Abstract
The invention discloses a paper stabilizing device for a press part of a paper machine, which comprises: a support fixed to a frame of a press section of a paper machine; the air blowing pipe is fixed on the support, an air blowing opening is formed in the air blowing pipe, the air blowing opening is long in strip shape, and the air blowing opening is arranged opposite to the papermaking felt; the hose is connected to one end of the air blowing pipe, and compressed air is introduced into the hose; the invention also provides a paper stabilizing process of the paper stabilizing device, which comprises the following steps: fixing a support on a frame of a press section of a paper machine; adjusting the relative position of the air blowing pipe and the papermaking felt to enable an air blowing opening of the air blowing pipe to be opposite to the paper on the papermaking felt; compressed air is introduced into the hose, enters the air blowing pipe and is sprayed out from the air blowing port, so that the compressed air has a pressure stabilizing effect on paper sheets on the papermaking felt. The invention is provided with the air blowing pipe which can remove air and gaps between paper sheets and the blanket, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of wrinkling of the paper sheets when the paper sheets run on the press blanket.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of papermaking. More particularly, the present invention relates to a paper stabilizing device and process for the press section of a paper machine.
Background
Coated grey white board paper typically includes a face layer, a core layer, a liner layer, and a base layer. As paper machine speeds increase, air and gaps between the sheet and the felt typically occur in the press section of the paper machine due to sheet inertia, causing sheet cockle during sheet travel over the press felt and sheet break loss for production.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and to provide at least the advantages described later.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a paper stabilizing apparatus for use in the press section of a paper machine, wherein a blow pipe is provided opposite to a felt for paper making, and a blow port blows air to an opposite paper sheet to allow the paper sheet to closely contact the felt for operation, thereby removing air and gaps between the paper sheet and the felt, preventing the paper sheet from wrinkling during operation on the felt for paper making, and avoiding the loss of broken ends of the paper sheet during production, thereby avoiding the need to restart the paper guiding process.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a paper stabilizing device for a press section of a paper machine, comprising:
a support fixed to a frame of a press section of a paper machine;
the air blowing pipe is fixed on the support, an air blowing opening is formed in the air blowing pipe, the air blowing opening is long in strip shape, and the air blowing opening is arranged opposite to the papermaking felt;
and the hose is connected to one end of the air blowing pipe, and compressed air is introduced into the hose.
Preferably, the support comprises a first rod body, a second rod body, a first movable sleeve, a second movable sleeve and a connecting plate, one end of the first rod body is fixed to the air blowing pipe through the first movable sleeve, one end of the second rod body is fixed to the other end of the first rod body through the second movable sleeve, the other end of the second rod body is fixed to the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is fixed to the rack.
Preferably, the first rod body and the second rod body are vertically arranged.
Preferably, the other end of the second rod body is movably fixed on the connecting plate.

The invention provides a paper stabilizing process of a paper stabilizing device, which comprises the following steps:
fixing a support on a frame of a press section of a paper machine;
adjusting the relative position of the air blowing pipe and the papermaking felt to enable an air blowing opening of the air blowing pipe to be opposite to the paper on the papermaking felt;
compressed air is introduced into the hose, enters the air blowing pipe and is sprayed out from the air blowing port, so that the compressed air has a pressure stabilizing effect on paper sheets on the papermaking felt.
Preferably, the position of the insufflation tube is adjusted by a bracket.
Preferably, the support comprises a first rod body, a second rod body, a first movable sleeve, a second movable sleeve and a connecting plate, one end of the first rod body is fixed to the air blowing pipe through the first movable sleeve, one end of the second rod body is fixed to the other end of the first rod body through the second movable sleeve, the other end of the second rod body is fixed to the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is fixed to the rack.
The invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
the paper-making felt is provided with an air blowing pipe opposite to the paper-making felt, an air blowing port blows air to the opposite paper sheet, air between the paper sheet and the felt is removed, the paper sheet and the felt are enabled to be in close contact with each other to operate, the phenomenon that the paper sheet is wrinkled when the paper sheet operates on a press felt is avoided, and the loss of broken ends of the paper sheet caused by production is avoided;

