A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that: a guide groove (104) is further formed in the shell, and the guide groove (104) is parallel to the compression cavity (120) and is arranged in a penetrating manner; the wound treatment device is characterized in that a guide rod (105) with the top capable of being extended out of the guide groove (104) is arranged on the bottom frame (103), the wound treatment device further comprises a box cover (100) capable of being buckled on the box body (1), a lock catch (101) is arranged on the box cover (100), and when the box cover (100) is buckled in place, the lock catch (101) can be connected with the top of the guide rod (105) in a locking mode.

4. A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that: one side of the box cover (100) is hinged to the box body (1), and relative to the hinged side of the box cover (100), the lock catch (101) is arranged in the middle of the other side of the box cover (100).

7. A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that: the pressurization check valve (123) is arranged on the side wall of the washing liquid cavity (12) and is adjacent to the inner cover (126).

A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that: the flushing device comprises a spray head (202), a hose (201) and a liquid discharge pipe (124) which is communicated with the bottom of the liquid washing cavity (12) and arranged at the top end of the box body (1), wherein the hose (201) is communicated between the spray head (202) and the liquid discharge pipe (124).
9. A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 8, characterised in that: the inner side of the box cover (100) is provided with a clamping seat (112) which can clamp the spray head (202) and a belt collecting column (113) which can collect the hose (201).
10. A wound treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterised in that: a storage lattice (110) is arranged in the storage bin (11); corresponding to the upper part of the storage bin (11), the inner side of the box cover (100) is provided with a storage rack (111).
