A semi-brazing connecting handle processing technology for a nuclear fuel control rod assembly comprises the following steps of (1) processing a connecting handle body; (2) and assembling the connecting handle. As shown in figure 3, the semi-brazed connection handle has a complex and unique handle body structure, the requirements on the position degree and the surface quality of the brazing surface of the finger rod of the handle body are high, a process needs to be reasonably arranged, the deformation of the branches and the wings of the handle body is controlled, and the surface quality of the brazing surface of the finger rod of the handle body is ensured to meet the brazing requirement; the root space between the branches and the wings of the handle body is small, the processing difficulty is high, and the problem of low processing efficiency needs to be controlled.

The invention aims to provide a processing technology of a semi-brazed connecting handle of a nuclear fuel control rod assembly, which solves the problem of a handle body manufacturing technology and realizes batch production of the connecting handle.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a processing technology for a semi-brazed connection handle of a nuclear fuel control rod assembly comprises the following steps,
(1) processing a connecting handle body;
(2) and assembling the connecting handle.

1) blanking and primary processing;
2) stress relief heat treatment;
3) finely turning the internal and external dimensions of the handle body, and processing all the dimensions of the handle body except the wing plates in place;
4) drilling a positioning hole and milling a fillet at the bottom of the branch wing, and processing the size of the bottom of the wing plate;
5) cutting the shape of the wing plate by using a wire with the positioning hole as a reference;
6) and milling the bevel edge and the fillet of the branch wing, and machining the upper part of the wing plate by using a multi-shaft machine tool.
And (2) putting the workpiece in the step (1) into a vacuum heat treatment furnace, and heating to 415 +/-15 ℃ at a speed of 100-150 (DEG C/h).

2) coating and brazing.
And the step 2) in the step (2) comprises the steps of putting the workpiece into a vacuum heat treatment furnace, heating to 800 ℃ at the speed of 47 +/-7 ℃/h, preserving heat for 10min, then heating to 1015 +/-15 ℃ at a constant speed for 20min, preserving heat for 40-55 min, then filling argon for fast cooling (the cooling speed before 430 ℃ is more than or equal to 650 ℃/h), and discharging at the temperature of less than 140 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can solve the manufacturing and processing technology of the connecting handle and overcome the defects and shortcomings of long overall processing time, large deformation and the like of the handle body of the connecting handle.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
A processing technology for a semi-brazed connecting handle of a nuclear fuel control rod assembly comprises the following steps:
(1) and processing the connecting handle body as shown in figure 1.
1) Blanking and primary processing;
2) stress relief heat treatment, namely putting the workpiece into a vacuum heat treatment furnace, heating the workpiece to 415 +/-15 ℃ at the speed of 100-150 (DEG C/h), preserving the heat for 11 +/-1 h, then filling argon (the pressure is 0.08-0.09 MPa), and quickly cooling the workpiece to 120 ℃ for discharging;

5) and cutting the shape of the wing plate by using a wire with the positioning hole as a reference. Reasonable linear cutting parameters are selected, so that the surface deterioration layer is controlled below 3um, the surface quality of a workpiece is guaranteed, the influence of a linear cutting processing surface on brazing is guaranteed, and the quality requirement of a brazing seam is met.
6) And milling the bevel edge and the fillet of the branch wing, and machining the upper part of the wing plate by using a multi-shaft machine tool.
(2) Assembly of connecting handle
1) Assembling spot welding, and fixing the handle body and the finger rod by using a special clamp; the finger is shown in fig. 2, and the connecting handle is shown in fig. 3;
2) coating and brazing, heating the workpiece to 800 ℃ at the speed of 47 +/-7 ℃/h in a vacuum heat treatment furnace, preserving heat for 10min, then uniformly heating to 1015 +/-15 ℃ for 20min, preserving heat for 40-55 min, then filling argon for fast cooling (the cooling speed before 430 ℃ is more than or equal to 650 ℃/h), and discharging at the temperature of less than 140 ℃.
The semi-brazing connecting handle is machined by different machining modes such as milling, turning and linear cutting, and the machining precision of the semi-brazing connecting handle meets the technical requirement. The problem of deformation of the processed handle body is solved through reasonable process arrangement; the problem that the space at the root of the wing plate is small and a cutter cannot enter is solved by a mode of processing the wing plate area through wire cutting; the problem of the processing technology of the handle body is solved by designing a machining clamp and a linear cutting clamp; the difficulty of assembling the handle body and the 16 fingers at the same time is solved by designing and assembling the spot welding clamp.
