In one embodiment of the present invention, the second massage module 6 further comprises: a connecting rod 64 and an elastic member 65; the upper half part 62 is connected with the lower half part 63 through a connecting rod 64, the upper end of the connecting rod 64 penetrates through the upper half part 62 to be fixedly connected with a pressing block 66, and the lower end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the lower half part 63; the elastic member 65 is sleeved on the connecting rod 64, and the elastic member 65 is disposed in the cavity of the upper half 62. The distance between the upper half part 62 and the lower half part 63 is adjusted by the elastic part 65, so that the second massage module 6 is fixed or slides on the annular bracket 43, the position of the second massage module 6 is changed, and different parts are massaged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the connecting rod 64 is in an inverted Y shape, and the connecting rod 64 includes a first rod 641, a cross bar 642 and a second rod 643. The first support bar 641 and the second support bar 643 are perpendicular to the cross bar 642, and there are two second support bars 643. The first rod 641 and the second rod 643 are respectively disposed at the upper and lower sides of the cross rod 642, and the first rod 641 is located at the middle position of the cross rod, and the second rod 643 is located at the two ends of the cross rod 642.
A cross bar 642 is disposed in the interior cavity of the upper half 62 and a first bar 641 extends from above the upper half 62 and is fixedly attached to the press block 66, as shown in fig. 8. The upper end of the second strut 643 is fixed integrally with the cross bar 642, and the lower end thereof extends from the lower end of the upper half 62 and is fixedly connected with the lower half 63. Two second struts 643 are respectively located on both sides of the annular frame 43, as shown in fig. 8.
Further, the elastic member 65 is a spring. The elastic element 65 (spring) is located inside the upper half portion 62, the elastic element 65 (spring) is sleeved on the second support post 643, and the elastic element 65 is located between the cross bar 642 and the bottom plate of the upper half portion 62, as shown in fig. 7 and 8.

When the pressing block 65 is released, the elastic member 65 stretches, the connecting rod 64 moves upwards relative to the upper half portion 62 under the elastic force of the elastic member 65, the distance between the upper half portion 62 and the lower half portion 63 is reduced, the elastic member 65 is always in a compressed state, and the upper half portion 62 and the lower half portion 63 clamp the annular support 43 under the elastic force of the elastic member 65, so that the position of the second massage module 6 on the annular support 43 is fixed.
Specifically, when the second massage module 6 is located at the top end of the annular support 43, the second massage module 6 massages the vertex position of the human body, and at this time, the massage area covered by the second massage module 6 can cover acupuncture points such as a hundred-hui, a front vertex, a chimney, a sky, a sunshine and the like. When the second massage modules 6 are positioned at the two sides of the annular support 43, the side positions of the head of the human body can be massaged, and at the moment, the massage areas covered by the second massage modules 6 can massage acupuncture points such as temples.
Further, the gear adjustment is carried out on the first massage module 5 and the second massage module 6, the gear is increased gradually, and the pressure is increased gradually. And after the massage is started, continuous massage is carried out within corresponding massage time without setting the pressure-free retention time until the massagers manually rotate the gear shifting knob to the zero gear. In the step S2, the stretchable structure 3 is an elastic band, the elastic band is pulled open by an external force to wear the massage cap, and the massage cap is fixed on the head by the elasticity of the elastic band.
In step S3, the position adjustment mode of the second massage module 6 is as follows:

Step S33: when the pressing block 65 is released, the elastic member 65 stretches, the connecting rod 64 moves upward relative to the upper half portion 62 under the elastic force of the elastic member 65, the distance between the upper half portion 62 and the lower half portion 63 is reduced, and the upper half portion 62 and the lower half portion 63 clamp the annular support 43 under the elastic force of the elastic member 65, so that the position of the second massage module 6 on the annular support 43 is fixed, and the position adjustment of the second massage module 6 is completed.
It is worth noting that: the elastic member 65 is always in a compressed state.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment has one of the following beneficial effects:
