Description

Personnel standing platform
Technical Field
The invention relates to an arrangement having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Furthermore, a piece of furniture having at least one such arrangement should be specified.
Background
An arrangement having a person standing platform and mounted in or on a furniture body is known from the prior art and is shown in DE 102016121274 a 1.
A problem with such arrangements having a person standing platform and which is movably supported in or on the furniture body is the often lacking stability in the extended state and its robustness against unintentional movements in the loaded state in the direction of the horizontal plane. After the person standing platform has been pulled out of the furniture carcass, locking or fixing of the person standing platform is often not ensured, which can lead to dangerous situations when using the person standing platform. For example, if the personal standing platform does not have a corresponding lock in the open position or in a position between the open position and the closed position, a horizontal movement of the personal standing platform may occur when the weight of a person on the personal standing platform deviates. The person may then fall from the person standing platform. In addition, in different movably supported personal standing platforms, the forces are only transmitted to the pull-out rail or the guide and then to the furniture carcass, which must therefore be extremely strong and of great design in order to be able to withstand these forces. This large design is space-consuming and, moreover, expensive on the basis of material outlay. Further problems arise in the case of permanent connections with respect to the base under the person standing platform, for example by means of rollers or sliding elements on the legs or uprights of the person standing platform. This makes the extension and retraction of the personnel standing platform difficult and may furthermore lead to undesired noise or damage of the base lying thereunder due to movements on the base.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages and to provide an arrangement which is improved in relation to the prior art, and also to provide an article of furniture which comprises such an arrangement and is improved in relation to the prior art.
This is achieved by the features of claims 1 and 17.
By means of the arrangement device comprising at least one energy store, preferably an energy store with a spring device, by means of which the carrying device can be loaded with a force opposing the force of gravity, the personnel standing platform descends when being loaded by a person standing on the personnel standing platform until the personnel standing platform has contact with the substrate lying therebelow either indirectly or directly.
The person standing platform is therefore supported not only on the furniture carcass by the pull-out guide, but also by the base lying thereunder, lying underneath the furniture carcass.
By means of the support, it is also achieved that horizontal movements of the personal standing platform are no longer possible, as long as the personal standing platform is loaded by the weight of the person lying thereon. When the person on the person standing platform gets off, it is unloaded, lifted up again by the energy store into the raised position and can thus then sink again in the furniture carcass or in the furniture. In this case, the personal standing platform itself no longer has contact with the underlying substrate, and damage to the substrate (for example a wooden floor or the like) is therefore precluded by the lack of contact.
When the at least one pull-out guide comprises a platform rail which can be coupled to the carrier and the at least one energy store is arranged such that it acts between the rail and the carrier platform, then the force of the energy store or also the force of the person standing on the platform is partially transmitted to the at least one pull-out guide lying thereunder. The energy store here operates in a region in which it can operate hidden or also efficiently. Furthermore, the carrying device supports the person standing platform and together with the pull-out guide provides a stable structure which can withstand the load of use by a person.
A space-saving and compact construction is achieved when the at least one pull-out guide comprises at least two rails that are movable relative to each other and the at least one energy store is arranged such that it acts between the at least two rails. The energy store works in a concealed manner, which is advantageous for the visual appearance of the arrangement or the piece of furniture.
This can also be achieved in that the at least one energy store is arranged such that it acts between the at least one fastening device for fastening the at least one pull-out guide and the furniture body.
When the at least one pull-out guide has a front half and a rear half which can be arranged adjacent to the rear wall of the furniture body in the assembled state and the at least one energy store is arranged in the front half of the at least one pull-out guide, the energy store is then precisely in the region of the pull-out guide in which the person is also standing in the extended state of the person standing platform. The force of the person acts precisely in the region in which the at least one energy store is also located. It is not necessary to lift the entire personal standing platform, but it is sufficient that it is lifted and/or tilted slightly only in the front region when leaving the personal standing platform, in order then to be able to be pushed into the furniture carcass.
