Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to an automobile type quick-assembly tower crane for small-sized residential building construction.
Background
The automobile crane is common engineering mechanical equipment in the market, has wide operation adaptability due to the characteristics of convenient operation and flexible transition, is popular among customers, and is also the main force of the current engineering infrastructure. During operation, the crane loading part mainly depends on a crane boom to bear load, and the load is transferred through actions of lifting, rotation, amplitude variation and the like. As shown in figure 6, the crane boom of the automobile crane mainly comprises a main boom c and an auxiliary boom d, wherein the auxiliary boom d is arranged at the head of the main boom c, the bearing capacity of the auxiliary boom d is small, but the working height is high and the working amplitude is large. The steel wire rope of the main hoisting mechanism a is connected with a main hook f, and the steel wire rope of the auxiliary hoisting mechanism b is connected with an auxiliary hook e. Large hoisting loads are generally completed by means of a main arm and a main hook; small loads are generally achieved by using auxiliary arms and auxiliary lifting hooks, particularly when the lifting height is high and the working amplitude is large. Although the truck crane with the main arm and the auxiliary arm has certain adaptability, the reduction of the elevation angle of the main arm c can greatly reduce the bearing capacity of the main arm c, and simultaneously can reduce the operation space of the crane in the height direction, so that the truck crane has certain operation limitation under certain use working conditions.

Furthermore, a hoisting steel wire rope is further arranged on the fast-assembly tower crane and bypasses the first pulley, the second pulley, the third pulley and the fourth pulley, and the rope end is fixed to the head of the auxiliary arm.
Further, the connecting body is connected with the main arm through a pin shaft.
Further, the connector is a variable angle structure, the variable angle structure comprises a variable angle connecting rod and a variable angle connecting seat, and the variable angle connecting rod is connected with the variable angle connecting seat through a pin shaft.
Furthermore, a row of connecting holes are formed in the angle-variable connecting seat.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the auxiliary arm has the function of a tower arm by adding the loading trolley on the auxiliary arm, the pulleys are arranged on the main arm, the connecting body, the auxiliary arm, the loading trolley and the lifting hook, and the lifting steel wire rope and the amplitude-variable steel wire rope are wound with the pulleys to play two roles, wherein the lifting hook can perform lifting action through the lifting steel wire rope, and the lifting hook can perform amplitude-variable action below the auxiliary arm. The two functions expand the application range of the auxiliary arm and improve the operation efficiency.
