本发明公开一种可发热的仿木墙裙板制作方法，属于装饰用品领域，仿木墙裙板包括六层结构，最外层为透明的三氧化二铝膜制作的耐磨层；第二层为PVC膜上绘制木纹或石纹等花色图案的装饰层；第三层由铝镁合金成型板构成的骨架层；第四层为发热层，用低温辐射电热膜制作；第五层用聚氨酯发泡板制作的保温层；第六层为反射层，由铝箔膜担当。制作时，先在骨架层一面粘贴装饰层，再在装饰层上热压耐磨层，然后将骨架层用专用设备成型后在骨架层的另一面依次粘贴发热层、喷涂保温层，再将保温层定型后粘贴反射层，其后对墙裙板进行裁切，连接电源线，最后在墙裙板两侧边上各加工一个凸、凹型公、母接口并在其凹型母接口板上间隔均匀套钻若干个小孔。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对家居装修的要求越来越高，传统墙纸、刷漆等墙面装修手段已经不能满足人们的需要，墙面用木板或/和实木装修虽已逐渐普及，但由于目前墙面的木板或/和实木装修多是采用整体的胶粘固定或螺钉固定，因此存在拆装不便，装饰效果差，不环保的缺陷。墙裙作为室内装修最重要的部位之一，越来越受到重视，对墙裙的装饰已成室内外装修之必须。而装饰效果较为理想的墙裙板，也越来越受到广大消费者的亲睐。目前在建筑装饰行业中尚无专用的墙裙板出售，大多墙裙板是根据装修尺寸用细木工板或/和贴面胶合板或/和刨花板或/和塑料板切割而成。用这些板做成的墙裙板既不够美观，也不能阻燃，而且造价较高。
另外，随着治理雾霾、改善空气质量工作的深入进行，在需要冬季供暖的一、二线城市中，正在限制和淘汰燃煤锅炉的使用，尤其对城中村以燃煤取暖的住户，各地正在开展“以电代煤”治理取暖供热环境的工作。在此次“煤改电”中，因需要整改的面积太大，没办法在规定期限内完成此项工作。针对这样的矛盾，本发明就是提供一种具有发热、防火特点且装饰效果(仿木或大理石)良好的墙裙板及制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通电加热后能够向外传播热量、阻燃，重量轻、安装简单、更换容易并具有良好装饰效果的仿木墙裙板制作方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：仿木墙裙板从外向内由六层结构组成，第一层即最外层为耐磨层，材质为透明的三氧化二铝膜；第二层为装饰层，材质是PVC膜，膜上绘制木纹图案或石纹图案等花色；第三层为骨架层，由铝镁合金成型板构成，其厚度为0.4-0.7mm；第四层为发热层，用低温辐射电热膜制作；第五层为保温层，用聚氨酯发泡板制作，厚度为10-15mm；第六层为反射层，由铝箔膜担当。
本发明的制作方法、步骤如下所述：1.首先，在骨架层铝镁合金板的一个面上粘贴具有所需图案的装饰层PVC膜。2.在装饰层上热压耐磨层三氧化二铝膜。3.将复合装饰层、热压耐磨层膜的骨架层铝镁合金板经专用设备成型。4.在骨架层铝镁合金板的另一个面上粘贴用低温辐射电热膜制作的发热层。5.在发热层上喷涂聚氨酯制作的保温层。6.用层压机将保温层定型；7.在保温层上粘贴由铝箔膜担当的反射膜。8.按照工艺尺寸进行裁切。9.将成品的下端发热层两端导电条部位的聚氨酯板扣除，各焊接一根有绝缘包皮的交流电源导线。
为了墙裙板安装、拼接时紧密、方便，在每块墙裙板的左右两侧边上各加工一个凸、凹型公、母接口，在墙裙板的一个凹型母接口面上间隔均匀套钻若干个小孔。
