The "first predetermined direction X" refers to an extending direction of a straight line shown in the figure, and does not refer to one side of the straight line unless otherwise specified.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "or/and" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The handle assembly, the grill pan assembly and the grill machine according to the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a handle assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a connecting member 10 and a handle 20, wherein: one end of the handle 10 is fixedly connected to the outside at a fixed position, for example, when the handle assembly 100 is used in the frying and roasting machine shown in FIG. 1, one end of the connecting member 10 can be fixedly connected to the side of the roasting pan 200; the other end of the link 10 is rotatably connected to the handle 20, and the handle 20 can be moved in a direction approaching or departing from the link 10 with respect to the link 10.
One of the connecting member 10 and the handle 20 is fixedly provided with a sliding member 50, and the other is provided with a sliding groove 11 in sliding fit with the sliding member 50. The chute 11 includes a sliding section 111 and a locking section 112 communicating with each other, and when the slider 50 slides to the locking section 112, the handle 20 has a first state in which a user can hold the handle 20; when the slider 50 slides to exit the locking section 112 and enter the sliding section 111, the slider 50 can slide along the sliding section 111, so that the handle 20 can rotate relative to the connecting member 10, and at this time, the handle 20 has the second state.
It will be appreciated that the handle 20 is required to have a use state and a folded state in use, when the slider 50 slides into the locking section 112 to be in the first state, the slider 50 can be limited to a preset position by interference of the slider 50 with the sliding slot 11 or other means, and fixed relative to the connecting member 10, and at this time, corresponding to the unfolded use state of the handle 20, since the handle 20 is stabilized in the first state by the cooperation of the slider 50 and the locking section 112, a user can hold an instrument used by the handle 20; when the handle is pushed by external force to move relative to the connecting piece, so that the sliding piece 50 exits the locking section 112, the sliding piece 50 enters the sliding section 111, at this time, because the sliding piece 50 can slide in the sliding section 111 to enter the second state, the handle 20 can move relative to the connecting piece 10, at this time, the locking state of the handle 20 is released, and the handle 20 can be rotated to the folding position.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in the illustrated form, the slider 50 is fixedly disposed on the handle 20, and the sliding slot 11 is opened on the connecting member 10. It is understood that in other embodiments, the fixing position of the sliding member 50 and the opening position of the sliding slot 11 can be interchanged, as long as the two can slide relative to each other along with the movement of the handle 20 in the assembled state.
Referring to the orientation shown in fig. 2, the sliding slot 11 extends vertically through the connecting member 10 in a substantially vertical direction, i.e., the sliding slot 11 extends through both the upper and lower sides of the connecting member 10, so that the sliding member 50 can extend from one side of the connecting member 10 to the other side, and the connection between the two is more reliable.
In one embodiment, the handle 20 includes an upper housing and a lower housing, an inner cavity 22 is formed between the upper housing and the lower housing in the assembled state, one end of the connecting member 10 extends into the inner cavity 22 and is rotatably connected with the handle 20 therein, and a side opening is opened on a side surface of the handle 20, and the other end of the connecting member 10 extends out of the inner cavity 22 from the side opening to be fixedly connected with an external fixed position, it being understood that the opening of the side opening along the peripheral side of the handle 20 is large enough for the handle 20 to rotate relative to the connecting member 10.
The handle assembly further includes a resilient positioning mechanism for stabilizing the handle 20 in a predetermined position of the first state or the second state. Specifically, the elastic positioning mechanism includes an elastic member 30 and an abutting member 40 connected to the elastic member 30. The elastic force of the elastic element 30 pushes the holding element 40 in the direction of the arrow in fig. 3, so that the holding end 42 of the holding element 40 is held against the side of the connecting element 10. The sliding element 50 is fixed relative to the handle 20, so that the abutting end 42 and the sliding element 50 are jointly "elastically clamped" to the connecting element 10, and at this time, the handle 20 cannot slide relative to the connecting element 10, so that the sliding element 50 is withdrawn from the locking section 112, and therefore, the rotation of the handle 20 relative to the connecting element 10 is locked, so that the handle 20 is stably limited to the first state.
