Description

Anti-infection absorbable nursing urethral stent suitable for hypospadias operation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an anti-infection absorbable nursing urethral stent suitable for use after a hypospadias operation.
Background
Hypospadias is one of the most common congenital urogenital malformations in children, with a morbidity rate of about 0.91-1.86%. The infant mainly shows abnormal urethral orifice, abnormal urine flow and downward bending of penis, which results in abnormal urination of the infant and affects the sexual function and fertility of the adult. Surgery is a more effective method for treating hypospadias, but due to the specific anatomical structure and physiological limitations of the penis, the incidence of postoperative complications, such as urinary leakage, urethral stricture, urethral diverticulum, urethral rupture, etc., is high. In the early period of wound recovery after the hypospadias (7-10 days after operation), in order to guide urine out of the bladder to prevent urine retention and reduce the infection rate after operation due to stimulation of the urine to the wound, a bracket is placed on the urethra. In the later period of wound recovery after the hypospadias operation, the probability of wound infection is reduced, and the urinary tract infection risk can be increased by continuously keeping the urinary catheter. In addition, as the urethra wound is not completely healed in the later period of the wound recovery after the hypospadias, the urethra catheter is completely pulled out, so that the reconstructed urethra loses support, and urethral stricture is easy to occur.
According to the above, the existing post-urethral reconstruction stent is formed by cutting the same full-length urethral stent tube, the full-length urethral stent tube is used in the early period of postoperative wound recovery, and the head end of the full-length urethral stent tube needs to be withdrawn from the bladder in the later period of postoperative wound recovery, cut short and fixed on the glans penis again. The glans and the urinary nerve endings are abundant, so the process of dismantling and then fixing again brings certain pain to the patient, and in addition, the generation of postoperative urethral stricture, infection and other complications of the patient with the hypospadias is also increased. Therefore, in view of the above disadvantages, there is a need for an anti-infective absorbable nursing urethral stent suitable for use after a hypospadias operation.
