As shown in fig. 3 and 4, preferably, in order to reduce a deformation area of the liquid storage container 1 between the pressure applying device 2 and the injection port 10, the pressure applying device 2 applies resistance to a liquid inlet 31 of the connecting joint 3 near one end of the injection port 10, in order to facilitate the pressure applying device 2 applying resistance to act on the liquid inlet 31 of the connecting joint 3, the liquid inlet 31 is disposed on a side wall of the connecting joint 3, the pressure applying device 2 is in a pressure rod structure, and the pressure applying portion 21 is integrally pressed toward one end of the liquid inlet 31. In order to ensure the sealing performance between the pressing part 21 and the liquid inlet 31, the pressing part 21 and the outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 are sealed in a surface-to-surface pressure manner.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, in order to prevent the liquid from leaking before use, the device further comprises a sealing member 6, wherein the sealing member 6 is sealed at the injection port 10, the sealing member 6 is in a cap-shaped structure, one end of the sealing member 6 is provided with a closed end 62, the other end of the sealing member 6 is provided with an open end 61, the closed end 62 of the sealing member 6 is provided with a foldable part 63, and the open end 61 is welded to the outer wall of the connecting joint 3 by a heat sealing process. Preferably, the closing member 6 is locally thinned in wall thickness to form the frangible portion 63. When the device is used, the closed end 62 of the sealing component 6 is firstly held by hands, force is applied to pull the closed end 62 of the sealing component 6 to break along the easy-to-break part 63, the open end 61 of the sealing component 6 is continuously reserved on the outer wall of the connecting joint 3, the liquid outlet 32 is communicated with the outside, then the liquid storage container 1 is squeezed by hands to be extruded and deformed, the pressure of flushing liquid in the liquid storage cavity 11 is gradually increased until the pressure of the flushing liquid reaches or is greater than a preset value, and the flushing liquid overcomes the resistance applied to the injection port 10 by the pressure applying device 2 to realize flushing. In order to facilitate the product molding, the pressing device 2 is integrally molded with the opening end 61 of the sealing component 6, and the pressing device 2 is a pressing rod formed by extending the outer wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing component 6 along the axial direction thereof to the liquid inlet 31 direction. With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the outer wall of the connection joint 3 protrudes outward to form an annular limiting platform 331, and the limiting platform 331 limits the depth of the sealing component 6 connected to the outer wall of the connection joint 3, so that positioning and assembling are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 12, in order to ensure the durability and stability of the pressing portion 21 of the pressing device 2 pressing against the liquid inlet 31, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 is elastically hinged to the sealing member 6 through a first connecting member 22, specifically, the first connecting member 22 includes a first pin 221 and a first torsion spring 222, the inner side wall of the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 extends outwards to form two symmetrical first seats 205, the outer side wall of the sealing member 6 extends outwards to form two symmetrical second seats 65, the first pin 221 is hinged to the first seats 205 and the second seats 65, the first pin 221 is hinged to the first torsion spring 222, and the first torsion spring 222 is compressed between the connecting portion 20 and the sealing member 6, so that the pressing portion 21 of the pressing device 2 is elastically closed and pressed against the liquid inlet 31. In this embodiment, since the first pin 221 is hinged to the first torsion spring 222, the connection portion 20 and the opening closure member 6 are elastically hinged to each other.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to reduce fatigue loss of the product, ensure product usability, prolong product service life, and prevent loss of product components, before use, the pressing device 2 is in an open state, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 has a bending section 201 capable of being bent, the wall thickness of the bending section 201 is smaller than that of the part of the pressing device 2 except the bending section 201, so as to facilitate the bending of the pressing device 2, the inner side wall of the pressing device 2 extends outwards to form a hook 4, and the outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing part 6 extends outwards to form a slot 5. Optionally, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 has a bending section 201 capable of being bent, an inner side wall of the pressing device 2 extends outwards to form the clamping groove 5, and an outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing part 6 extends outwards to form the clamping hook 4. As shown in fig. 8, in use, the pressing portion 21 of the pressing device 2 is first rotated clockwise from the end of the liquid outlet 32 of the connecting joint 3 to the end of the liquid inlet 31 of the connecting joint 3, and then the hook 4 is engaged with the slot 5, so that the pressing device 2 is fixed on the outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing member 6. With reference to fig. 8, alternatively, in order to increase the sealing performance between the pressing portion 21 and the liquid inlet 31, a sealing member 8 is fitted to an inner wall of the pressing portion 21, the sealing member 8 is a gasket, and the pressing portion 21 is sealed with an outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 by the sealing member 8.
As shown in fig. 6, optionally, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 is hinged to an outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing member 6, the outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing member 6 extends outwards to form a hook 4, and the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 penetrates through the slot 5. Optionally, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 is hinged to an outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing component 6, an outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing component 6 extends outwards to form a clamping groove 5, and an inner side wall of the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 extends outwards to form a clamping hook 4. When the sealing device is used, the pressing part 21 of the pressing device 2 is rotated from one end of the liquid outlet 32 of the connecting joint 3 to one end of the liquid inlet 31 of the connecting joint 3 along the clockwise direction, and then the clamping hook 4 is matched with the clamping groove 5 in a clamping manner, so that the pressing device 2 is fixed on the outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing component 6. With continued reference to fig. 6, optionally, in order to reduce parts, simplify the assembly process, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the product, the inner side wall of the pressing portion 21 protrudes outward to form an annular protrusion 7, and the pressing portion 21 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the liquid inlet 31 by the annular protrusion 7 for sealing. Alternatively, the outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 protrudes outward to form an annular protrusion 7, and the outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 is pressed against the inner side surface of the pressing portion 21 by the annular protrusion 7 for sealing.
