For example, the main device controls the first accessory device to be displayed in the gallery mode, the second accessory device to be displayed in the speaker mode, and the third accessory device to be displayed in the selected participant window. When meeting content needs to be shared in a meeting, the main equipment can switch the display mode of a certain or some auxiliary terminals into a selected participant window for display, so that the shared content can be displayed, and other auxiliary terminals still display the current video meeting content. Therefore, different display effects displayed by the plurality of auxiliary devices can be realized in the embodiment, so that the display effect of the video conference is more flexible.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment also provides a video conference system, which comprises a terminal and a server. The server is used for acquiring a conference number of the first terminal after receiving a conference entering instruction sent by the first terminal after starting or joining a video conference; the server is further configured to obtain information of each accessory device corresponding to the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, where the pre-stored information includes: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations; determining whether audio modules of all auxiliary devices corresponding to the first terminal are started; and sending an audio closing instruction to the accessory equipment started by the audio module. And after the accessory equipment receiving the audio closing instruction closes the audio module of the accessory equipment, the accessory equipment returns the information of successful audio closing to the server. The server is further configured to send an invitation-to-join instruction to each accessory device corresponding to the first terminal after it is determined that all the accessory devices corresponding to the first terminal complete audio closing, where the accessory device that receives the invitation-to-join instruction automatically joins the video conference and displays conference content.
Therefore, in the embodiment, by presetting the main device and the accessory devices, after the main device enters the conference, the server is notified, after the server finds out the accessory device information of the main device and the audio opening condition of the accessory devices according to the prestored information, the server sends the instruction to notify the accessory devices of closing the audio, and after the accessory devices are ensured to close the audio, the main device sends the instruction to notify the accessory devices of joining the conference, the accessory devices receiving the instruction can join the conference by themselves, the conference entering operation of each device participating in the conference by manpower is not needed, the video conference efficiency is improved, and the problem of howling caused by the existence of a plurality of sound sources in the conference place can be avoided. In addition, if the audio module of a certain accessory device needs to be started, the server only needs to send an audio starting instruction to the accessory device.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment also provides a video conference system, which comprises a terminal and a server. The server is used for acquiring the conference number of the first terminal after receiving the registration information of the first terminal; acquiring equipment attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and prestored information; if the equipment attribute of the first terminal is the accessory equipment, the server searches out the main equipment information of the first terminal according to the pre-stored information; and judging whether the main equipment of the first terminal is started or joined into the video conference at present, if so, sending an invitation conference instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal automatically joins into the video conference and displays conference content after receiving the invitation conference instruction.
Therefore, in the embodiment, after the auxiliary equipment is registered, the server is notified, the server finds the main equipment information corresponding to the auxiliary equipment and the conference state of the main equipment according to the pre-stored information, if the main equipment opens the conference or joins the conference, an instruction is sent to notify the auxiliary equipment to join the conference, the auxiliary equipment receiving the instruction can join the conference by itself, manual conference joining operation for each piece of equipment participating in the conference is not needed, and the video conference efficiency is improved. Even if a certain accessory device is suddenly disconnected, the conference system of the accessory device only needs to be restarted, and after registration, the accessory device can automatically join the conference again, so that the conference is very convenient and fast.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment also provides a video conference system, which comprises a terminal and a server. The server is configured to obtain the device attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, where the pre-stored information includes: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations; if the first terminal is the accessory equipment, the server finds out main equipment information of the first terminal according to the pre-stored information; the server judges whether the main equipment of the first terminal is currently started or joined in the video conference, if so, judges whether an audio module of the first terminal is started, and if so, sends an audio closing instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal receiving the audio closing instruction returns information of successful audio closing to the server after closing the audio module; and the server sends an invitation conference instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal automatically joins the video conference and displays conference content after receiving the invitation conference instruction.
Therefore, in the embodiment, after the accessory device is registered, the server is notified, the server finds the main device information corresponding to the accessory device and the conference state of the main device according to the prestored information, if the main device opens the conference or joins the conference, the audio opening condition of the accessory device is confirmed, if the audio is opened, the server sends an instruction to notify the accessory device to close the audio, and then the main device sends an instruction to notify the accessory device to join the conference. Even if a certain accessory device is suddenly disconnected, the conference system of the accessory device only needs to be restarted, and after registration, the accessory device can automatically join the conference again, so that the conference is very convenient and fast.
Preferably, in the video conference system according to any one of the above embodiments, the server is further configured to send a conference leaving notification instruction to notify the accessory device corresponding to the main device to leave a conference after receiving the conference leaving instruction of the main device, and the accessory device receiving the conference leaving notification instruction automatically leaves the conference.