In the locked state shown in fig. 3, when an external force is applied to the handle 20 along an end pointed by a solid arrow in fig. 3, and the external force is sufficient to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 30, the handle 20 can slide relative to the connecting member 10 in the direction, when the handle 20 drives the slider 50 fixed thereon to exit from the locking section 112, and the handle 20 is further rotated, the slider 50 can slide along the extending direction of the sliding section 111, and at this time, corresponding to the second state of the handle 20, the handle 20 can be stably limited to the limit position of the second state when rotated to the limit position due to the elastic positioning mechanism.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the slider 50 slides to the end of the sliding section 111 far from the locking section 112, the handle 20 rotates to the limit position relative to the connecting member 10, which may correspond to a storage position of the handle 20. It is understood that the end of the sliding section 111 can be provided with a locking section 112 to lock the rotation of the handle 20. The sliding section 111 may be provided as an arc-shaped slot as shown, and the locking section 112 extends substantially toward the center of the arc-shaped slot. When the slider 50 slides into the locking section 112, the slider 50 is held in the locking section 112 without an external force acting on the handle 20.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the sliding section 111 may be provided in two segments, and the two sliding sections 111 are symmetrically provided at both sides of the locking section 112 to enable the handle 20 to perform two-directional rotation movement with respect to the connecting member 10. Similarly, the end of each sliding section 111 remote from the illustrated locking section 112 may also be provided with a locking section 112 of the same or different configuration.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a mounting portion for mounting the elastic positioning mechanism is further provided in the inner cavity of the handle 20. The mounting portion has a first guide 21 fixedly disposed on the handle 20, the abutting member 40 is provided with a first guide portion engaged with the first guide 21, and the first guide portion can be configured as a first guide groove 41 shown in the figure, so that when the handle 20 slides along a first preset direction X relative to the abutting member 40, the handle 20 drives the first guide 21 thereon to slide, and the first guide groove 41 can constrain the sliding direction of the first guide 21.
Similarly, still referring to fig. 3 and 4, the mounting portion may further include a second guiding element 23 fixed on the handle 20, the connecting element 10 is provided with a second guiding groove 13 for receiving the second guiding element 23 to extend into, the second guiding groove 13 forms a second guiding portion engaged with the second guiding element 23, and the second guiding element 23 can both slide along the second guiding groove 13 and rotate in the second guiding groove 13, so that the handle 20 and the connecting element 10 are slidably and rotatably connected by the engagement of the second guiding element 23 and the second guiding groove 13.
Although the above description has been described with the holding member 40 and the elastic member 30 disposed on the handle 20, this is not the only arrangement, and the purpose of disposing the elastic member 30 and the holding member 40 is to elastically push the handle 20 relative to the connecting member 10, in other embodiments, the holding member 40 and the elastic member 30 may be realized in other forms, for example, the holding member 40 and the elastic member 30 may be disposed at appropriate positions on the connecting member 10 in a similar manner. Alternatively, another type of elastic stopper mechanism may be used as long as it can hold the handle 20 so as not to slide relative to the link 10 in the unlocking direction when the slider 50 slides into the locking section 112.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a blocking rib 24 is further disposed in the inner cavity 22 of the handle 20, one end of the abutting member 40 close to the blocking rib 24 has an elastic member positioning portion 43, one end of the elastic member 30 abuts against the blocking rib 24, and the other end of the elastic member 30 is sleeved on the elastic member positioning portion 43 or is connected to the abutting member 40 in other manners, and in an initial state, the elastic member 30 is constrained between the blocking rib 24 and the abutting member 40 in a compressed state, so that the abutting member 40 is always subjected to an elastic thrust of the elastic member 30 along the direction shown in the figure, so that one end of the abutting member 40, which is far away from the elastic member 30, abuts against the side edge of the connecting member 10.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, a locking notch 12 is opened on the edge of the connecting member 10, and the abutting member 40 has an abutting end 42 capable of being locked into the locking notch 12. The number of the locking notches 12 can be multiple, as shown in fig. 5, when only one section of the sliding section 111 is provided on the connecting member 10, two locking notches 12 are provided, wherein one locking notch 12 corresponds to a position where the abutting end portion 42 abuts when the slider 50 slides into the locking section 112, and the other locking notch 12 corresponds to a position where the abutting end portion 42 abuts when the slider 50 slides to an end of the sliding section 111 away from the locking section 112.
