putting a bright silver bar to be straightened between a first straightening roller (4) and a second straightening roller (6), starting a servo motor (22), enabling a rotating platform (21) to rotate through a gear in a gear box by the servo motor (22), enabling the first straightening roller (4) in an installation rack (23) to rotate, adjusting the angle of the first straightening roller (4), then starting an external driving mechanism to drive the first straightening roller (4) to rotate, enabling the second straightening roller (6) to rotate through friction between the first straightening roller (4) and the second straightening roller (6) and the bright silver bar, and enabling a volume bar to pass through a space between the first straightening roller (4) and the second straightening roller to be straightened;
when the second straightening rollers (6) with different specifications need to be replaced, two pull rods (9) in the pull holes (8) are pulled out from the inside of the storage groove (10), the first magnetic block (11) is not contacted with the second magnetic block (12), the cross rod (55) can be pulled out from the rotating groove (54) in the support rod (2), meanwhile, the cross rod (55) slides in the through hole (56) in the sliding block (53), so that the second straightening rollers (6) are taken down, then the second straightening rollers (6) with the other specification are placed between the adjusting frames (51), and the cross rod (55) and the pull rods (9) are restored to the initial state.
