Abstract

The invention provides a root tip surgical guide plate and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the root tip surgical guide plate can simultaneously indicate a root tip cutting range and a soft tissue incision, and comprises a tooth supporting part, a root cutting guide plate part and an incision guide plate part, wherein the tooth supporting part, the root cutting guide plate part and the incision guide plate part are detachably connected, and the tooth supporting part is respectively connected with the root cutting guide plate part and the incision guide plate part through connecting parts. The digital root tip surgical guide plate and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention can accurately guide the incision position and the root cutting area position at the same time, and reduce surgical trauma; the detachable design is adopted, so that the guide plate can be attached to bone tissues for accurate guidance, and the guide plate has application advantages particularly when a plurality of anterior tooth apices are operated or the anterior tooth root is undercut.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of oral medical instruments, and particularly relates to a root tip surgical guide plate capable of indicating a root tip excision range and a soft tissue incision simultaneously and a digital manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The apical operation treatment can save the difficult-to-heal apicitis after a large amount of conventional root canal treatment or the affected teeth which have the stump restoration and are difficult to implement root canal retreatment. However, when multiple affected teeth require apical surgical treatment, especially in the aesthetic region of anterior teeth, two major problems often exist: 1) due to factors such as incision design and large flap turning area, the appearance of the soft tissues of the front teeth is affected by the problems of postoperative gingival scar or gingival margin, bad gingival papilla form and the like; 2) it is difficult to accurately judge the respective range of root cutting and bone removal of a plurality of affected teeth, and the trauma of the operation to the hard tissue is increased.
The existing root tip operation guide plate (including a digital root tip operation guide plate) can locate the position of the root tip lesion, but has the following three problems: 1) lack of a soft tissue guide indicating the location of the incision; 2) indicating that the part of the root tip which is cut off is away from the bone surface, and realizing accurate guidance through the design of fitting with bone tissues; 3) the guide plate is not suitable for the situation that the tooth root part has a large undercut, and the guide plate cannot be worn in the situation.

step 5) designing a root cutting guide plate part of the root tip operation guide plate according to the bone tissue and tooth root three-dimensional data in the step 2);
step 6) designing an incision guide plate part of the root tip operation guide plate according to the dentition and gum three-dimensional data and the operation incision position in the step 1);
and 7) designing a connecting part of the tooth supporting part, the root cutting guide plate part and the notch guide plate part.

2) the root cutting guide plate part is attached to the bone surface, the range of root cutting and bone removal is accurately guided, only pathological tissues are removed, and healthy hard tissues are reserved to the maximum extent;
3) the root tip operation guide plate adopts detachable connection among all parts, and can be smoothly worn in and kept attached to soft and hard tissues when the affected root of a tooth has large undercut; the incision guide plate part and the root cutting guide plate part are respectively connected with the same tooth supporting part through the connecting parts, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
In a word, the invention provides the detachable root tip operation guide plate capable of accurately guiding the incision position and the root tip cutting range and the digital manufacturing method thereof, and the digital manufacturing method has wide application prospect.
