The invention relates to the technical field of dyes, in particular to a high-permeability black disperse dye for heavy polyester fabrics, which is characterized by comprising the following components: 20-40 parts of disperse blue; 5-10 parts of dispersing orange; 1-10 parts of disperse red; 1-10 parts of disperse yellow; 30-50 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-10 parts of a penetrating agent; 1-5 parts of a wetting agent. The disperse dye provided by the invention has the advantages that the selected dye combination belongs to a dye with high dry heat fastness, the structure is similar, the performance is similar, the dye is suitable for pad dyeing, and a dispersant, a penetrating agent and a wetting agent are matched, so that pad dyeing of heavy fabrics is realized, and the quality problems of poor dyeing permeability, poor washing fastness and white dyeing core of the heavy fabrics are solved.

Background
The dyeing of the polyester fabric generally comprises two dyeing methods, namely dip dyeing and pad dyeing, wherein the dip dyeing belongs to an intermittent dyeing method, in a high-temperature and high-pressure water dispersion system, the dye is dispersed into a water medium, the gap of an amorphous area of the polyester fiber is enlarged, and the dye in a dyeing solution is diffused into the fiber to realize the dyeing of the fabric; pad dyeing belongs to a continuous dyeing method, after fabric is padded in a dye liquor, drying and shaping are carried out, and dye permeates into the fabric in a high-temperature molten state to realize dyeing. The two methods are suitable for different types of fabrics, the dyeing quality is different, the general heavy woven fabric is suitable for pad dyeing continuous dyeing, the dyeing method has high efficiency and can realize continuous production, but has higher requirements on the high temperature resistance (dry heat fastness) and permeability of the dye, if the sublimation fastness of the dye is low, the dye in a molten state is not sublimated into the color development equipment, and the defects of low dye rate, cross contamination, larger color difference, high color matching difficulty and the like are caused. The dye with poor permeability is not easy to enter the fiber, so that the quality problems of white core, poor color fastness and the like of the fabric are caused.
Therefore, a high-permeability black disperse dye for heavy polyester fabrics with good permeability and high color fastness is urgently needed in the market.
