Technical Field

Background
Many times, the gas mask is generally used for operating in the environment of harmful gas or particle dust for a long time, so that the protective products have low requirements on the wearing comfort for a long time, and the water accumulation of factors such as water vapor generated when a person wearing the gas mask breathes in the gas mask, cough, speaking, sweating and the like in the gas mask is a great reason for influencing the wearing comfort of the gas mask;
since the breather valve of many gas masks on the market is in the dead ahead at present, the liquid that the gauze mask accumulated can't be discharged, can let oneself feel very nauseous, and some other types of gas masks, the gas outlet is washed down, though liquid can not gather in the gauze mask, can drip along the breather valve, pollute the clothing of wearer.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, there is a need for a novel respirator that collects condensation water generated by breathing and prevents dripping, can automatically flow the internally generated condensation water into a corresponding container for collection during breathing, can discharge the condensation water under corresponding operation, and can be quickly disassembled for cleaning.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the technical solution provides a respirator capable of automatically flowing condensed water generated inside into a corresponding container for collection during breathing, discharging the condensed water during corresponding operation, and quickly disassembling and cleaning the collected condensed water generated by breathing to prevent the condensed water from dripping.
A gas mask capable of collecting condensed water generated by breathing and preventing the condensed water from dripping comprises a main body assembly, a detachable and replaceable filter box assembly and a gas valve group; the main body assembly comprises a mask, a head band fixedly connected to the outer side of the mask and used for fixing when the mask is worn, and a sealing rubber ring fixedly connected to one side, close to the face, of the mask and used for tightly adhering to the face to achieve a sealing effect, wherein the part enclosed in the mask is an inner cavity; the cartridge assembly includes a mounting assembly secured to the mask and a replaceable cartridge assembly that can be removed and replaced; the gas valve group comprises a gas outlet valve mechanism and a detachable water storage mechanism which are fixed on the mask, and a pressure valve mechanism for draining water is also arranged in the water storage mechanism; the water storage tank in the water storage mechanism is structurally provided with a conical structure and a protruding structure, the conical structure is fixedly connected with an airtight ring, the conical structure and the protruding structure are combined and matched, the water storage tank can be used for storing partial water, the water can still naturally exhale, the water cannot overflow, and the water storage tank is manually and automatically discharged after being pushed upwards.
Further, the air outlet valve mechanism fixed on the face mask in the air valve group comprises an air outlet valve fixedly connected to the bottom of the face mask, the upper part of the air outlet valve extends into the inner cavity, the lower part of the air outlet valve extends to the outside, the part connected with the face mask is tightly connected to achieve complete air tightness, an air outlet hole with an upper opening and a lower opening is arranged in the air outlet valve and is communicated with the inner cavity and the outside, the lower opening of the air outlet hole is in a downward horn mouth shape, a circular cavity with an upward opening is also arranged on the upper side of the air outlet valve and is communicated with the air outlet hole, a vent plate is connected in the circular cavity in a sliding manner and is provided with two vent holes with upper and lower openings and is communicated with the upper side and the lower side, an air valve spring is fixedly connected between the lower end of the vent plate and the lower cavity wall of the circular cavity, the lower end of the vent plate is fixedly connected with a valve core, and the valve core passes through the air outlet hole, the lower end of the valve core extends out of the lower end of the air outlet valve and is fixedly connected with an air outlet valve plate, and an air outlet valve rubber ring is fixedly connected to the upper end of the air outlet valve plate.
Further, the water storage mechanism in the air valve group comprises a threaded part which is of a disc structure, and a pressure valve mechanism is arranged in the screw thread piece, a large round disc of the screw thread piece is convenient for hand twisting force application when being disassembled, the surface of the air outlet valve is provided with a screw thread matched with the pressure valve mechanism, the screw member can be installed on the air outlet valve through screw connection, the lower side of the screw member is in a conical structure, the surface of the conical structure is fixedly connected with an airtight ring at a proper position, the threaded part is also provided with six convex structures below the conical structure, the water storage mechanism also comprises a water storage tank, a water storage cavity with an upward opening is arranged in the water storage tank, and the water storage cavity is inwards protruded at the opening and the opening is provided with a chamfer angle which can be matched with the conical structure, the water storage tank is installed in a matched mode through the bulge formed by the opening of the water storage cavity and the bulge structure on the threaded piece.