As shown in fig. 9, optionally, the pressing device 2 may be formed separately from the open end 61 of the sealing member 6, the outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing member 6 extends outward to form two symmetrical hooks 4, the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 penetrates through the two symmetrical slots 5, and when in use, the hooks 4 are engaged with the slots 5, so that the pressing device 2 is fixed on the outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing member 6. Referring to fig. 9, in order to save material, a sealing member 8 is fitted to an inner wall of the pressing portion 21, the sealing member 8 is a gasket, and the pressing portion 21 is sealed from an outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 by the sealing member 8. Alternatively, a sealing member 8 is fitted to the outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31, the sealing member 8 is a gasket, and the outer periphery of the liquid inlet 31 is sealed with the inner surface of the pressing portion 21 by the sealing member 8.
As shown in fig. 10, optionally, the inner side wall of the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 extends outward to form a U-shaped sleeve 203, and when in use, the U-shaped sleeve 203 is clamped on the outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing component 6, so that the pressing device 2 is fixed on the outer side wall of the open end 61 of the sealing component 6, and the assembly process is simple and the connection is convenient and fast.
As shown in fig. 11, optionally, the outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing member 6 extends outward to form two symmetrical sliding grooves 64, the two sides of the connecting portion 20 of the pressing device 2 extend outward to form two symmetrical sliding rails 204, and when in use, the two sliding rails 204 are slidably engaged with the two sliding grooves 64, so that the pressing device 2 is fixed to the outer side wall of the opening end 61 of the sealing member 6, which is simple in assembly process and convenient and fast in connection.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the pressing device 2 is an elastic clip formed by two separate bodies, the elastic clip includes two symmetrical clamping components 23, one end of each of the two clamping components 23 is a clamping portion 231, the other end of each of the two clamping components 23 is a holding portion 232, the two clamping components 23 are elastically hinged to each other, specifically, a second connecting component 24 is connected between the two clamping components 23, the second connecting component 24 includes a second pin 241 and a second torsion spring 242, inner side walls of the two clamping components 23 extend outwards to form a pin support 233, the second pin 241 is hinged to the second torsion spring 242, and the second torsion spring 242 is compressed between the two clamping components 23, so that one end of the clamping portion 231 is elastically closed. In this embodiment, since the second torsion spring 242 is hinged to the second pin 241, the two clamping members 23 are elastically hinged to each other. When the clamping device is used, the holding part 232 is pressed inwards by hands, so that the clamping part 231 is elastically opened and clamped on the liquid inlet 31, the clamping is firm, the sealing performance is good, and the operation is convenient. With continued reference to fig. 13, preferably, the two clamping portions 231 are embedded with an elastic member 9 on the outer wall, and the elastic member 9 increases the friction between the clamping portions 231 and the liquid inlet 31, not only preventing the pressing device 2 from falling off, but also making the pressing device 2 clamped more firmly. Optionally, the clamping portion 231 may also be clamped on an outer wall of the container of the liquid storage container 1, so that the inner wall of the container of the liquid storage container 1 is attached to each other to seal the injection port 10, and the clamping is more convenient and labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 15, the pressing device 2 is an integrally formed elastic clip, the elastic clip includes two symmetrical clamping components 23, one end of each of the two clamping components 23 has a clamping portion 231, and the other end of each of the two clamping components 23 has an elastic bending portion 234, the clamping portion 231 is clamped on the outer wall of the liquid storage container 1, so that the inner wall of the liquid storage container 1 is attached to each other to seal the injection port 10, and the structure is simple, the assembly process is simple, and the production cost is low.
Referring to fig. 16, the second embodiment of the prefilled catheter flusher provided by the present invention has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, and is different therefrom in that:
as shown in fig. 16, optionally, the liquid storage container 1 is made of a medical PE material, and the pressure applying device 2 acts on the liquid inlet 31 by using a magnetic attraction manner to close the injection port 10, specifically, the pressure applying device 2 includes two magnetic components, where the magnetic components are magnets or electromagnets, and one of the two magnetic components is configured to act on the liquid inlet 31, and the other one of the two magnetic components acts on the opposite side of the liquid inlet 31, and the structure is simple and easy to implement.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, the third embodiment of the prefilled catheter flusher provided by the present invention has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, except that:
as shown in fig. 17, the pressure applying device 2 is a rubber band or an elastic band, and the pressure applying device 2 is tightened on the outer wall of the liquid storage container 1 in an elastic tightening manner, so that the inner wall of the liquid storage container 1 is attached to each other to close the injection port 10. As shown in fig. 18, the pressing device 2 can also be tightened on the liquid inlet 31 by means of elastic force to close the injection port 10, and the sealing is firmer.
Referring to fig. 19, the fourth embodiment of the prefilled catheter flusher provided by the present invention has substantially the same structure as the first embodiment, and is different therefrom in that:
as shown in fig. 19, the liquid inlet 31 and the liquid outlet 32 are respectively disposed at two ends of the connection joint 3, a pressure applying port 35 is disposed on a side wall of the connection joint 3, the pressure applying port 35, the liquid inlet 31 and the liquid outlet 32 are communicated with each other, an inner side wall of the pressure applying portion 21 of the pressure applying device 2 extends outward to form a hemispherical protrusion 211, the hemispherical protrusion 211 is in interference fit with the pressure applying port 35, and the hemispherical protrusion 211 penetrates through the pressure applying port 35 and then is pressed against a wall of an inner cavity of the connection joint 3, so that the communication between the liquid inlet 31 and the liquid outlet 32 is blocked to close the injection port 10. The container wall 12 covering the pressure applying opening 35 and the liquid storage container 1 is integrally sunken inwards to form a hemispherical recess 121, the hemispherical recess 121 and the hemispherical protrusion 211 are matched, and the sealing performance of the inner cavity wall of the hemispherical protrusion 211 and the inner cavity wall of the connecting joint 3 is guaranteed. For convenience of processing and product forming, optionally, a sealing film is arranged at the pressure applying port 35, the sealing film is arranged independently from the liquid storage container 1, the sealing film is recessed inwards to form a hemispherical recess 121, and the hemispherical protrusion 211 penetrates through the pressure applying port 35 and then is pressed against the inner cavity wall of the connecting joint 3, so that the communication between the liquid inlet 31 and the liquid outlet 32 is blocked and the injection port 10 is closed.

Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. Claims (16)

1. A prefilled catheter flusher, comprising: the device is characterized in that one end of the injection port (10) of the liquid storage container (1) is provided with a pressure applying device (2) capable of closing the injection port (10) from the outside of the liquid storage container (1), and when the pressure of flushing liquid reaches or is larger than a preset value due to deformation of the liquid storage container (1), the flushing liquid overcomes the resistance applied to the injection port (10) by the pressure applying device (2) to realize flushing.

The pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 1, wherein the injection port (10) is hermetically fixed with a connecting joint (3), the connecting joint (3) is used for connecting to a connecting joint of a flushed pipeline, one end of the connecting joint (3) is provided with a liquid inlet (31), the other end of the connecting joint is provided with a liquid outlet (32), the side wall of the connecting joint (3) is provided with a pressure applying port (35), the liquid inlet (31) and the liquid outlet (32) are communicated with each other, and the pressure applying device (2) passes through the pressure applying port (35) and acts on the inner cavity wall of the connecting joint (3) to block the communication between the liquid inlet (31) and the liquid outlet (32) to close the injection port (10).

The pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 2, wherein the liquid storage container (1) covers a container wall (12) of the pressure applying opening (35) and is inwardly recessed to form a hemispherical recess (121) or the pressure applying opening (35) is provided with a sealing film which is inwardly recessed to form the hemispherical recess (121), the outer wall of the pressure applying device (2) extends outwards to form a hemispherical protrusion (211), the hemispherical recess (121) conforms to the hemispherical protrusion (211), and the hemispherical protrusion (211) penetrates through the pressure applying opening (35) and then is pressed against the inner cavity wall of the connecting joint (3) through the hemispherical recess (121).

