The locking working principle of the locking part 3 is as follows: when the two locking parts 3 are matched for use, the male head 305 on one locking part 3 is inserted into the female head 304, the groove on the male head 305 is clamped with the clamping column b310, so that the two locking parts 3 are clamped, and the gasket on the female head 304 is attached and sealed with the gasket on the male head 305; the locking function is realized, the safety and the tightness are further improved, and the probability of water leakage is reduced.

The principle of integral installation: during installation, the joint mechanisms are installed on the plurality of pipelines 101, the head mechanisms can be directly connected, or the conversion mechanisms are used for connecting the joint mechanisms with the conversion mechanisms, only the tail end pipeline 101 in all the pipelines 101 is a dead end pipe 101b, and the rest are common pipes 101 a; all the outermost ends of the water path are provided with closed plugs 102, only the dead end pipe 101b is provided with a fully closed plug 102b, and the other common pipes 101a are provided with semi-closed plugs 102 a; a water pipe on the water pump 103 is connected into a round hole on the end pipe 101 b; hot water can be injected into the water pump 103 at a low temperature, so that the frozen place of the pipeline 101 can be defrosted.
The connection principle of the whole waterway is as follows: in the waterway only connected with the joint mechanism, the inner waterway of the pipeline 101 passes through the inner core a501a and the upper and lower holes of the base 301, flows into the female head 304 and the male head 305 on the opposite latch part 3 through the female head 304 and the male head 305, passes through the upper and lower holes of the base 301, and sequentially passes through the inner core a501 a; the whole inner layer waterway is communicated; the outer water path of the pipe 101 is: the outer layer water path of the pipeline 101 is divided into two parts, passes through two air spaces formed by the outer core a502a and the inner core a501a without mutual influence, passes through the left hole and the right hole on the lock catch part 3, passes through the female head 304 and the male head 305, enters the female head 304 and the male head 305 of the opposite lock catch part 3, and passes through the two holes of the outer core a502a and the inner core a501 a; at the tail end of the common pipe 101a, two layers of water paths are converged through the semi-closed plug 102a, and at the tail end of the end pipe 101b, the two layers of water paths are separated due to the action of the fully-closed plug 102b, so that the whole body is a closed U-shaped loop, and the whole water paths are circulated through the water pump 103.
In the water paths connected with the joint mechanism and the conversion mechanism, the inner-layer water path passes through the middle channel of the three-way pipe 402a or the right-angle pipe 402b and then passes through the inner core b502 b; when the outer layer water paths pass through, three outer layer water paths of the three-way pipe 402a are respectively communicated with two holes formed by the inner core b502b and the outer core b503b on the conversion mechanism, and two outer layer water paths of the right-angle pipe 402b are respectively communicated with two holes formed by the inner core b502b and the outer core b503b on the conversion mechanism.

Claims (6)

1. An anti-freeze water pipe apparatus, comprising: a main body part (1), a clamping part (2), a locking part (3), a tube dividing part (4) and an intermediate core part (5); the main body part (1) has a double-layer structure, the inner layer and the outer layer are not communicated with each other, the inner layer is used as a normal water path, and the outer layer is used for injecting hot water for thawing when the water pipe is frozen; the clamping part (2) has the function of locking the water pipe and cannot cause water leakage due to mechanical fatigue; the locking part (3) has the functions of connecting a plurality of main body parts (1), respectively connecting the inner layer water path and the outer layer water path of the main body parts (1) and being matched with each other for use; the branch pipe part (4) has a conversion function so as to meet different waterway arrangement requirements; the middle core part (5) has the function of ensuring the perfect connection of water paths and ensuring that the water paths on the inner layer and the outer layer do not influence each other to seep water; the branch pipe part (4) is provided with a three-way part (4a) and a right-angle part (4 b); the intermediate core portion (5) has a tab core portion (5a), a switching tab core portion (5 b); the clamping part (2), the locking part (33) and the joint core part (5a) form a joint mechanism, the locking part (3) is arranged at one end of the clamping part (2), and the joint core part (5a) is arranged in the clamping part (2); the locking part (3), the tube dividing part (4) and the conversion head core part (5b) form the conversion mechanism, the conversion head core part (5b) is installed at the outer end of the tube dividing part (4), and the locking part (3) is installed at the outer end of the conversion head core part (5 b); the joint mechanisms can be used in a matched mode, and can also be used in a matched mode with the conversion mechanism; the joint mechanism and the conversion mechanism are arranged at the breakpoint of the main body part (1); wholly realized the function of the water pipe that prevents frostbite, effectually avoided freezing because of the water pipe that the weather is abominable to cause for the problem of maintenance difficulty.

An anti-freeze water pipe arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said main body portion (1) comprises: the device comprises a pipeline (101), a sealing plug (102) and a water pump (103); the pipeline (101) is divided into a common pipe (101a) and a dead end pipe (101b), and the common pipe (101a) and the dead end pipe (101b) are connected through a joint mechanism or a joint mechanism and a conversion mechanism; the closed plug (102) is divided into a semi-closed plug (102a) and a fully-closed plug (102b), the semi-closed plug (102a) is fixedly installed at one end of a common pipe (101a) on the water path, the fully-closed plug (102b) is fixedly installed at one end of a dead end pipe (101b), the semi-closed plug (102a) has the functions of closing an outer-layer water path and enabling the outer-layer water path to be communicated, and the fully-closed plug (102b) has the functions of closing the outer-layer water path and enabling the outer-layer water path to be closed respectively; the water pipe of the water pump (103) is arranged on a round hole which is arranged on the end pipe (101b) and communicated with the outer layer water channel.

An anti-freeze water pipe arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said clamping part (2) comprises: the special-shaped ratchet wheel is characterized by comprising a fixing ring a (201), a threaded ring (202), a special-shaped ratchet wheel (203), a hexagonal nut (204), a fixing ring b (205), a limiting ring (206), a hand-screwed nut (207), a clamping column a (208), a spring a (209), a pawl (210) and a spring b (211); the thread ring (202) is fixedly arranged on the fixed ring a (201); the special-shaped ratchet wheel (203) is rotatably arranged on the thread ring (202); the hexagonal nut (204) is rotatably arranged on the special-shaped ratchet wheel (203); the fixed ring b (205) is fixedly arranged on the limiting ring (206); the limiting ring (206) is rotatably arranged on the threaded ring (202); a round hole arranged at one end of the hand-screwed nut (207) is rotatably connected with a cylinder arranged at one side of the limiting ring (206), and the hand-screwed nut (207) is in threaded fit with the threaded ring (202); a plurality of round holes are formed in the special-shaped ratchet wheel (203), a clamping column a (208) is arranged in the round holes in a sliding mode, springs a (209) are arranged on two sides of the clamping column a (208), and one end of each spring a (209) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the special-shaped ratchet wheel (203) in the direction of the hand-operated nut (207); be equipped with a plurality of recesses on spacing collar (206), be equipped with pawl (210) in the recess, pawl (210) and special-shaped ratchet (203) are supporting to be used, and the rear end of pawl (210) is equipped with spring b (211), the one end and the spacing collar (206) fixed connection of spring b (211).