Further, the pressure valve mechanism arranged in the water storage tank comprises an ejector rod fixedly connected with the proper position of the lower end of the air outlet valve block and with a proper length, an upper opening and a lower opening are also arranged at the corresponding position in the lower cavity wall of the water storage cavity, a pressure valve cavity is arranged in the middle of the water outlet, a pressure valve is slidably connected in the pressure valve cavity, a pressure valve rubber ring is fixedly connected at the proper position of the upper end of the pressure valve and can be tightly matched with the upper cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity to play a sealing role, and a pressure spring is fixedly connected between the lower cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity and the lower end face of the pressure valve to ensure that the pressure valve rubber ring can be tightly attached to the upper cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity at all times.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the technical scheme provides the breathing mask which can automatically flow condensed water generated in the breathing mask into a corresponding container for collection, discharge the condensed water in corresponding operation, rapidly disassemble and clear the collected condensed water generated by breathing mask and prevent the condensed water from dripping; the gas mask perfectly solves the problems of sweat accumulation and condensed water generation in the gas mask, the condensed water cannot be left in the gas mask to influence the wearing comfort level, and the liquid cannot directly leak out through the gas outlet valve to cause pollution; the gas mask has a relatively simple structure while realizing functions, and the manufacturing cost is relatively low; most parts of the gas mask can be detached, cleaning and disinfection are convenient, parts can be replaced conveniently according to actual conditions and use environments, the application range is wide, and the service life is long; the gas outlet valve of the gas mask is of a mechanical structure, has longer service life and higher use stability compared with the traditional gas mask directly using a piece of rubber, and simultaneously can not generate vibration to emit puff sound like the rubber during breathing.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-8, wherein for ease of description the orientations described below are now defined as follows: the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions described below correspond to the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions in the projection relationship of fig. 1 itself.
A respirator capable of collecting condensation from breathing and preventing dripping as described in connection with figures 1-8, comprising a body assembly 45, a removable and replaceable cartridge assembly 47 and a valve block 48; the main body assembly 45 comprises a face mask 11, a head band 14 fixedly connected to the outer side of the face mask 11 and used for fixing when being worn, and a sealing rubber ring 13 fixedly connected to the face-facing side of the face mask 11 and used for tightly clinging to the face to achieve a sealing effect, wherein an inner cavity 12 is surrounded in the face mask 11; the cartridge assembly 47 includes a mounting assembly 46 secured to the mask 11 and a replaceable cartridge assembly 51 that can be removed and replaced; the air valve group 48 comprises an air outlet valve mechanism 50 fixed on the face mask 11 and a detachable water storage mechanism 49, and a pressure valve mechanism 52 for discharging water is also arranged in the water storage mechanism 49; the structure of the water storage tank 38 in the water storage mechanism 49 is provided with a conical structure 37 and a convex structure 36, the conical structure 37 is fixedly connected with an airtight ring 35, the conical structure 37 and the convex structure 36 are combined and matched, so that when part of water is stored in the water storage tank 38, the air can still be naturally exhaled, the water cannot overflow, and when the water storage tank 38 is manually pushed upwards, the exhaled water can be automatically discharged; the technical scheme provides the breathing mask which can automatically flow condensed water generated in the breathing mask into a corresponding container for collection, discharge the condensed water in corresponding operation, rapidly disassemble and clear the collected condensed water generated by breathing mask and prevent the condensed water from dripping; the gas mask perfectly solves the problems of sweat accumulation and condensed water generation in the gas mask, the condensed water cannot be left in the gas mask to influence the wearing comfort level, and the liquid cannot directly leak out through the gas outlet valve to cause pollution; the gas mask has a relatively simple structure while realizing functions, and the manufacturing cost is relatively low; most parts of the gas mask can be detached, cleaning and disinfection are convenient, parts can be replaced conveniently according to actual conditions and use environments, the application range is wide, and the service life is long; the gas outlet valve of the gas mask is of a mechanical structure, has longer service life and higher use stability compared with the traditional gas mask directly using a piece of rubber, and simultaneously can not generate vibration to emit puff sound like the rubber during breathing.
In this embodiment, the air outlet valve mechanism 50 fixed on the face mask 11 in the air valve set 48, the air outlet valve mechanism 50 includes an air outlet valve 24 fixedly connected to the bottom of the face mask 11, an upper portion of the air outlet valve 24 extends into the inner cavity 12, and a lower portion of the air outlet valve extends to the outside, the portion connected to the face mask 11 is tightly connected to achieve complete air tightness, the air outlet valve 24 is provided with an air outlet hole 25 with an upper opening and a lower opening and communicates the inner cavity 12 and the outside, a lower opening of the air outlet hole 25 is in a downward bell mouth shape, the upper side of the air outlet valve 24 is further provided with a circular cavity 26 with an upward opening and communicates the air outlet hole 25, the circular cavity 26 is slidably connected with an air permeable plate 29, the air permeable plate 29 is provided with two air vents 30 with upper and lower openings and communicates upper and lower sides, an air valve spring 28 is fixedly connected between the lower end of the air permeable plate 29 and the lower cavity wall of the circular cavity 26, the lower end of the ventilation plate 29 is fixedly connected with a valve core 27, the valve core 27 penetrates through the air outlet hole 25, the lower end of the valve core 27 extends out of the lower end of the air outlet valve 24 and is fixedly connected with an air outlet valve sheet 31, and the upper end of the air outlet valve sheet 31 is fixedly connected with an air outlet valve rubber ring 32; in a normal state or during inspiration, the air valve spring 28 naturally expands, the vent plate 29 is lifted, the air outlet valve sheet 31 is lifted through the valve core 27, the air outlet valve rubber ring 32 on the air outlet valve sheet 31 is tightly attached to the bell mouth structure at the lower end of the air outlet valve 24, so that air is prevented from entering the inner cavity 12, and when expiration occurs, air in the inner cavity 12 enters the circular cavity 26 through the vent hole 30 and pushes away the air outlet valve sheet 31 through the air outlet hole 25 to flow out from the lower end of the air outlet valve 24.
