The invention provides a device capable of performing nasal tip tissue expansion, which comprises a fixing entity capable of being implanted into tissue, an expansion capsule capable of being implanted into the tissue and a pipeline; wherein the solid anchoring body is capable of being punctured and still forms a seal after puncturing; wherein the expansion capsule is positioned at the front end of the fixed entity; the main body part of the pipeline is arranged in the fixed entity, the pipeline is provided with an outlet and an injection port, the outlet of the pipeline is communicated with the expansion bag, and a given object injected after being punctured by the fixed entity enters the injection port of the pipeline, passes through the pipeline and enters the expansion bag from the outlet of the pipeline. Before the nose prosthesis is implanted in the operation, a proper amount of skin is expanded by adopting the device of the invention, and the nose prosthesis is implanted in the second operation, so as to effectively prevent the problem that the nose prosthesis is pushed to the skin of the nose tip after the nose augmentation operation.

Example 1
A device for enabling dilation of tissue at the tip of the nose for use in orthopedics, as shown in Figs. 1-2, comprises a fixation entity 101, a dilation balloon 102 and a conduit 103.
The fixed body 101 is a dorsalis nasalis prosthesis which can be implanted into the tissue, and the expansion capsule 102 is provided at the tip of the fixed body 101, for example, by bonding, and is formed integrally with the fixed body and the expansion capsule 102, and is implanted into the tissue to expand the tip of the nose.
The duct 103 is a slot formed in the fixed body 101, and is a strip-shaped channel along the front and rear length directions of the fixed body 101.
The duct 103 has an outlet 104 and an injection port 105, the outlet 104 of the duct 103 communicating with the expansion balloon 102, and a given substance injected after piercing from the fixed body 101 enters the injection port 105 of the duct 103, passes through the duct 103 and enters the expansion balloon 102 from the outlet 104 of the duct 103.

Example 2

The duct 203 has an outlet 205 and an injection port 206, the outlet 205 of the duct 203 communicates with the expansion balloon 202, and the injection port 206 of the duct 203 is opened on the upper side of the duct 203 adjacent to the fixing body 201 so as to inject the given substance, and the given substance injected after puncturing from the fixing body 201 enters the injection port 206 of the duct 203, passes through the duct 203 and enters the expansion balloon 202 from the outlet 205 of the duct 203.
Further, the length of the injection port 206 of the pipe 203 in this embodiment is 20 mm.
Referring to fig. 4 again, the injection port 206 in the present embodiment is formed in a cut shape, preferably a semicircular cut shape, extending from the rear end of the pipe 203 to the front end thereof, and the mounting groove 204 is adapted to the shape of the pipe to prevent the pipe 203 from rotating.

The directional expansion of the expansion capsule 202 is carried out by injecting a given substance into the duct 203 located in the fixed body by means of puncture injection, and the prolonged expansion aiming at the nose tip part has a very prominent using effect.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that an injection port 306 is formed in a slotted hole shape, and the injection port 306 is located near the rear end of a duct.
Example 4
A device capable of performing nasal tip tissue expansion, as shown in Figs. 6 to 7, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that an expansion capsule 402 in the present embodiment is formed in a skirt shape 409 so as to extend in the direction of the left and right flanks of a dorsum rhinoplasty 401 toward the front thereof, in order to enhance the expansion effect of the expansion capsule 402.
Example 5
A device capable of performing nasal tip tissue dilation is shown in fig. 8, and the present embodiment is different from embodiment 3 in that the inner surface and/or the outer surface of a dorsalis nasalis prosthesis 501 in the present embodiment is provided with anti-slip grooves 510, and fig. 8 shows a case where the outer surface is provided with anti-slip grooves 510.

a fixed entity capable of being implanted into tissue;
an expansion balloon capable of being implanted into tissue;
and
a pipeline;
wherein the solid anchoring body is capable of piercing and still forms a seal after piercing;
wherein the expansion balloon is located at the front end of the fixation entity;
wherein the main body portion of the conduit is disposed within the fixed entity, the conduit has an outlet and an injection port, the outlet of the conduit is in communication with the expansion balloon, a given substance injected after piercing from the fixed entity enters the injection port of the conduit, passes through the conduit and enters the expansion balloon from the outlet of the conduit.
2. The device for enabling nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 1, wherein the dilation balloon is integrally formed with the fixed entity within which the conduit is formed.
3. The device for nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 2, wherein the dilation balloon is integrally assembled with the fixed entity, the fixed entity being provided with a mounting slot into which the conduit at least partially detachably extends.

The device for nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 3, wherein the fixed body has a step for connection at a front end thereof, the dilation balloon has a connection end and a carrier ring is provided at the connection end, and the dilation balloon is mounted on the fixed body by the connection of the carrier ring and the step.
5. The device for enabling nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 3, wherein the conduit is a stainless steel conduit, and the injection port of the conduit opens on the conduit proximate the superior side of the fixation entity.
6. The device for enabling tissue dilation of the tip of the nose of claim 1, wherein the fixation body is provided with anti-slip grooves.
7. The device for enabling nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 5, wherein the injection port extends from a posterior end of the channel to an anterior end thereof in a cut-out shape.

The device for nasal tip tissue expansion according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the conduit comprises a storage section and a connecting section which are communicated with each other, the connecting section is communicated with the expansion capsule, and the pipe diameter of the storage section is not smaller than that of the connecting section.

The device for enabling nasal tip tissue dilation according to claim 1, wherein the dilation balloon curves downwardly along the front of the fixation body to form an arc-shaped tubular structure, the lower end of the arc-shaped tubular structure being positioned lower than the lowest end of the fixation body, the foremost end of the arc-shaped tubular structure being positioned beyond the fixation body by a distance in the range of 5mm to 30 mm.
10. The device for enabling tissue dilation of the tip of the nose according to claim 1, wherein the dilation balloon extends in the direction of the lateral alars of the fixation body towards the front of the fixation body.