This is achieved, for example, in that the arrangement device has at least one support device for a person standing platform, wherein the at least one support device provides a pivot point about which the person standing platform can be pivoted, preferably wherein the at least one pull-out guide device has a front half and a rear half which can be arranged adjacent to a rear wall of the furniture body in the assembled state, and the at least one support device is arranged in the rear half of the at least one pull-out guide device. It is thus possible for the personnel standing platform to be supported on the end of the rear half by a horizontal pivot axis and to be lifted by the energy storage in the region of the front half. This results in that essentially only a small energy store has to be used, since the personal standing platform is movably supported in the rear region.
It is also possible for the support device to anchor the personnel standing platform fixedly so that it cannot be moved on the support device.
The support device can be said to support the person standing platform on the support device in a movable manner, while the at least one energy store enables the person standing platform to be raised and lowered on the support device.
When the carrying device has at least one support device for supporting the person standing platform on the base, wherein the at least one support device is at least partially longitudinally adjustable in design in order to be able to adjust the gap formed in the unloaded state relative to the base, then in the loaded state of the person standing platform (when a person is present thereon) a direct contact is established relative to the base in that: the at least one support means is placed on or in direct contact with the substrate.
When the support means is at least partially longitudinally adjustable, the gap formed is also adjustable. This is required, for example, in order to be able to compensate for tolerances on the structure of the arrangement of the furniture body, the person standing platform or also on the base.
It is furthermore possible for the substrate to be of a somewhat flexible design, for example in a carpet base or the like. The gap can thus be enlarged so as not to rub or pile the fibers of the carpet base once the personnel standing platform is extended or extended in. This may lead to damage. This problem is also present, for example, in connection with structured tile setting. It is possible that at too small a gap, contact with protruding or exposed locations of the tile may result in rubbing or bumping against these areas of the tile.
In other words, the arrangement device is adaptable to the environment by the longitudinal adjustability of the support device. Furthermore, it is possible that the arrangement device can also be mounted on different pieces of furniture by means of the adjustability of the at least one support device.
When the at least one fastening device for fastening the at least one pull-out guide on the furniture body is an integral component of the at least one pull-out guide, preferably wherein the at least one pull-out guide comprises a body rail and the at least one fastening device is formed on the body rail, a stable system for fastening the carrying device and/or the personal standing platform on the furniture body results, wherein the personal standing platform remains horizontally movable. These forces are transmitted directly to the furniture carcass via the integrated components of the at least one pull-out guide in the form of a carcass rail. The arrangement device is therefore integrated directly into the piece of furniture and is fixedly connected thereto, which in turn is reflected in terms of the stability of the arrangement device.
When the arrangement device has at least two pull-out guides which can be arranged on two opposite sides of the person standing platform, the forces when using the person standing platform are distributed over the two opposite sides. As a result, no torsional or bending forces are generated on the arrangement or on the furniture body, which results in a durable and stable system.
If the support device has at least one transverse beam arranged or arrangeable parallel to the at least two pull-out guides and/or at least one energy store is arranged on each of the two sides of the personal standing platform, the stability of the personal standing platform is increased by the transverse beam and a uniform lifting of the personal standing platform is ensured by the two opposing energy stores.
If the arrangement device comprises at least two drawer extension guides, which can be arranged or arranged below the at least one extension guide provided for the person standing platform, wherein the at least two drawer extension guides are designed to movably support a drawer to be arranged below the person standing platform on the furniture body, a space-saving system of the person standing platform with the drawer underneath or in it results. Thus, no space is wasted, which ensures multiple utilization of the arrangement device. The area under the personnel standing platform can be used as storage space, and the drawer under it can be opened or closed independently of the personnel standing platform.
