Detailed Description
The inventor develops a destructively opened drum through extensive and intensive research, wherein the destructively opened drum is provided with a first easy-tearing strip and a second easy-tearing strip, when the drum is opened, the first easy-tearing strip arranged on an outer drum ring needs to be torn at first, the outer drum ring is torn, the second tearing strip is exposed, and then the drum cover is opened after the second easy-tearing strip is torn, so that the outer drum ring and the drum cover are inevitably torn in the process of opening the drum, and lawbreakers cannot recover the drum for secondary use for filling inferior coating and then sell the drum again, thereby avoiding consumers from buying inferior products at high price and damaging the brand value of coating production enterprises. On this basis, the inventors have completed the present invention.

when the destructively opened drum is opened, the first easy-to-tear strip arranged on the outer drum ring needs to be torn firstly, the outer drum ring is torn, the second easy-to-tear strip is exposed, and then the drum cover is opened after the second easy-to-tear strip is torn, so that when the destructively opened drum is opened, the outer drum ring and the drum cover are inevitably torn, so that a lawbreaker cannot recover the drum for filling inferior coating for secondary sale, and therefore, consumers are prevented from buying inferior products at high price and brand value of coating production enterprises is prevented from being damaged.
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The experimental procedures, in which specific conditions are not noted in the following examples, are generally carried out under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturers. Unless otherwise indicated, percentages and parts are by weight.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 provides a destructively opened drum, comprising a drum body and a drum cover 1, wherein the drum body comprises a drum bottom 2 and a drum body 3;
an inner barrel ring 20 and an outer barrel ring 21 are arranged at the barrel opening of the barrel body, the inner barrel ring and the outer barrel ring are connected with the barrel opening of the barrel body through a seaming process, a groove is formed between the inner barrel ring and the outer barrel ring, an inner barrel ring 4 is arranged on the inner barrel ring, an outer barrel ring 5 is arranged on the outer barrel ring, the height of the outer barrel ring is lower than that of the inner barrel ring by taking a horizontal plane as a reference, a concave cavity 6 is formed between the inner barrel ring and the outer barrel ring, and a first easy-tearing strip 7 capable of tearing the outer barrel ring is arranged on the outer barrel ring;
the barrel cover covers the ring opening of the inner barrel ring, a second easy-tearing strip 8 is arranged on the barrel cover and is positioned in a concave cavity 6 formed between the inner barrel ring and the outer barrel ring;
the outer barrel ring can be torn by tearing the first easy-tearing strip and the second easy-tearing strip is exposed, and the barrel cover is opened after the second easy-tearing strip is torn;
the barrel cover is internally buckled with the ring opening of the inner barrel ring;
the second easy-tearing strip surrounds the cover edge of the barrel cover, the cover edge of the barrel cover is in close contact with the inner barrel ring, and the cover edge of the barrel cover can be torn after the second easy-tearing strip is torn.
The working principle of the destructively opened drum described in example 1 that cannot be recycled after opening mainly includes:
because the second easy-tearing strip is positioned in the cavity formed between the inner barrel ring and the outer barrel ring, if the barrel cover is opened after the second easy-tearing strip is torn, the first easy-tearing strip arranged on the outer barrel ring must be torn firstly, the first easy-tearing strip is torn to tear the outer barrel ring and expose the second easy-tearing strip, then the second easy-tearing strip is torn to tear the cover edge of the barrel cover, and the barrel cover is opened after the cover edge of the barrel cover is torn. It can be seen that in the cask that destructively opens, only tear first tear strip earlier, will outer barrel circle tear the back expose the second tear strip, then through tearing the second tear strip after can opening the bung, consequently, opening the cask in-process, tear first tear strip and second tear strip and already destroy outer barrel circle and bung to sell again behind the inferior coating of unable recovery cask filling.
