Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of cooking devices, and more particularly, to a hinge assembly, and a cooking device having the same.
Background
Currently, a part of cooking devices adopts a pull-down door opening structure, a connection structure of a device body of the cooking device and an oven door is shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bottom end of the oven door 2 ' is hinged with the device body 1 ' of the cooking device through a hinge assembly, the hinge assembly parts comprise a hinge support 3 ', a roller 5 ', a hinge pull rod 4 ' and a spring 6 ', the hinge support 3 ' is fixedly arranged on the device body 1 ' and is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the oven door 2 ' through a door shaft, the roller 5 ' is rotatably arranged on the hinge support 3 ' through a roller rivet, the lower edge of the hinge pull rod 4 ' is abutted against the roller 5 ', the hinge pull rod 4 ' is approximately in an arc shape inscribed with the roller 5 ', the first end of the hinge pull rod 4 ' is connected with the hinge support 3 ' through the spring 6 ', and the spring 6 ' always provides a downward pulling force for the hinge pull rod 4 ', so that the hinge pull rod 4 ' is always abutted against the, the second end of the hinge lever 4 'is rotatably connected with the oven door 2'. In the process of opening and closing the door, as shown in fig. 4, the hinge pull rod 4 'moves along a circular track inscribed with the roller 5' under the combined action of the oven door, the spring and the roller 5 ', the hinge assembly adopts a lever principle, the hinge pull rod 4' takes the roller 5 'as a fulcrum, the spring 6' forms a downward acting force on the first end of the hinge pull rod 4 ', and the second end of the hinge pull rod 4' forms an upward acting force on the oven door 2 ', so that the movement stability of the oven door 2' in the process of opening and closing the door is improved. However, after the door body is opened, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a part of the hinge pull rod 4 'protrudes out of the front end of the device body 1' and the door body rear plate 21 'of the oven door 2', so that the hinge pull rod 4 'is partially exposed, and the exposed part of the hinge pull rod 4' easily bumps hands and arms of an operator, so that potential safety hazards exist, meanwhile, the attractiveness of the product is influenced, and the grade of the product is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art.
To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide a concealed hinge assembly.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cooking apparatus including the hinge assembly.
To achieve the above object, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides the cooking device including a device body and an oven door mounted in front of the device body, the oven door having a closed position and an open position with respect to the device body, the hinge assembly including: the oven door comprises a hinge support, a hinge pull rod, a roller and an elastic piece, wherein the hinge support is fixedly arranged on the device body and is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the oven door, the roller is rotatably connected with the hinge support, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the hinge support, the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the first end of the hinge pull rod, the hinge pull rod is always abutted against the roller under the elastic action of the elastic piece, the second end of the hinge pull rod forms a protruding section extending out of the front end of the device body, the protruding section is rotatably connected with the oven door, the connection point of the hinge pull rod and the elastic piece, the abutment point of the hinge pull rod and the roller and the connection point of the hinge pull rod and the oven door are positioned on the same arc circumscribed with the roller, and the oven door is positioned at the opening position, the protruding section is not higher than the plane of the rear door body plate of the oven door.
This scheme has changed the structure of hinge pull rod, the hinge pull rod roughly is the arc circumscribed with the gyro wheel, make the tie point of hinge pull rod and spring, the conflict point of hinge pull rod and gyro wheel and the tie point of hinge pull rod and furnace gate are located with the same circular arc circumscribed of gyro wheel, the design makes the hinge pull rod form sunkenly towards the position of cooking device open region like this, thereby guarantee that the bulge section of hinge pull rod can not bulge a body back plate when the furnace gate is opened, make the hinge pull rod not expose, the potential safety hazard of bringing because of the hinge pull rod exposes has been eliminated, the security of product has been promoted, also make the product more pleasing to the eye simultaneously, and then promote the grade sense of product.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, an accommodating groove is formed in the door body rear plate, the accommodating groove extends to the door body bottom plate of the oven door, so that the accommodating groove is formed in the door body rear plate and the door body bottom plate, the protruding section is inserted into the accommodating groove and is rotatably connected with the oven door, and the protruding section is not higher than the accommodating groove.
This scheme sets up the holding tank on the door body back plate, and the hinge pull rod protrusion section is connected with the furnace gate in inserting the holding tank, makes the protrusion section hide in the holding tank, and when the furnace gate was opened like this, the protrusion neither can protrude a body back plate, also can not protrude both ends about the furnace gate to further promote the security and the aesthetic property of product.
In the above technical solution, preferably, during the movement of the oven door from one of the closed position and the open position to the other, the hinge rod moves along an arc-shaped track circumscribed to the roller.
