(4) preparing each layer of modified material by adopting a double-screw extruder, wherein the set temperature of the double-screw extruder is 160-180 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 300 rpm, and the materials are subjected to melt extrusion, air cooling bracing and grain cutting to obtain each layer of modified material;
(5) prepare three-layer composite biodegradable film through three-layer coextrusion inflation film manufacturing machine, wherein: the set temperature of the film blowing machine is 160-175 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 120 rpm, the traction speed is 17 m/min, and the blowing ratio is 4;
(6) printing the film by a printing machine, gluing the glue opening, covering the film by a release film, and hot-cutting and hot-sealing by a bag making machine, wherein the hot-sealing temperature is 250 ℃, and the hot-cutting speed is 100/min, so that the three-layer co-extrusion biodegradable express packaging bag is obtained.

(4) preparing each layer of modified material by adopting a double-screw extruder, wherein the set temperature of the double-screw extruder is 150-180 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 300 rpm, and the materials are subjected to melt extrusion, air cooling bracing and grain cutting to obtain each layer of modified material;
(5) prepare three-layer composite biodegradable film through three-layer coextrusion inflation film manufacturing machine, wherein: the set temperature of the film blowing machine is 160-175 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 90 rpm, the traction speed is 13 m/min, and the blow-up ratio is 3.5;
(6) printing the film by a printing machine, gluing the glue opening, covering the film by a release film, and hot-cutting and hot-sealing by a bag making machine, wherein the hot-sealing temperature is 260 ℃, and the hot-cutting speed is 100/min, so that the three-layer co-extrusion biodegradable express packaging bag is obtained.

(3) weighing the raw materials of the outer layer film according to a formula, adding the PPC, the PBAT and the white oil into a low-speed mixer, stirring for 50 s, adding the inorganic powder, the lubricant, the compatilizer, the color master, the antioxidant and the ultraviolet resistant agent, and stirring for 90 s;
(4) preparing each layer of modified material by adopting a double-screw extruder, wherein the set temperature of the double-screw extruder is 150-175 ℃, the screw rotating speed is 350 rpm, and the materials are subjected to melt extrusion, air cooling bracing and grain cutting to obtain each layer of modified material;
(5) prepare three-layer composite biodegradable film through three-layer coextrusion inflation film manufacturing machine, wherein: the set temperature of the film blowing machine is 160-175 ℃, the rotating speed of a screw is 90 rpm, the traction speed is 13 m/min, and the blow-up ratio is 3.5;
(6) printing the film by a printing machine, gluing the glue opening, covering the film by a release film, and hot-cutting and hot-sealing by a bag making machine, wherein the hot-sealing temperature is 245 ℃, and the hot-cutting speed is 70 pieces/min, so that the three-layer co-extrusion biodegradable express packaging bag is obtained.
The thickness ratio of the inner layer film, the middle layer film and the outer layer film of the three-layer co-extrusion biodegradable express packaging bag is as follows: 1:1.5:1.
The total thickness of the three-layer film of the three-layer co-extrusion biodegradable express packaging bag is 56 micrometers.

As can be seen from table 1, the composite films provided in embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention have excellent tensile strength, elongation at break, and heat seal strength. Comparison with the comparative example shows that: when the content of the PPC reaches a certain amount, the composite film has better tensile strength and heat sealing strength, but when the content of the PPC is lower, the composite film is softer and has low strength. When the composite film is more than a certain amount, the composite film becomes brittle and cannot be used in express packaging, and good performance can be obtained only by controlling the distribution ratio of the components within a certain range.

the middle layer film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-60 parts of PPC, 32-66 parts of PBAT, 3-5 parts of inorganic powder, 1-3 parts of compatilizer and 0.1-0.3 part of white oil;
the outer layer film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-25 parts of PPC, 55-85 parts of PBAT, 5-10 parts of inorganic powder, 0.3-0.5 part of lubricant, 1-3 parts of compatilizer, 1-2 parts of color master batch, 0.2-1 part of antioxidant, 0.2-1 part of ultraviolet absorbent and 0.1-0.3 part of white oil.
2. A preparation method of a biodegradable express packaging bag is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