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples so that those skilled in the art can practice the invention with reference to the description.
In the description of the present invention, the terms "relative", "one end", "the other end", "vertical", "relative", and the like indicate an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings, only for the convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The present invention provides one embodiment of a paper stabilizing device for the press section of a paper machine. As shown in fig. 1-2, the paper stabilizing device includes: the support 1 is fixed on a frame of a press part of a paper machine, and the support 1 is mainly used for fixing an air blowing pipe 2, is a transformation part of the paper machine and is welded in the press part area of the paper machine;
the blowing pipe 2 is fixed on the support 1, a blowing opening 3 is formed in the blowing pipe 2, the blowing opening 3 is in a strip shape, and the blowing opening 3 is arranged opposite to the papermaking felt 4, so that air between paper and the felt 4 is removed by air blown out from the blowing opening 3, the problem that air exists between the paper and the felt 4 due to inertia of the paper is solved, and the paper is prevented from breaking;
and the hose 5 is connected to one end of the air blowing pipe 2, compressed air is introduced into the hose 5, and the hose 5 introduces the compressed air into the air blowing pipe 2 and then sends the compressed air out of the air blowing opening 3 of the air blowing pipe 2.
In another embodiment, the bracket 1 includes a first rod 101, a second rod 102, a first movable sleeve 103, a second movable sleeve 104 and a connecting plate 105, one end of the first rod 101 is fixed to the gas blowing pipe 2 through the first movable sleeve 103, one end of the second rod 102 is fixed to the other end of the first rod 101 through the second movable sleeve 104, the other end of the second rod 102 is fixed to the connecting plate 105, and the connecting plate 105 is fixed to the frame.
It should be noted that one end of the first rod 101 is welded on the first movable sleeve 103, the first movable sleeve 103 is in a sleeve shape, and the blowing pipe 2 is inserted into the first movable sleeve 103 and fixed by the first bolt 106. If the position of the blow pipe 2 needs to be adjusted, the first bolt 106 can be unscrewed, the blow pipe 2 can be moved, and the position of the blow pipe 2 can be adjusted.
The other end of the first rod 101 passes through the second movable sleeve 104, the second movable sleeve 104 is in a sleeve shape, and the other end of the first rod 101 is fixed in the second movable sleeve 104 by a second bolt 107. If the inclination of the insufflation tube 2 is to be adjusted, this can be done by rotating the first rod 101 relative to the second sleeve. If the distance between the blow pipe 2 and the edge of the papermaking felt 4 is to be adjusted, the adjustment can be performed by adjusting the length of the first rod 101 in the second sleeve.
In another embodiment, the first rod 101 is perpendicular to the second rod 102.
In another embodiment, the other end of the second rod 102 is movably fixed on the connecting plate 105, so that the height of the upper end of the second rod 102 from the papermaking felt 4 is adjustable. The movable fixing can be realized by arranging threaded holes at intervals in the second rod body 102 and then fixing the third bolt 108 on the connecting plate 105 through the holes. The movable fixing can also adopt a mode of adding a movable cover with a threaded hole on the outer side of the second rod body 102, holes are punched on the movable cover at intervals, and then the third bolt 108 penetrates through the threaded hole to be tightly pressed to fix the second rod body 102.
In another embodiment, the method further comprises: and the ball valve 6 is arranged at one end of the air blowing pipe 2 connected with the hose 5, and can adjust the air inflow of the hose 5 into the air blowing pipe 2.

