With the development trend of light weight of automobiles, thin-wall sections with closed sections or non-closed sections are increasingly applied to the manufacturing industry of automobiles and the like, and are mainly used for fixedly mounting other parts. Because the wall thickness of the thin-wall plates is generally thinner, the two thin-wall plates are easily extruded after the bolts are screwed or the rivets are riveted, so that the two thin-wall plates deform. Therefore, a supporting device needs to be installed between the two thin-wall plates, and the supporting device also needs to have a distance adjusting function, so that the height of the supporting device is exactly consistent with the distance between the two thin-wall plates, and the purpose of tolerance absorption is achieved.
When the tolerance absorber in the prior art is used, the tolerance absorber is fixedly clamped on the thin-wall plate through the clamping jaws at the lower part of the nut sleeve, however, the clamping jaws in the structure have poor deformation capability, so that the consumed labor is large when the tolerance absorber is clamped, the clamping jaws cannot be clamped in place at one time, the clamping jaws or the thin-wall plate are easily damaged, the structure of the clamping jaws in the structure is complex, the injection molding processing difficulty is high, and the production and manufacturing cost is increased.

In specific implementation, the bracket 203 and the embedded nut 204 can be made of different materials, the bracket 203 can be made of PA66 material, structural weight can be reduced while structural strength is met, the embedded nut 204 can be made of metal nuts, strength of the first thread 101 can be improved, damage of the threads in the installation process is avoided, and positioning accuracy is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the locking assembly 3 includes a nut 301 and a washer 302, and the nut 301 and the washer 302 are separated from each other, so as to eliminate the influence of the washer rotation on the tolerance absorber, such as wear and the change of the positioning accuracy caused by rotation.