本发明安装简单易行，只需按墙裙板的凹型母接口面上间隔均匀套钻的若干个小孔的尺寸、位置在墙上打同样的几个孔，嵌入安插膨胀钉的塑料件，将墙裙板与墙面靠紧，从墙裙板的小孔用膨胀螺丝对准塑料件插入拧紧即可。下一块墙裙板的凸型公接口与上一块墙裙板的凹型母接口拼接对齐即成，这样依次按照上述方法安装下去，直到全部完成墙裙板的拼接固定工作。其后，在已安装好的墙裙板的下边，连接好电源导线。最后，安装固定踢脚线及装饰条，整体安装结束。
本发明具有原料、辅料易得、重量轻、坚固耐用、安装更换容易、发热及装饰效果良好的特点，它是公共场所及家庭取暖和墙裙装饰的理想产品。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
本发明的仿木墙裙板包括六层结构(见图3所示)，从外到内依次为耐磨层1、装饰层2、骨架层3、发热层4、保温层5、反射层6；其制作步骤如下所述：首先，在作为骨架层3的厚度为0.5mm的铝镁合金板的一个面上粘贴复合装饰层2即PVC膜，膜上绘制木纹图案或石纹图案等花色，起装饰美化作用：然后在装饰层2上热压三氧化二铝膜作为耐磨层1，这是仿木墙裙板的第一层也就是最外层。接着，将骨架层3与已复合上装饰层2和热压上耐磨层1而组成的墙裙板半成品再按照装修尺寸用专用设备将其成型。再在骨架层3即铝镁合金成型板的另一面上依次粘贴用低温辐射电热膜制作的发热层4和用聚氨酯发泡板制作的厚度为10mm的保温层5。在保温层上粘贴由铝箔膜制作的反射层6。按照工艺尺寸进行裁切。将成品的下端发热层两端导电条部位的聚氨酯板扣除，各焊接一根有绝缘包皮的交流电源导线7。为了墙裙板安装、拼接时紧密、方便，在每块墙裙板的左右两侧边上各加工一个凸、凹型公、母接口，在墙裙板的一个凹型母接口面上间隔均匀套钻若干个小孔(见图1所示)。
安装前，根据墙裙板小孔的尺寸、位置，在墙壁10上拟安装墙裙板的位置钻凿若干个与墙裙板上的各个小孔相对应的圆孔，在每个圆孔中嵌入准备与膨胀螺钉9契合固定的塑料件8(见图2所示)。安装时，将墙裙板的反射层6与墙面靠紧，将墙裙板上的小孔对准墙壁10上钻凿的圆孔，用螺丝刀将膨胀螺钉9穿过墙裙板的小孔拧入墙壁圆孔中嵌入的塑料件8后紧固即可。当上一块墙裙板安装完成后，接着将下一块墙裙板的凸型公接口与上一块墙裙板的凹型母接口拼接对齐，重复上一块墙裙板的安装动作程序，这样依次安装下去，直到完成全部墙裙板的拼接固定工作。其后，在已安装好的每块墙裙板的下边，连接好电源引线7。最后，安装固定踢脚线11及装饰条12，整体安装结束。

Claims (1)

1.一种可发热的仿木墙裙板制作方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
步骤一，在厚度为0.5mm铝镁合金板制成的骨架层的一个面上粘贴具有所需图案的PVC膜制成的装饰层；在装饰层上热压透明的三氧化二铝膜作为耐磨层；然后将装饰层、热压耐磨层后的骨架层经专用设备成型；
步骤二，在所述骨架层的另一个面上粘贴用低温辐射电热膜制作的发热层；
步骤三，在所述发热层上喷涂用聚氨酯发泡板制作的厚度为10mm的保温层，用层压机将所述保温层定型；
步骤四，在所述保温层上粘贴由铝箔膜制作的反射层；
步骤五，按照工艺尺寸对墙裙板进行裁切；
步骤六，将成品墙裙板下部的所述发热层两端导电条部位的聚氨酯板扣除后，各焊接一根有绝缘包皮的交流电源导线；
步骤七，在每块墙裙板的左右两侧边上各加工一个凸、凹型公、母接口，在墙裙板的一个凹型母接口面上间隔均匀套钻若干个小孔，小孔内穿设膨胀螺钉，膨胀螺钉一端拧入用于嵌入墙壁内的塑料件。