Referring to fig. 6, when two sliding sections 111 symmetrical to the locking section 112 are provided on the connecting member 10, in this embodiment, one end of each sliding section 111 far from the locking section 112 may be provided with one locking notch 12. Referring to fig. 3, when the holding end 42 is engaged into any one of the locking notches 12, even if an external force suddenly acting on the handle 20 is enough to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 30, the sliding member 50 is withdrawn from the locking section 112, and at this time, a force for rotating the handle 20 is continuously applied to slide the holding end 42 out of the locking notch 12, which force needs to be applied to the handle 20 consciously by the user, so that the risk of accidentally triggering the rotation of the handle 20 can be reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the connecting piece 10 is further provided with a circular arc transition portion 121 on the edge thereof for transitionally connecting the locking notch 12, and the circular arc transition portion 121 is provided so that the abutting end 42 can smoothly slide in/out of the locking notch 12 along the circular arc transition portion 121. In some embodiments, the latching opening 12 is configured as an arc-shaped recess, the end profile of the abutting end 42 is also configured as an arc, and in order to enable the abutting end 42 to be latched into the latching opening 12, the radius of curvature of the arc-shaped recess as the latching opening 12 is larger than the radius of curvature of the arc-shaped abutting end 42.
Referring to fig. 3, the mounting portion further has a pair of guiding and limiting ribs 25 disposed in the inner cavity 22 of the handle 20, the pair of guiding and limiting ribs 25 are disposed at two sides of the sliding direction of the abutting member 40 at intervals, along the sliding direction of the handle 20 relative to the connecting member 10, one end of the pair of guiding and limiting ribs 25 can be connected to the blocking rib 24, and a protruding opening 251 for allowing the end of the abutting member 40 to protrude is formed between the other ends of the pair of guiding and limiting ribs 25. The blocking rib 24 and the guiding limiting rib 25 jointly enclose to form an open rectangular frame structure, the elastic part 30, the first guiding part 21 and the abutting part 40 are all located in an area enclosed by the rectangular frame structure, so that the abutting part 40 can slide along a preset direction under the guiding action of the guiding limiting rib 25, the extending opening 251 and the first guiding part 21, and has higher movement precision.
Furthermore, the guiding limiting rib 25 is further provided with a pair of guiding rib positions 26 at the position of the extending port 251, the guiding rib positions 26 are respectively arranged at two sides of the portion, exceeding the extending port 251, of the abutting part 40 and extend towards the extending direction of the abutting part 40, so that the abutting part 40 is further limited by the guiding rib positions 26, and the sliding is more stable. Since the holding member 40 is always in elastic contact with the edge of the connecting member 10 under the action of the elastic member 30, in order to avoid the holding member 40 from deflecting under the action of friction or the locking notch 12 when the handle 20 rotates, the two sides of the holding member 40 are preferably provided with some rib structures for limiting the rotation thereof, in the present embodiment, the guiding ribs 26 and the guiding limiting ribs 25 can both play a role in limiting the unintended deflection of the holding member 40.
When the handle of the present invention is used, a user can hold the handle 20 and push the handle 20 along a predetermined direction X (refer to the mark on the upper surface of the housing of the handle 20 in fig. 1), because the connecting member 10 is fixed on an external object, when the force pushing the handle 20 is enough to overcome the elastic force, the handle 20 moves relative to the connecting member 10, as shown in fig. 3, at this time, the handle 20 can drive the sliding member 50 fixed thereto to move together, so that the sliding member 50 can exit from the locking section 112, in this state, the handle 20 is rotated by force, so that the abutting end 42 of the abutting member 40 slides through the original clamped clamping opening 12, and thereafter, the handle 20 can rotate smoothly relative to the connecting member 10, during the rotation of the handle 20, the sliding member 50 slides in the sliding section 111, and the handle 20 is switched from the first state to the second state.
When the handle 20 is rotated to the orientation shown in fig. 4 relative to the connecting member 10, the abutting end 42 is snapped into the other locking notch 12, at this time, the sliding member 50 is also slid to the end of the sliding section 111, the elastic force of the elastic member 30 pushes the abutting member 40 to keep the abutting member in the state of abutting against the locking notch 12, and the handle 20 is stably limited to the preset position of the second state.
As can be seen from the above description, the handle assembly 100 of the present invention only needs to apply a sufficient external force to the handle 20 to release the locked state of the handle 20 when releasing the locked state of the handle 20. Compared with the prior art, the handle assembly 100 of the present invention omits the sliding slot or hole on the upper surface of the handle 20 and has better waterproof and dustproof functions for the inner cavity 22 of the handle 20 by forming a slot or a hole on the upper surface of the handle and providing a sliding button or a push button to change the locking state of the handle.