Preferably, in the video conference system according to any one of the above embodiments, the server is further configured to obtain respective hardware configurations and network information of the plurality of terminals after the plurality of terminals start a video conference application; and setting the equipment attribute of the terminal with the optimal hardware configuration and network information comprehensive condition as the main equipment. Thus, the master device having the best overall conditions can be selected.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the video conferencing method according to any of the embodiments described above.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (10)

1. A video conferencing method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that after a server receives a conference entering instruction sent by a first terminal after a video conference is started or added, the conference number of the first terminal is obtained;
the server acquires the equipment attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, and acquires the information of each accessory equipment corresponding to the first terminal if the first terminal is a main equipment, wherein the pre-stored information comprises: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations; and
and the server sends an invitation conference instruction to each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal, wherein the auxiliary device receiving the invitation conference instruction automatically joins the video conference and displays conference content.
2. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the video conferencing method further comprises:
and the server starts a conference control function for the terminal with the equipment attribute as the main equipment and closes the conference control function for the terminal with the equipment attribute as the auxiliary equipment.
3. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the video conferencing method further comprises:
after the server receives an inquiry instruction sent by the first terminal, the server inquires the hardware configuration of each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal so as to judge whether a touch screen is arranged in each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal, and returns terminal information with the touch screen in each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal, wherein after the first terminal receives terminal information with the touch screen in each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal returned by the server, a specified terminal is selected from the terminals with the touch screens in each auxiliary device corresponding to the first terminal, and a control function starting instruction is sent to the server, wherein the control function starting instruction carries the specified terminal information;
and after the server receives the control function starting instruction, the server starts the conference control function for the appointed terminal.
4. The video conferencing method of claim 1, wherein the video conferencing method further comprises:
and after receiving a mode conversion instruction sent by the first terminal, the server forwards the mode conversion instruction to a terminal specified in the mode conversion instruction, wherein the terminal receiving the mode conversion instruction switches a display mode to the display mode specified in the mode conversion instruction, and the terminal specified in the mode conversion instruction belongs to the accessory equipment of the first terminal.
5. A video conferencing method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that after a server receives a conference entering instruction sent by a first terminal after a video conference is started or added, the conference number of the first terminal is obtained;
the server acquires the equipment attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, and acquires the information of each accessory equipment corresponding to the first terminal if the first terminal is a main equipment, wherein the pre-stored information comprises: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations;
the server determines whether audio modules of all auxiliary devices corresponding to the first terminal are started or not;
the server sends an audio closing instruction to the accessory equipment started by the audio module, wherein the accessory equipment receiving the audio closing instruction returns the information of successful audio closing to the server after closing the audio module of the accessory equipment;
and after determining that all the accessory devices corresponding to the first terminal complete audio closing, the server sends an invitation conference instruction to all the accessory devices corresponding to the first terminal, wherein the accessory devices receiving the invitation conference instruction automatically join the video conference and display conference content.
6. A video conferencing method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that after a server receives registration information of a first terminal, a conference number of the first terminal is obtained;
the server acquires the equipment attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, wherein the pre-stored information comprises: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations;
if the equipment attribute of the first terminal is the accessory equipment, the server searches out the main equipment information of the first terminal according to the pre-stored information;
the server judges whether the main equipment of the first terminal is started or joined into the video conference at present, if so, an invitation conference instruction is sent to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal automatically joins into the video conference and displays conference content after receiving the invitation conference instruction.
7. A video conferencing method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that after a server receives registration information of a first terminal, a conference number of the first terminal is obtained;
the server acquires the equipment attribute information of the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, wherein the pre-stored information comprises: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for representing that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations;
if the first terminal is the accessory equipment, the server finds out main equipment information of the first terminal according to the pre-stored information;
the server judges whether the main equipment of the first terminal is currently started or joined in the video conference, if so, judges whether an audio module of the first terminal is started, and if so, sends an audio closing instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal receiving the audio closing instruction returns information of successful audio closing to the server after closing the audio module;
and the server sends an invitation conference instruction to the first terminal, wherein the first terminal automatically joins the video conference and displays conference content after receiving the invitation conference instruction.
8. The video conferencing method of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the server assigning conference numbers to the plurality of terminals comprises:
after the plurality of terminals start the video conference application, acquiring the respective hardware configuration and network information of the plurality of terminals;
and setting the equipment attribute of the terminal with the optimal hardware configuration and network information comprehensive condition as the main equipment.
9. A video conferencing system, comprising:
a plurality of terminals; and
the server is coupled with the terminals and is used for acquiring the conference number of the first terminal after receiving a conference entering instruction sent by the first terminal after the first terminal starts or joins the video conference; and is further configured to obtain information of each accessory device corresponding to the first terminal according to the conference number of the first terminal and pre-stored information, and send an invitation instruction to each accessory device corresponding to the first terminal, where the accessory device that receives the invitation instruction automatically joins the video conference and displays conference content,
wherein, the pre-stored information comprises: the conference system comprises conference numbers of all terminals, association relations among the conference numbers and equipment attributes of all the terminals, wherein the equipment attributes are used for indicating that the terminals are main equipment or auxiliary equipment, and the conference numbers of the main equipment and the conference numbers of the auxiliary equipment corresponding to the main equipment have association relations.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the video conferencing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