If the arrangement device has at least one coupling device, preferably at least partially magnetically formed coupling device, by means of which the movement of the at least two drawer extension guides can be coupled at least temporarily to the movement of the at least one extension guide provided for the personal standing platform, it is then possible to simultaneously also enable the extension of the personal standing platform when the drawer is extended. If this should not be the case, only the force of the coupling device has to be overcome — thus the personnel standing platform remains sunk in the furniture body and only the drawer is extended. By means of the coupling means, it is also ensured that the drawer does not open unintentionally when the personal standing platform is extended and therefore there is the risk that the person using the personal standing platform will get onto or into or hit the drawer when getting off the personal standing platform.
If the at least one coupling device comprises at least one first coupling part and a second coupling part which is preferably detachably connectable or connected to the at least one first coupling part, wherein the first coupling part can be arranged on a front trim of a drawer to be arranged below the personal standing platform and the second coupling part can be arranged on a carrier for the personal standing platform, preferably on an end side of the carrier, the coupling device is not visible in the closed state of the drawer and/or the personal standing platform. The coupling is covered by a front fascia. This has the additional advantage that contamination of the coupling device can be ruled out and its function is always maintained.
An automated ejection of the personnel standing platform and/or the drawer located thereunder is possible if the arrangement device has at least one ejection device for ejecting the personnel standing platform from a closed position arranged in the furniture body into an open position in which the personnel standing platform is arranged at least partially outside the furniture body, preferably wherein the at least one ejection device can be triggered by applying a trigger force in the closing direction. A reversing mechanism into the closed position is also possible. This can be achieved, for example, by an electronic or mechanical trigger which is arranged in the region of the furniture body or in the region of the arrangement device. It is also conceivable to activate the trigger and thus also the ejection device by touching the latching system.
If the weight force based on the weight of the personal standing platform can be compensated by a counter force based on the at least one energy store, wherein the counter force is greater than or equal to the weight force, it is ensured that in the unloaded state of the personal standing platform, the personal standing platform is always in the raised state and thus prevents contact with the substrate lying therebelow.
When the weight force based on the weight of the personal standing platform and the person or the object located thereon is greater than the counter force based on the at least one energy store, it is then ensured that the personal standing platform is lowered under load and that the personal standing platform is fixed in its position. Thus, unintentional movement in the horizontal plane under load by a person or object is prevented.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1a shows that the arrangement 1 is completely in the furniture carcass 4 or can be sunk in the piece of furniture 31 and therefore does not interfere with the use of the piece of furniture 31. Furthermore, fig. 1a schematically shows a person attempting to remove something from a higher lying area of the furniture 31.
However, the person is too small and then opens the deployment device 1 from the closed position into the open position, which is in the furniture 31.
By pulling out the placement device 1, the person can now reach the upper region of the piece of furniture 31 more easily, as shown in fig. 1 b.
Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the arrangement 1. The arrangement device comprises a personnel standing platform 6, which is supported on the support device 5 or can be formed by the support device.
The personal standing platform 6 and/or the support means 5 have two sides 20, 21, on each of which one pull-out guide 2 rests.
The pullout guide 2 mainly has a body rail 11 and a platform rail 10, which are supported so as to be movable relative to each other, the body rail 11 and the platform rail 10. The fastening device 3 is located on the body rail 11 for fastening the pull-out guide 2 on the furniture body 4.
The embodiment of fig. 2 shows how the carrying device 5 extends frame-like in the area under the personnel standing platform 6 and has two supporting devices 17 for supporting the personnel standing platform 6 by a base under the personnel standing platform 6 (see fig. 6). These support means 17 can be adjusted in their height by means of an adjusting element 38.
At least one energy store 8 is located between the people standing platform 6 and/or the carrying device 5 and/or the pull-out guide 2, which lifts the people standing platform 6 against the force of gravity 9. This is achieved, for example, by means of a spring 7 arranged in an energy storage 8. Instead of the spring 7, a pneumatic cylinder, an elastomer, e.g. a rubber element or the like may also be used.