A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 1, wherein the injection port (10) is sealingly fixed with a connecting joint (3), the connecting joint (3) is used for connecting to a connecting joint of a pipeline to be flushed, and the pressure applying device (2) acts on the outer container wall of the liquid storage container (1) to enable the inner container wall of the liquid storage container (1) to be attached to each other to close the injection port (10).

The pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 4, wherein the pressure applying device (2) comprises two pressure applying members (25), one end of each pressure applying member (25) is fixed to the connecting joint (3), and the other end of each pressure applying member acts on two opposite sides of the outer wall of the reservoir (1) to enable the inner wall of the reservoir (1) to be attached to each other to close the injection port (10).

The pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 4, further comprising a sealing component (6), wherein the sealing component (6) is sealed at the injection port (10), the sealing component (6) is of a cover-shaped structure with one end closed and the other end open, an open end (61) of the sealing component (6) is sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting joint (3), a folding part (63) is arranged at a closed end (62) of the sealing component (6), the pressing device (2) comprises two pressing components (25), one ends of the two pressing components (25) are formed or fixed on the outer wall of the open end (61) of the sealing component (6), and the other ends of the two pressing components act on two opposite sides of the outer wall of the liquid storage container (1), so that the inner wall of the liquid storage container (1) is attached to each other to close the injection port (10).

The pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 4, wherein the pressure applying device (2) is an elastic clip, and a clamping portion (231) of the elastic clip is clamped on the outer wall of the liquid storage container (1) so that the inner walls of the liquid storage container (1) are attached to each other to close the injection port (10).

A prefilled catheter flusher according to claim 1, wherein said injection port (10) is sealingly fixed with a connection fitting (3), said connection fitting (3) is used for connecting to a connection fitting of a flushed pipeline, said connection fitting (3) is provided with a liquid outlet (32) and a liquid inlet (31) which are communicated with each other, said liquid inlet (31) is provided on a side wall of the connection fitting (3), said liquid outlet (32) is communicated with the connection fitting of the flushed pipeline, said liquid inlet (31) is communicated with the liquid storage container (1), and said pressurizing device (2) acts on said liquid inlet (31) to close said injection port (10).

A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 8, wherein the pressure applying means (2) acts on the liquid inlet (31) by magnetic attraction to close the injection port (10); or, the pressure applying device (2) acts on the liquid inlet (31) by using a mechanical structure to close the injection port (10); or the pressure applying device (2) acts on the liquid inlet (31) in a manner of elastic tension to close the injection port (10).
10. A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 9, wherein the pressure applying means (2) is of a pressure bar structure, and one end of the pressure applying means (2) is fixed to the connecting joint (3) and the other end is pressed against the liquid inlet (31).
11. A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 8, further comprising a closure member (6), the closure member (6) being closed to the injection port (10).
12. A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 11, wherein the sealing member (6) has a cap-like structure with one end closed and the other end open, the open end (61) of the sealing member (6) is sleeved on the outer wall of the connecting joint (3), and the closed end (62) of the sealing member (6) is provided with a frangible portion (63).
13. A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 12, wherein the pressure applying means (2) is of a pressure bar construction, one end of the pressure applying means (2) being formed on or fixed to an outer wall of the open end (61) of the closure member (6) and the other end being pressed against the liquid inlet (31).

A prefilled catheter flusher according to claim 10 or 13, wherein said pressure applying means (2) is sealed to the outer periphery of said liquid inlet (31) in a face-to-face pressure tight seal; or the sealing mode between the pressure applying device (2) and the periphery of the liquid inlet (31) is that the annular bulge (7) is tightly sealed with the surface; or, the pressing device (2) and the periphery of the liquid inlet (31) are sealed through a sealing part (8).
15. The prefilled catheter flusher according to claim 10 or 13, wherein the pressing device (2) is provided with a bending section (201) and a hook (4)/groove (5), the wall thickness of the bending section (201) is smaller than the wall thickness of the pressing device (2) except the bending section (201), and the connection joint (3) is provided with a groove (5)/hook (4) which is in snap fit with the hook (4)/groove (5); or the pressure applying device (2) is hinged with the connecting joint (3), the pressure applying device (2) is provided with a clamping groove (5)/a clamping hook (4), and the connecting joint (3) is provided with a clamping hook (4)/a clamping groove (5) which is matched with the clamping groove (5)/the clamping hook (4) in a clamping way; or the pressure applying device (2) is elastically hinged with the connecting joint (3).
16. A pre-filled catheter flusher according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the pressure applying means (2) is a resilient clip, a clamping portion (231) of which clamps to the liquid inlet (31) closing the injection port (10).
