Description

Breathing mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical device for dredging respiratory tract, in particular to a breathing mask.
Background
Sleep is an important thing for humans. People who lack sleep are prone to have negative effects such as mental confusion, decreased immunity, fatigue, amnesia, and the like. Patients suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) suffer from respiratory distress due to the obstruction of the upper airway by the tongue or other relaxing muscles during inspiration. The above mentioned diseases affect life greatly, and even the serious one is not awake. In order to treat the aforementioned disorders, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is the preferred option. That is, the airway is kept open by applying a positive pressure to the airway.
To maintain a positive airway pressure, a ventilator is used to direct air into a breathing mask that covers the nose and mouth of the patient. The breathing mask comprises a mask body and a breather pipe connected between the mask body and the breathing machine. However, the existing respiratory mask has disadvantages in that: the ventilation tube is moved when the relative position between the patient and the ventilator changes due to patient movement or movement of the ventilator. The airway tube tends to further pull the mask and cause the mask to fail to fit tightly against the patient's cheek and lose the positive pressure holding effect. In addition, when wearing the conventional breathing mask, the patient's breath may be discharged from the gap between the mask body and the cheek to generate noise, which results in poor use experience. Therefore, how to make the vent pipe less prone to pulling the cover body and keeping the vent pipe silent becomes a technical problem to be solved.

The concave part is concave towards one side far away from the pipe body along the extending direction of the central axis and defines a movable groove. Defining an inner radius as a distance between an intersection of the recess and the engagement and the central axis. The active slots define a slot width along a radial direction and a slot depth along a direction of extension of the central axis. The ratio of the inner radius to the groove width is between 4 and 8. The ratio of the width of the groove to the depth of the groove is 0.5-1.5.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the breathing mask of the present invention includes a breathing tube 1, a silent ring member 2, and a mask body 3.
The snorkel 1 includes a tubular body 11, a mounting end 12 connected to the tubular body 11 and disposed along a central axis L, a positioning ring 13 surrounding the mounting end 12, and a plurality of positioning protrusions 14 protruding from the mounting end 12 in a radial direction relative to the central axis L and arranged in a ring around the mounting end 12. The mounting end 12 is of a flexible material. The positioning ring 13 is spaced from the positioning projection 14 along the extending direction of the central axis L and located at a side adjacent to the tube 11 relative to the positioning projection 14.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the silent ring member 2 includes a ring body 21 that is annular around the central axis L and is provided for the mounting end 12 to be mounted on, and a fixing portion 22 connected to a side of the ring body 21 opposite to the central axis L. The annular body 21 has an outer side 211 adjacent to the tube 11 along the extending direction of the central axis L, an inner side 212 opposite to the outer side 211, an outer peripheral surface 213 connected between the outer side 211 and the inner side 212 and located on the side opposite to the central axis L and provided for the fixing portion 22, and a plurality of silencing holes 214 annularly arranged around the central axis L at intervals. The outer peripheral surface 213 is stepped and has a first section 215 adjacent to the tube 11 and a second section 216 remote from the tube 11. Each silencing aperture 214 has an inner opening 217 disposed on the inner side 212 and an outer opening 218 disposed on the first section 215. The fixing portion 22 annularly surrounds the annular body 21 and is connected to the second section 216. The fixing portion 22 has a plurality of fixing holes 221 penetrating in a direction parallel to the central axis L.
The cover 3 is made of flexible material and includes a connection portion 31 fixed to the fixing portion 22, a recess portion 32 annularly surrounding the connection portion 31 and connected to a side of the connection portion 31 opposite to the central axis L, and a support portion 33 annularly surrounding the recess portion 32 and connected to a side of the recess portion 32 opposite to the central axis L. The concave portion 32 is concave toward a side away from the tube 11 along the extending direction of the central axis L and defines a movable groove 321.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the material of the cover body 3 is silicon, so that a part of the silicon penetrates into the fixing hole 221 and is solidified during manufacturing, so that the joint portion 31 of the cover body 3 and the fixing portion 22 of the mute ring 2 are fixed to each other. However, the fixing manner described herein is only for example and should not be limited thereto.
The distance between the intersection of the recess 32 and the engagement portion 31 and the central axis L is defined as an inner radius R. The active slot 321 radially defines a slot width W and a slot depth D along the extension of the central axis L. In the present embodiment, the ratio of the inner radius R to the groove width W is substantially 6, and the ratio of the groove width W to the groove depth D is substantially 1. However, the foregoing ratio is only a preferred example, and it is not necessary for the technical concept of the present invention to completely meet the ratio. As a rule of thumb, the "ratio of the inner radius R to the groove width W is in the range of 4 to 8", and the "ratio of the groove width W to the groove depth D is in the range of 0.5 to 1.5", which are preferable ranges.
It is noted that in the present embodiment, the cross-sectional profile of the movable groove 321 taken along the radial direction is curved. In detail, the groove depth D is calculated from an end of the arc of the cross-sectional profile adjacent to the supporting portion 33 to a vertex of the arc (as shown in fig. 4), and the groove width W is a length of the movable groove 321 projected in the radial direction. However, the shape of the movable groove 321 is only an example, and the movable groove 321 may be a U-shaped groove or a V-shaped groove, and the like, which should not be limited thereto.
During assembly, since the mounting end 12 is made of a flexible material, the mounting end 12 can be pressed to deform and pass through the ring body 21 of the sound-deadening ring 2 along the extending direction of the central axis L. After the mounting end portion 12 passes through the ring body portion 21, the pressing of the mounting end portion 12 may be stopped, and the mounting end portion 12 may be restored to its original shape and the ring body portion 21 may be engaged between the positioning ring 13 and the positioning protrusion 14. In this way, the vent pipe 1 can still maintain the freedom of rotation around the central axis L, but will not be separated from the silencing ring 2 along the extending direction of the central axis L.
In addition, when the vent pipe 1 is influenced by external force to pull the cover 3, the influenced part of the cover 3 is limited to the joint 31 and the recess 32, and the other parts are not influenced. This is because the cover 3 is made of flexible material, the engaging portion 31 can drive the concave portion 32 to deform by utilizing the space provided by the movable slot 321, so that the ventilation tube 1 can swing to a certain extent. That is, the movable groove 321 is changed with the deformation of the recess 32, but does not concomitantly deform the supporting portion 33 surrounding the recess 32. Therefore, the ventilation pipe 1 of the present embodiment can obtain a large range of movement and has a good mobility.
In addition, by the design of the silencing hole 214, the spit of the patient can flow from the inner opening 217 to the outer opening 218 and be discharged out of the mask body 3, thereby preventing the air from flowing through the gap between the mask body 3 and the cheek and generating the silencing effect.
In summary, the breathing mask of the present invention provides a space for the air tube 1 and the silencing ring 2 to swing through the movable slot 321 to increase the activity, and vents the air breathed by the patient through the silencing hole 214 to generate the silencing effect, so the objective of the present invention can be achieved.