Under the personnel standing platform 6 there is a drawer 24, which is supported on a separate drawer pull-out guide 23, which is not visible in fig. 2. In the front region, the drawer 24 has a front trim panel 28, which covers the personnel standing platform 6 and the drawer 24 still underneath in the closed state.
The personnel standing platform 6 is connected to and supported by the carrier 5 by means of at least one support means 15 in the rear region.
Fig. 3 shows a sectional view of the placement device 1. It can be seen how the drawer 24 is in the area below the personnel standing platform 6. The arrangement 1 is in the closed position in the furniture body 4. Once the front trim panel is in the closed position, the entire arrangement 1 is covered by the front trim panel 28, forward on the viewing side of the piece of furniture.
Fig. 4 shows the closed position of the drawer 24 and the person standing platform 6 in the furniture body 4 of the furniture 31. It can be seen how the personnel standing platform 6 is lifted with the carrying means 5 lying therebelow from the base 18 lying therebelow by means of the at least one energy storage 8, and the support means 17 therefore have no contact with the base 18. Thus, a gap 19 is obtained, since the counterforce F is greater than the weight force 9 of the personnel standing platform 6 and the structural assembly arranged thereon in connection therewith.
In this state, the drawer 24 can now be moved out of the furniture carcass 4 separately without the person standing platform 6 being moved in this case. Thus, the drawer 24 can also be utilized independently of the personnel standing platform 6.
The energy store 8 with the preferably internal spring 7 is located essentially in the front half 12 of the pull-out guide 2. In the rear area of the rear half 14 is a support device 15, which supports the personal standing platform 6 horizontally pivotably about a pivot point 16. Thus, a horizontal pivoting of the person standing platform 6 about the pivot point 16 of the support device 15 is effected by the energy store 8 and also against the energy store 8. In other words, the tilting mechanism is generated by the at least one energy store 8 and the rotation point 16.
If the gap 19 should be too small, the support device 17 should, for example, rub over the base 18 when the personnel standing platform 6 is extended, the gap can be enlarged by adjustment of the adjustment element 38. Tolerances on the piece of furniture 31, the furniture carcass 4 or also on the base 18 can also be compensated for by the adjusting element 38.
In the rear region of the furniture carcass 4, there is an ejection device 29, which enables the drawer 24 and/or the personal standing platform 6 to be ejected in an automated manner. In other words, the ejection device 29 can effect a movement of the person standing platform 6 and/or the drawer 24 from the open position into the closed position and vice versa at the same time or independently of one another.
The drawer 24 is connected to the furniture carcass 4 by means of a drawer extension guide 23. A coupling 25 is provided between the front trim panel 28 and the personal standing platform 6 or the support means 5 on the latter, which coupling can couple the movement between the drawer 24 and the personal standing platform 6.
Fig. 5 shows a detail of fig. 4, and it can be seen how the energy store 8 is in an extended, unstressed state. The energy store thus presses the personnel standing platform 6 and the underlying support means 5 away from the underlying platform rail 10, which is mounted so as to be displaceable along the body rail 11.
In the rear, upper region of the front trim 28 is a first coupling part 26, which can establish a connection to the second coupling part 27. The second coupling part 27 is located at the end on the support device 5 and/or the personal standing platform 6. This results in a coupling 25, which may be formed, for example, by a magnet. If the drawer 24 is pulled on and extended, the personnel standing platform 6 is moved together by the coupling means 25. If this is not to be expected, the force, preferably the magnetic force, of the coupling means 25 is overcome by the user and only the drawer 24 is extended, while the personnel standing platform 6 remains in the furniture body 4.
Fig. 6 shows the arrangement device 1 in the loaded state in the open position of the personal standing platform 6, for example by a person on the personal standing platform 6. In this case, the counterforce F based on the at least one energy store 8 is overcome and the personal standing platform 6 is supported by the base 18 via the at least one support device 17.