After the structure of the hinge pull rod is changed into the arc shape which is externally tangent to the roller wheel from the arc shape which is internally tangent to the roller wheel, the motion track of the hinge pull rod can be changed into the arc track which is externally tangent to the roller wheel in the door opening and closing process, so that the motion track of the hinge pull rod can avoid the opening area of the cooking device, and the protruding section of the hinge pull rod can not protrude out of the door body rear plate when the door is opened, thereby eliminating the potential safety hazard caused by the exposure of the hinge pull rod, and simultaneously improving the aesthetic property and the grade of the product.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when the oven door is in the open position, the roller is lower than a plane where the rear panel of the door body is located.
This scheme has reduced the mounted position of gyro wheel, and the gyro wheel is as the fulcrum of hinge pull rod, and after the gyro wheel position reduced, the mounted position of hinge pull rod just also reduced thereupon, and the mounted position of hinge pull rod is more reasonable like this, makes things convenient for the hinge pull rod to avoid cooking device's open region to guarantee that the salient section of hinge pull rod can not bulge a body back plate when the furnace gate is opened, make the hinge pull rod not expose.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the roller is provided with an annular limiting groove along the circumferential direction, and the hinge pull rod is inserted into the annular limiting groove and always abuts against the bottom wall of the annular limiting groove.
In this scheme, be equipped with annular spacing groove on the gyro wheel, in the lower border entering annular holding tank of hinge pull rod, two lateral walls that annular holding tank is relative form spacingly to the hinge pull rod, can prevent that the hinge pull rod from breaking away from the gyro wheel to can promote gyro wheel and the driven reliability of hinge pull rod cooperation.
In any of the above solutions, preferably, the roller is supported below the hinge rod.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the elastic member is a spring which is always in a stretched state, and a connection point of the spring and the hinge bracket is always lower than a connection point of the spring and the hinge pull rod.
In this scheme, the elastic component is the spring, and the gyro wheel supports in hinge pull rod below, and the spring is in tensile state all the time, just the spring with the tie point of hinge support is less than all the time the spring with the tie point of hinge pull rod to make the spring provide decurrent pulling force for the hinge pull rod all the time, thereby make the lower limb of hinge pull rod contradict with the gyro wheel all the time.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, hooks are respectively disposed at two ends of the spring, a first connection hole is disposed on the hinge bracket, a second connection hole is disposed at the first end of the hinge pull rod, and two ends of the spring are rotatably connected to the first connection hole and the second connection hole through the hooks, respectively.
The installation easy operation of design spring like this can promote the assembly efficiency of product.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the second end of the hinge pull rod forms a hook, a pull rod rivet is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the hook is matched with the pull rod rivet to enable the hinge pull rod to be rotatably connected with the oven door.
The hinge pull rod is simple to install and operate, and the assembly efficiency of products can be improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the hinge bracket is provided with a rib extending out of a front surface of the device body, the rib is inserted into the receiving groove and is rotatably connected with the oven door, and when the oven door is in the open position, the rib is not higher than a plane where the door body rear plate is located.
In this scheme, the hinge pull rod is connected with the furnace gate in inserting the holding tank with the protruding muscle of furnace gate to guarantee that protruding muscle can not bulge a body back plate when the furnace gate is opened, make the hinge support not expose, avoid exposing because of the hinge support is local and the problem of the user of gouging takes place, thereby further promote the security of product, the hinge support does not expose simultaneously still can promote the aesthetic property of product, and then promotes the grade sense of product.
Specifically, the hinge bracket is provided with a limiting rib, and when the oven door reaches the opening position, the hinge pull rod is abutted against the limiting rib so as to keep the oven door at the opening position.
Embodiments of a second aspect of the present invention provide a cooking device including a device body, an oven door mounted in front of the device body, and a hinge assembly according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, and a bottom end of the oven door rotatably connected to the device body by the hinge assembly.
