Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of communication, and particularly relates to a video playing method and device.
Background
In life, users generally watch television shows through a video player; however, the user often watches the tv series several times, but the watching times must ensure that the progress can be connected, for example, 30 minutes of the 2 nd episode is watched for the first time, and then, when watching the tv series for the second time, the user wants to continue watching the tv series from the 2 nd, that is, 30 minutes, to ensure the connection of the scenarios.
Currently, there are two general ways to achieve this effect:
1. the player is internally provided with a progress recovery function, when a user searches and plays the same TV play, the player can automatically recover the progress of the last playing and continue to play
2. The player provides a history of viewing records from which the user can find the previous progress and then resume playing after clicking.
However, the two implementations described above have the following drawbacks:
1. if a plurality of video players are installed in the electronic device, in the case that the time interval between the two times of watching is longer, the user may forget which video player was used before;
2. in the case of a long viewing interval, the user may forget the name of the previously viewed series, thereby failing to search;
3. the recording of the video progress is only realized in a single video player, and the progress recording across the video players cannot be realized.
4. wherein the target video player is one of the at least one video player associated with the first shortcut play icon.
In the embodiment of the application, the first shortcut playing icon can be arranged on a desktop of the electronic device and is convenient for a user to search. Optionally, in order to enable a user to more intuitively obtain the identification information of the first video and the playing progress information of the first video, which are associated with the first shortcut playing icon, the display content of the first shortcut playing icon includes: the identification information of the first video and the playing progress information of the first video. Fig. 2 shows an alternative display form of the first shortcut playing icon, that is, the first shortcut playing icon directly displays "maqin empire (identifier of the first video), 10% of the 2 nd integrated progress (playing progress information of the first video)".
Optionally, the "first shortcut playing icon" and the "shortcut playing icon" mentioned in the embodiment of the present application both support global desktop search, and the designated playing shortcut icon can be quickly located by searching the keyword.
It should be noted that the first shortcut playing icon is a clickable icon, and the user can open the target video player to play the video after clicking the first shortcut playing icon. If the shortcut playing icon of ' the 2 nd set of progress of Qin empire ' shown in fig. 2 is clicked, the target video player can be opened to play and amplify the 2 nd set of Qin empire ' and the progress is adjusted to 10% to start playing.
As an optional embodiment, in a case that the first shortcut playing icon is associated with one video player, the target video player is the video player associated with the first shortcut playing icon.
As another alternative embodiment, in the case where the first shortcut play icon is associated with at least two video players, the first input includes: a first sub-input and a second sub-input; wherein the second sub-input is used for selecting one video player from a plurality of video players as a target video player;
accordingly, step 102 includes:
displaying the at least two video player icons in response to the first sub-input; for example, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device displays all the video player icons (such as video player 1, video player 2, and video player 3) associated with the first shortcut play icon in a list; it should be noted that the list is ordered according to time by default, and the deletion operation is supported;
and responding to a second sub-input for selecting a target icon from the displayed at least two video player icons, and starting to play the first video from the progress indicated by the video playing progress information through the target video player corresponding to the target icon.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the second sub-input is a double-click or single-click operation on an icon of the video player 1, and the video player 1 is the target video player selected by the user.
In the embodiment of the application, after a user clicks a first shortcut playing icon and selects a video player (if the first shortcut playing icon is only associated with one video player, the video player is selected by default), the electronic device analyzes relevant information (including identification information and playing progress information) of a first video associated with the first shortcut playing icon, opens a selected target video player, automatically searches relevant videos and adjusts the relevant videos, and accordingly progress recovery playing of the first video is achieved.

Optionally, the second input is a single operation or a combined operation preset by a user or a system (such as pressing a power key and a volume down key simultaneously); or, a function button (the function of the function button is to trigger generation of the shortcut playing icon) is displayed in the first video in advance, and the second input is to trigger the function button.
Optionally, when the first shortcut playing icon is generated, the first shortcut playing icon is associated with one video player, and in a default condition, the video player associated with the first shortcut playing icon is a video player which is used when the user triggers generation of the first shortcut playing icon. For example, when a user receives a second input while watching a first video by using the video player 1, the electronic device generates a first shortcut playing icon corresponding to the first video; the first shortcut playing icon is associated with the video player 1, the identification information of the first video and the playing progress information of the first video.
In at least one embodiment of the present application, in order to achieve cross-video player recovery of a video playing progress, one shortcut playing icon may be associated with a plurality of video players, so as to achieve sharing of the playing progress by the plurality of video players. That is, after the generating the first shortcut play icon in response to the second input, the method further includes:
receiving a third input;
associating the first shortcut play icon with the at least one second video player in response to the third input.
For example, the third input is an input to at least one second video player, such as an input corresponding to a drag operation; as shown in fig. 4, the shortcut playing icon of "10% progress of the 2 nd set of the great Qin empire State" is dragged to the icon of the second video player, so that the association operation can be completed, and after the association, the shortcut playing icon can be clicked, and the corresponding video can be opened by using the second video player.
For another example, the third input is an input to the first shortcut playback icon, for example, the third input is an input corresponding to an operation of long-pressing the first shortcut playback icon. After the user presses the first shortcut playing icon for a long time, the electronic device displays other video players which can be associated with the first shortcut playing icon in a list mode, and the user selects one or more video players again, so that the first shortcut playing icon is associated with at least one second video player selected by the user.
As an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving a fourth input to the first identification of the application icon of the third video player; wherein the third video player is associated with at least one shortcut play icon;
in response to the fourth input, displaying a quick play icon associated with the first identifier; the display information of the shortcut playing icon includes: identification information of the video and playing progress information of the video.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the first indicator is a hover button on the third video player, and the user clicks the hover button, and the electronic device displays all the quick play icons associated with the third video player in a list form, such as "xxx 1 50% of set 5 progress", "xxx 2 10% of set 2 progress". It should be noted that the list is ordered by time by default, and the delete operation is supported. Here, "xxx 1" and "xxx 2" are identification information of the video.
Furthermore, the user can directly open the corresponding video through the third video player by clicking the shortcut playing icon, and adjust the corresponding progress for playing.