fixing a support 1 on a frame of a press part of a paper machine;
adjusting the relative position of the air blowing pipe 2 and the papermaking felt 4 to ensure that an air blowing port 3 of the air blowing pipe 2 is opposite to the paper on the papermaking felt 4;
compressed air is introduced into the hose 5, enters the air blowing pipe 2 and is sprayed out from the air blowing port 3, so that the pressure stabilizing effect is formed on paper sheets on the papermaking felt 4.
The position of the air blowing pipe 2 is adjusted through the bracket 1.
The support 1 comprises a first rod body 101, a second rod body 102, a first movable sleeve 103, a second movable sleeve 104 and a connecting plate 105, one end of the first rod body 101 is fixed through the first movable sleeve 103, the air blowing pipe 2 is fixed through the second movable sleeve 104, one end of the second rod body 102 is fixed through the other end of the first rod body 101, the other end of the second rod body 102 is fixed on the connecting plate 105, and the connecting plate 105 is fixed on the rack.
It should be noted that one end of the first rod 101 is welded on the first movable sleeve 103, the first movable sleeve 103 is in a sleeve shape, and the blowing pipe 2 is inserted into the first movable sleeve 103 and fixed by the first bolt 106. If the position of the blow pipe 2 needs to be adjusted, the first bolt 106 can be unscrewed, the blow pipe 2 can be moved, and the position of the blow pipe 2 can be adjusted.
The other end of the first rod 101 passes through the second movable sleeve 104, the second movable sleeve 104 is in a sleeve shape, and the other end of the first rod 101 is fixed in the second movable sleeve 104 by a second bolt 107. If the inclination of the insufflation tube 2 is to be adjusted, this can be done by rotating the first rod 101 relative to the second sleeve. If the distance between the blow pipe 2 and the edge of the papermaking felt 4 is to be adjusted, the adjustment can be performed by adjusting the length of the first rod 101 in the second through hole.

Claims (8)
1. A paper stabilizing device for a press section of a paper machine, comprising:
a frame (1) fixed to the frame of the press section of a paper machine;
the blowing pipe (2) is fixed on the support (1), a blowing opening (3) is formed in the blowing pipe (2), the blowing opening (3) is long in strip shape, and the blowing opening (3) is arranged opposite to the papermaking felt (4);
and the hose (5) is connected to one end of the air blowing pipe (2), and compressed air is introduced into the hose (5).

A paper stabilizing device for the press section of a paper machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (1) comprises a first rod body (101), a second rod body (102), a first movable sleeve (103), a second movable sleeve (104) and a web (105), one end of the first rod body (101) is fixed to the blow pipe (2) through the first movable sleeve (103), one end of the second rod body (102) is fixed to the other end of the first rod body (101) through the second movable sleeve (104), the other end of the second rod body (102) is fixed to the web (105), and the web (105) is fixed to the frame.
3. A paper stabilizing device for the press section of a paper machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that said first rod (101) is arranged perpendicular to said second rod (102).
4. A paper stabilizing device for the press section of a paper machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the other end of the second rod (102) is movably fixed to the web (105).
5. A paper stabilizing device for the press section of a paper machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: and the ball valve (6) is arranged at one end of the air blowing pipe (2) connected with the hose (5).
6. A paper stabilizing process for a paper stabilizing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
fixing a support (1) on a frame of a press section of a paper machine;
adjusting the relative position of the air blowing pipe (2) and the papermaking felt (4) to ensure that an air blowing port (3) of the air blowing pipe (2) is opposite to the paper on the papermaking felt (4);
compressed air is introduced into the hose (5), enters the air blowing pipe (2) and is sprayed out from the air blowing port (3), so that the pressure stabilizing effect is formed on paper sheets on the papermaking felt (4).
7. A paper stabilizing process of a paper stabilizing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the position of the blowing pipe (2) is adjusted by means of a bracket (1).
8. The paper stabilizing process of the paper stabilizing device according to claim 7, wherein the bracket (1) comprises a first rod body (101), a second rod body (102), a first movable sleeve (103), a second movable sleeve (104) and a connecting plate (105), one end of the first rod body (101) is fixed on the air blowing pipe (2) through the first movable sleeve (103), one end of the second rod body (102) is fixed on the other end of the first rod body (101) through the second movable sleeve (104), the other end of the second rod body (102) is fixed on the connecting plate (105), and the connecting plate (105) is fixed on the frame.