In this embodiment, the water storage mechanism 49 in the valve set 48, the water storage mechanism 49 includes the screw 34, the screw 34 is a disc structure, and the inside pressure valve mechanism 52 that is equipped with of the screw 34, the big disc of the screw 34 is the hand screw application of force when being convenient for dismantle, the surface of the air outlet valve 24 is equipped with the screw that the pressure valve mechanism 52 cooperates, can install the screw 34 on the air outlet valve 24 through threaded connection, the downside of the screw 34 is conical structure 37, the suitable position fixedly connected with airtight ring 35 in surface of conical structure 37, the screw 34 is in conical structure 37 below still is equipped with six protruding structures 36, the water storage mechanism 49 still includes the water storage tank 38, be equipped with the ascending water storage chamber 39 of opening in the water storage tank 38, just the water storage chamber 39 is equipped with the chamfer at the inside arch of opening part and can cooperate with conical structure 37, the water storage tank 38 is matched with the convex structure 36 on the screw member 34 through a bulge opened from a water storage cavity 39; under the normal installation state, water storage tank 38 can be located the downside position under the effect of gravity, at this moment the upside opening part of water storage chamber 39 not with on the screw thread piece 34 the airtight ring 35 contact, and the gas of exhaling in the follow inner chamber 12 gets into ventilative board 29 through air outlet valve 24 after, can follow protruding structure 36's gap passes through the upside opening part of water storage chamber 39 overflows, after producing comdenstion water or saliva because of breathing for a long time in the inner chamber 12, assembles into and flows down and then follow the air current and get into in water storage chamber 39 through air vent 30 and venthole 25 together and save in water storage chamber 39, and gas is followed the upside opening of water storage chamber 39 overflows and liquid will stay in the water storage chamber 39 to avoid liquid directly to drip from the gas mask.
In this embodiment, the pressure valve mechanism 52 disposed in the water storage tank 38 includes a push rod 33 with a suitable length and fixedly connected to a suitable position at the lower end of the air outlet valve plate 31, a water outlet 40 with an upper opening and a lower opening is also disposed at a corresponding position in the lower cavity wall of the water storage cavity 39, a pressure valve cavity 41 is disposed at the middle position of the water outlet 40, a pressure valve 42 is slidably connected in the pressure valve cavity 41, a pressure valve rubber ring 43 is fixedly connected at a suitable position at the upper end of the pressure valve 42, the pressure valve rubber ring 43 can be tightly fitted with the upper cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity 41 to perform a sealing function, and a pressure spring 44 is fixedly connected between the lower cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity 41 and the lower end surface of the pressure valve 42 to ensure that the pressure valve rubber ring 43 can be tightly fitted with the upper cavity wall of the pressure valve cavity 41 at any time; when the patient exhales normally, the air outlet valve plate 31 will move downwards with a small amplitude because the air pushes the air outlet valve rubber ring 32 open, but at this time, the push rod 33 will not contact the pressure valve 42, the air pressure in the water storage chamber 39 will not be enough to push open the pressure valve 42 during exhalation, so that the liquid in the water storage chamber 39 does not flow out of the water outlet 40, and when the water is to be drained, the water storage tank 38 is pushed up manually, at this time, the airtight ring 35 is tightly fitted with the upper opening of the water storage cavity 39 to achieve airtightness, while the plunger 33 is in contact with the upper end of the pressure valve 42 to push the pressure valve 42 downward, the pressure spring 44 is compressed and the pressure valve rubber ring 43 no longer seals the water outlet 40, at which time the increased air pressure in the water storage chamber 39 during exhalation will discharge the liquid accumulated in the water storage chamber 39 from the hand-loosening water outlet 40.
In this embodiment, the mounting assembly 46 of the filter cartridge assembly 47, the mounting assembly 46 includes a fixing plate 15 fixedly connected to the front side of the mask 11, a portion of the fixing plate 15 connected to the mask 11 ensures complete air tightness, a mounting ring 16 having a ring assembly is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 15, and a double O-ring 17 is fixedly connected to the middle of the mounting ring 16 to ensure air tightness during mounting.