Undesired movements of the personnel standing platform 6 in the horizontal plane are excluded on the basis of friction generated between the support means 17 and the base 18 by gravity (by the load of the personnel standing on the arrangement 1). The tilting of the personal standing platform 6 and/or the underlying support means 5 about the pivot point 16 of the support means 15 is forced by the movement of the personal standing platform 6 and the underlying support means 5 against the counteracting counter force F of the at least one energy store 8. The personal standing platform 6 is supported here on different areas. On the one hand, in the front region, by means of the at least one support device 17, in the rear region, by means of contact with the body rail 11, which is in direct connection with the furniture body 4 by means of the fastening device 3.
The drawer 24 can in any case be extended in and out independently of the position of the personnel standing platform 6. For this purpose, a drawer pull-out guide 23 is selected, which comprises a further pull-out region relative to the pull-out region of the pull-out guide 2. The pull-out guide must compensate not only for the length of the pull-out region of the personnel standing platform 6, but also for the insertion length of the drawer 24 itself.
However, it is also possible to mount the drawer extension guide 23 not on the furniture carcass 4 but on the support device 17, for example. Therefore, the drawer pull-out guide 23 having a short pull-out region can be selected.
Fig. 7 shows the personnel standing platform 6 in the open position, but in the unloaded state. The counter force F of the at least one energy storage 8 now acts against the force of gravity 9 and lifts the personnel standing platform 6. Thus, the support means 17 lose contact with the substrate 18 and a gap 19 is formed. Subsequently, the person standing platform 6 can be sunk again into the furniture carcass 4.
Fig. 8 shows a support device 5, which is embodied as a frame 33. The frame 33 essentially comprises corner connectors 32 which connect at least one lanyard 39 with the cross beam 22. The at least one support device 17, which is adjustable in terms of its height by means of the adjusting element 38, is also located on the corner connector 32.
In the region of the transverse beam 22, the at least one energy store 8 is located, which is in contact with the person standing platform 6, which is not visible in fig. 8, and is supported by the pull-out guide 2, which is located below the transverse beam 22 and is not visible in fig. 8.
The support device 5 embodied as a frame 33 is directly connected to the personnel standing platform 6 (not visible in fig. 8) located thereon. This can be achieved, for example, by a bolted connection of the corner connectors 32 to the personnel standing platform 6. The personal standing platform 6 is formed here, for example, by a wooden board or the like. By means of the frame structure of the carrier device 5 it is thus possible to fasten different personnel standing platforms 6 to the carrier device 5. Thus, a visual adaptation of the piece of furniture 31 (not visible in fig. 8) can be achieved. Furthermore, the frame structure also allows adaptation to different sizes of furniture by the frame 33 on the basis of different selections of the struts 39 and cross members 22.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic view of the extended drawer 24 with the person standing platform 6 in the extended state in the furniture carcass 4. The personal standing platform 6 may additionally also be extended, wherein the upper region of the drawer 24 is covered. Depending on how long the extension length of the drawer extension guide is selected, the drawer 24 can also be extended in the extended state of the personnel standing platform 6.
Fig. 10 shows an exploded view of the energy storage 8. The energy storage essentially comprises three components. The spring 7 is located between the inner element 34 and the outer element 35. The outer element 35, as can be seen in the previous figures, is connected to the personnel standing platform 6 and/or the underlying carrying means 5. The lower part of the inner element 34 is pushed out of the pull-out rail 2.
The energy store 8 has a connecting element 36 on its inner element 34, which engages in a corresponding connecting opening 37 on the outer element 35 and thus prevents the spring 7 from falling out. By means of this connection, a certain pretension on the spring 7 is also achieved.
Fig. 11a shows the energy store 8 in the loaded state. The gravitational force of the person standing on the platform 6 and the person or object lying thereon is higher than the spring force F of the spring 7 arranged in the energy store 8.
In fig. 11b it is shown how the personnel standing platform 6 has been unloaded and therefore only its weight force 9 acts against the counter force F. The counter force F of the spring 7 is stronger than the gravity force 9, whereby the energy storage 8 is partly relieved of stress.
