled with refrigerant before leaving factory, the current work is finished by three processes,
1. firstly, a special joint tool is arranged on a sealed quick joint of a refrigerant pipe.
2. Then fill with refrigerant and fill the rifle of annotating the machine and connect the joint frock, to the refrigerant pipe evacuation and fill the refrigerant, accomplish and fill and annotate the refrigerant after, will fill and annotate the rifle and take off from the joint frock.
3. And then the joint tool is disassembled from the sealed quick joints at the two ends of the refrigerant pipe.
The refrigerant filling work of one connecting pipe needs to be divided into three stations, and three operators complete the work, so that the labor cost is increased, and the work efficiency is reduced.

A quick filling gun integrating vacuumizing and refrigerant filling comprises a gun body, a vacuumizing device and a filling device, wherein a piston is arranged in the gun body, a working nozzle is arranged at the front end of the piston, a channel is arranged in the front end of the piston and communicated with the working nozzle, and a driving device is arranged at the rear end of the piston and drives the piston to stretch and retract in the gun body; the vacuumizing device and the filling device are arranged on the gun body, and when the piston moves to a working position, an air suction port of the vacuumizing device and an air charging port of the filling device can be respectively communicated with the channel, so that vacuumizing and refrigerant filling are realized.

The driving device is driven by air pressure or hydraulic pressure.
The front end of the channel is communicated with the working nozzle, the rear end of the channel extends out of the side wall of the piston, the pistons at two sides of the rear end of the channel are respectively provided with a sealing ring, the sealing rings seal a gap between the outer surface of the piston and the inner surface of the gun body, and the rear end of the channel is respectively communicated with an air suction port of the vacuumizing device and an inflation port of the filling device when the piston is at a working position.
The diameter of the piston at the rear end of the channel is smaller than the diameter of the piston at other positions, so that the clearance between the outer surface of the piston at the rear end of the channel and the inner surface of the gun body when the piston is in a working position is beneficial to vacuumizing and refrigerant filling.
The front end of the gun body is provided with a clamping position of a sealing quick joint which can clamp a refrigerant pipe.
The inner cavity of the working nozzle is provided with a plurality of steps which are beneficial to positioning a sealing quick joint of a refrigerant pipe and opening an elastic sealing element of the sealing quick joint of the refrigerant pipe.
The invention has simple and reasonable structural design, the sealing quick connector of the refrigerant pipe is clamped on the clamping position of the filling gun, the filling gun is started, the piston is moved to the working position, the working nozzle is meshed with the sealing quick connector and pushes the elastic sealing element of the sealing quick connector open, so that the refrigerant pipe and the filling gun establish a communication channel, then the filling gun respectively starts the vacuumizing device and the filling device, after the work is finished, the piston is recovered, the working nozzle is separated from the sealing quick connector, and the sealing quick connector immediately recovers the function of the sealing refrigerant pipe. This product only needs a station just can accomplish with sealed quick-operation joint's butt joint, evacuation, refrigerant fill, with sealed quick-operation joint's separation, production efficiency is high.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
The embodiment, with reference to the attached drawings, provides a rapid filling gun integrating vacuum-pumping and refrigerant filling, which comprises a gun body 1, a vacuum-pumping device 2 and a filling device 3. The front end of the gun body 1 is provided with a clamping position 5 of a sealing quick joint 4 which can clamp a refrigerant pipe. The internal piston 6 that is equipped with of rifle, piston front end portion are working nozzle 7, and the internal passageway 8 that is equipped with of front end of piston 6, 8 front ends of passageway and working nozzle 7 intercommunication, and 6 lateral walls of piston are extended to 8 rear ends of passageway, and the rear end of piston 6 is equipped with pneumatic drive device 9, and pneumatic drive device 9 drive piston 6 is flexible in rifle body 1, and pneumatic drive device is prior art, and the no longer describes.
The inner cavity of the working nozzle 7 is provided with a plurality of steps which are beneficial to positioning the sealing quick connector 4 of the refrigerant pipe and opening the elastic sealing element 10 (see figures 7 and 8) of the sealing quick connector 4 of the refrigerant pipe.
The vacuumizing device 2 and the filling device 3 are arranged on the gun body 1, when the piston moves to a working position, an air suction port 11 of the vacuumizing device 2 and an air charging port 12 of the filling device 3 can be respectively communicated with the channel 8, vacuumizing and refrigerant filling are realized, and an external interface 13 of the vacuumizing device and an external interface 14 of the filling device are arranged on the bottom surface of the gun body 1.
And sealing rings 15 and 16 are respectively arranged on the pistons at two sides of the rear end of the channel 8, and the sealing rings seal the gap between the outer surface of the piston and the inner surface of the gun body. The diameter of the piston at the rear end of the channel 8 is smaller than the diameters of other positions of the piston, so that when the piston is in a working position, a gap between the outer surface of the piston at the rear end of the channel and the inner surface of the gun body is beneficial to vacuumizing and refrigerant filling, and when the piston is in the working position, the rear end of the channel 8 is respectively communicated with an air suction port 11 of a vacuumizing device and an air charging port 12 of a filling device.
