Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the financial stamping device for automatically supplying inkpad comprises a workbench 1, wherein a machine body 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the workbench 1. The machine body 4 comprises a support frame 41 fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the workbench 1, and a support rod 42 is horizontally arranged on the side wall of the support frame 41. The side wall of the supporting frame 41 is fixedly connected with an electric push rod 6 located above the supporting rod 42, and the telescopic end of the electric push rod 6 is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 42.
When the telescopic end of the electric push rod 6 extends out, the support rod 42 can drive the clamping assembly 43 and the stamp 5 to vertically move downwards. When the seal 5 is covered on the contract and the bill voucher, the seal operation can be realized. When the telescopic end of the electric push rod 6 retracts, the supporting rod 42 can drive the clamping assembly 43 and the seal 5 to vertically move upwards, so that the seal is reset. The automatic stamping operation of the stamping device can be realized by reciprocating.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the clamping assembly 43 includes a clamping tube 431 vertically and fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the supporting rod 42, a plurality of mounting holes 7 are perforated through the outer wall of the clamping tube 431, and the plurality of mounting holes 7 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the clamping tube 431. Meanwhile, a tightening column 432 penetrates through each mounting hole 7 in a threaded mode. When the fastening posts 432 are rotated, the distance between the fastening posts 432 can be adjusted, so that the clamping assembly 43 can clamp and fix stamps 5 with different sizes.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a hand wheel 8 is fixedly connected to an end of each tightening post 432 outside the clamping tube 431, so that a user can quickly rotate the tightening posts 432. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a driving block 10 located between the stamp 5 and the supporting frame 41 is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the supporting rod 42, and a pedal inflator 11 located below the driving block 10 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the table 1. The interval between the up end of lower terminal surface of seal 5 and workstation 1 is less than the interval between the up end of the lower terminal surface of drive block 10 apart from inflator pump 11 to make the bracing piece 42 drive seal 5 and the vertical downstream of drive block 10, and when seal 5 stamped the operation to contract, bill voucher, inflator pump 11 can take place compression deformation under the extrusion of drive block 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the stamp 5 includes a housing 51 having an open lower end, and an ink layer 52 is fixedly attached to the lower end of the housing 51. The ink layer 52 seals the lower port of the housing 51, and the ink layer 52 is made of a water-absorbing material. The upper end surface of the workbench 1 is provided with an ink storage box 12 with an open upper end, and the ink storage box 12 is used for storing ink. The air inlet and the air outlet of the inflator 11 are respectively provided with a check valve, and the air inlet of the inflator 11 is communicated with the ink storage box 12. Meanwhile, the exhaust port of the inflator 11 is connected with a flexible ink supply tube 13, and one end of the ink supply tube 13 far away from the inflator 11 is connected with the housing 51 through a quick connector 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a support plate 15 located right below the driving block 10 is horizontally and fixedly connected to an upper end surface of the inflator 11, and a guide rail 16 for the support plate 15 to vertically slide is fixedly connected to an upper end surface of the table 1, so as to improve the smoothness of movement of the support plate 15. The upper end face of the workbench 1 is provided with a plurality of springs 17 which are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the inflator pump 11, one end part of each spring 17 is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the corresponding support plate 15, and the other end part of each spring is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the workbench 1.
When the above-described sealing device is used, the contract, the receipt certificate is placed on the table 1 so that the contract, the receipt certificate is located directly below the ink layer 52. Then the electric push rod 6 drives the support rod 42 to drive the components such as the clamping tube 431, the shell 51, the ink layer 52 and the like to move vertically and downwards. When the lower end face of the ink layer 52 is against the contract and the bill voucher, the stamping operation can be realized.
Then, the electric push rod 6 drives the support rod 42 to drive the components such as the clamping tube 431, the shell 51, the ink layer 52 and the like to vertically move upwards, and when the ink layer 52 is separated from the contract and the bill certificate, a user can replace the contract and the bill certificate. The automatic stamping operation and the continuous stamping operation of the stamping device can be realized by reciprocating in this way.
When the support rod 42 moves vertically downward, the driving block 10 follows the support rod 42 to move vertically downward in synchronization. Subsequently, the driving block 10 presses the support plate 15 and compressively deforms the inflator 11. At this time, the ink in the inflator 11 enters the housing 51 through the ink feed tube 13, and the automatic ink replenishment of the stamp 5 is realized. At the same time, the spring 17 is gradually compressed against the support plate 15.
When the support rod 42 drives the driving block 10 to move vertically upward, the springs 17 push the support plate 15 to move vertically upward under the action of their own elastic force. Then, the inflator 11 is reset by the combined driving of its own elastic force and the pulling force of the support plate 15. At this time, a negative pressure is generated in the inflator 11, and then the ink in the ink storage box 12 can enter the inflator 11. The automatic ink replenishing operation and the online ink replenishing operation of the stamp 5 can be realized by reciprocating in the way.
When the stamp 5 needs to be replaced, the quick connector 14 between the housing 51 and the ink feeding tube 13 is disconnected, and then the hand wheels 8 are respectively rotated to drive the corresponding abutting columns 432 and the corresponding shock absorption blocks 9 to rotate. At this time, the damping block 9 is gradually separated from the housing 51 by the corresponding tightening posts 432, and then the housing 51 can be pulled out of the clamping tube 431.
Then, a new stamp 5 is taken out, and the housing 51 is inserted into the holding tube 431. Then, the hand wheels 8 are respectively rotated to drive the corresponding tightening posts 432 and the corresponding shock absorption blocks 9 to rotate reversely. At this time, the shock absorbing block 9 is gradually close to the housing 51 by the corresponding tightening posts 432. When the plurality of shock absorption blocks 9 are tightly abutted against the shell 51, the stamp 5 can be clamped and fixed. Then, the housing 51 and the ink feed tube 13 are connected by the quick connector 14, so that the seal 5 can be replaced.
