Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral laser therapeutic devices, in particular to a therapeutic head for a laser therapeutic device and an oral laser therapeutic device.
Background
The existing laser therapeutic apparatus for medical operation generally depends on an optical fiber line to transmit laser, the optical fiber line is fixed on a therapeutic hand tool, the optical fiber line needs to be taken out of the therapeutic hand tool after each treatment, a section of optical fiber used for operation treatment is cut by an optical fiber cutter and then discarded, the section of optical fiber is in direct contact with a patient, and the section of optical fiber needs to be cut and discarded in order to be sanitary and avoid causing cross infection; after the section of optical fiber is cut and discarded, the outer plastic sheath of the small section of optical fiber wire is stripped by an optical fiber stripper to expose the inner bare optical fiber, and finally the optical fiber wire is reinstalled into the treatment hand tool for the next treatment. In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a treatment head for a laser therapeutic apparatus, which can avoid cross infection of laser treatment, reduce repeated and complicated preparation work of an optical fiber line and avoid optical fiber coupling loss.

The fiber light output by the laser therapeutic device enters from the tail end of the therapeutic head and is transmitted through the therapeutic head, namely the metal round tube, and the end face of the tail end of the therapeutic head and the end face of the output end of the fiber in the laser therapeutic device are coaxial and opposite to each other.
The inner wall of the treatment head, namely the metal round tube, is plated with chrome or silver to form a mirror surface.
The inner wall of the metal circular tube totally reflects the light with the wavelength of 1064nm, namely the treatment head outputs the light with the wavelength of 1064 nm.
An oral laser treatment device, comprising: the oral cavity laser therapeutic device and the replaceable therapeutic head are positioned at the output end of the oral cavity laser therapeutic device; the end face of the tail end of the treatment head and the end face of the output end of the optical fiber in the oral cavity laser therapeutic device are coaxial and opposite to each other; the optical fiber light output by the oral cavity laser therapeutic device enters from the tail end of the therapeutic head and is emitted from the front end of the therapeutic head.

The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the metal round tube with the mirror-plated inner wall is used as a treatment head, so that the transmission and emission of high-peak pulse laser can be realized.
(2) The inner wall of the treatment head is plated with chrome or silver to form a mirror surface, and the inner wall of the metal circular tube is totally reflected to the light with the wavelength of 1064nm, so that the treatment head finally outputs the light with the wavelength of 1064 nm.
(3) One end, namely the front end, of the treatment head extending into the oral cavity is bent, and the end surface of the front end is obliquely crossed with the axis of the metal round tube so as to be convenient for extending into the oral cavity to treat.
(4) The end face of the tail end of the treatment head is butted with the end face of the output end of the optical fiber in the laser treatment device, so that the laser coupling is more convenient, and the laser energy loss generated by the coupling between the optical fiber and the optical fiber in the prior art is avoided.
(5) Each treatment only needs to be simply replaced by a new treatment head, thereby avoiding the cross infection of laser treatment and reducing the repeated and fussy preparation work of the optical fiber line.

An oral laser treatment device comprising a treatment head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising: the oral cavity laser therapeutic device and the replaceable therapeutic head (1) are positioned at the output end of the oral cavity laser therapeutic device; the end face of the tail end (12) of the treatment head (1) and the end face of the output end of the optical fiber in the oral cavity laser therapeutic device are coaxial and opposite to each other; the optical fiber light output by the oral cavity laser therapeutic device enters from the tail end (12) of the therapeutic head (1) and is emitted from the front end (11) of the therapeutic head (1).
8. An oral laser treatment device according to any one of claims 7, further comprising: a connecting piece for fixedly connecting the oral cavity laser therapeutic device and the therapeutic head (1).