The cooking device provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention has the hinge assembly provided by any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, so that the cooking device has all the advantages of the hinge assembly provided by any one of the embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
An embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a hinge assembly for a cooking apparatus, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the cooking apparatus including an apparatus body 1 and an oven door 2 installed in front of the apparatus body 1, a bottom end of the oven door 2 being rotatably connected to the apparatus body 1 by the hinge assembly, the oven door 2 having a closed position and an open position with respect to the apparatus body 1, the hinge assembly including: a hinge support 3, a hinge pull rod 4, a roller 5 and a spring 6, wherein the hinge support 3 is fixedly arranged on the device body 1, the bottom end of the oven door 2 is rotatably connected with the door shaft 7, the door body back plate 21 of the oven door 2 is provided with an accommodating groove 211, the accommodating groove 211 extends to the door body bottom plate 22 of the oven door 2, so that the accommodating groove 211 forms openings on the door body back plate 21 and the door body bottom plate 22, the roller 5 is rotatably arranged on the hinge support 3 through a roller rivet, the lower edge of the hinge pull rod 4 is abutted against the roller 5, the first end of the hinge pull rod 4 is connected with the hinge support 3 through a spring 6, the spring 6 is always in a stretching state, and the connection point of the spring 6 and the hinge bracket 3 is always lower than the connection point of the spring 6 and the hinge pull rod 4, so that the spring 6 always provides a downward pulling force to the hinge rod 4, thereby always abutting the hinge rod 4 against the roller 5. The second end of the hinge pull rod 4 forms a protruding section 41 extending out of the front end of the device body 1, the protruding section 41 is inserted into the accommodating groove 211 and is rotatably connected with the oven door 2, the hinge pull rod 4 is approximately in an arc shape circumscribed with the roller 5, so that a connection point of the hinge pull rod 4 and the spring 6, a contact point of the hinge pull rod 4 and the roller 5 and a connection point of the hinge pull rod 4 and the oven door 2 are positioned on the same arc circumscribed with the roller 5, and when the oven door 2 is in an opening position, the protruding section 41 is not higher than a plane where the door body rear plate 21 is positioned.
This scheme has changed the structure of hinge pull rod 4, hinge pull rod 4 is roughly the arc circumscribed with gyro wheel 5, make the tie point of hinge pull rod 4 and spring 6, hinge pull rod 4 is located the same circular arc circumscribed with gyro wheel 5 with the tie point of hinge pull rod 4 and gyro wheel 5 to the contact and hinge pull rod 4 and furnace gate 2, the design makes hinge pull rod 4 form sunkenly towards the position of cooking device open region like this, thereby guarantee that the bulge section 41 of hinge pull rod 4 can not bulge door body back plate 21 when furnace gate 2 is opened, make hinge pull rod 4 not expose, eliminated because of the exposed potential safety hazard that brings of hinge pull rod 4, the security of product has been promoted, also make the product more pleasing to the eye simultaneously, and then promote the grade sense of product.
Wherein, as shown in figure 8, during the movement of the oven door from one of the closed position and the open position to the other, the hinge rod 4 moves along an arc-shaped trajectory circumscribed to the rollers 5.
After the structure of the hinge pull rod 4 is changed into the arc shape circumscribed with the roller 5 from the arc shape inscribed with the roller 5, the motion track of the hinge pull rod 4 in the door opening and closing process can be changed into the arc track circumscribed with the roller 5 from the arc track inscribed with the roller 5, so that the motion track of the hinge pull rod 4 can avoid the opening area of the cooking device, the protruding section 41 of the hinge pull rod 4 can not protrude out of the door body rear plate 21 when the door is opened, the potential safety hazard caused by the exposure of the hinge pull rod 4 can be eliminated, and the attractiveness and the grade of a product are improved.
In the above technical solution, preferably, when the oven door 2 is in the open position, the roller 5 is lower than the plane of the door body rear panel 21.

In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the hinge bracket 3 is provided with a rib 31 extending out of the front surface of the device body 1, the rib 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 211 and is rotatably connected with the oven door 2 through the door shaft 7, and when the oven door 2 is in the open position, the rib 31 is not higher than the plane where the door body rear plate 21 is located.
In this scheme, hinge pull rod 4 is connected with furnace gate 2 in inserting holding tank 211 with protruding muscle 31 of furnace gate 2 to guarantee that protruding muscle 31 can not bulge a body back plate 21 when furnace gate 2 is opened, make hinge bracket 3 not expose, avoid taking place because of hinge bracket 3 local exposure user's problem of gouging, thereby further promote the security of product, hinge bracket 3 does not expose simultaneously still can promote the aesthetic property of product, and then promotes the grade sense of product.
Specifically, the hinge bracket 3 is provided with a limiting rib, and when the oven door 2 reaches the open position, the hinge pull rod 4 abuts against the limiting rib to keep the oven door 2 at the open position.
Embodiments of a second aspect of the present invention provide a cooking device including a device body, an oven door mounted in front of the device body, and a hinge assembly according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, and a bottom end of the oven door rotatably connected to the device body by the hinge assembly.
The cooking device provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention has the hinge assembly provided by any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, so that the cooking device has all the advantages of the hinge assembly provided by any one of the embodiments, and details are not repeated herein.
