The embodiment of the application provides a method for safely arranging chemical enterprise electrical system lines, wherein the method is applied to a device for safely arranging chemical enterprise electrical system lines, and the method further comprises the following steps: obtaining position information of a first chemical industry enterprise; obtaining first environmental climate information according to the position information; obtaining regional function layout diagram information of the first chemical enterprise; acquiring first dangerous area information of the first chemical enterprise according to the area function layout diagram information; obtaining first safety isolation distance information; obtaining second regional information of the first chemical industry enterprise according to the first safety isolation distance information, wherein the second regional information is an adjacent region of the dangerous region information; obtaining electrical system component information of the first chemical industry enterprise; obtaining safety distance information among all components according to the electrical system component information; inputting the first environmental climate information, the first dangerous area information, the second area information and the safety distance information among the assemblies into a first training model to obtain the electrical system circuit layout diagram information of the first chemical industry enterprise; and carrying out circuit layout on the first chemical industry enterprise according to the circuit layout diagram information of the electric system.

Claims (9)

1. A method for safe layout of chemical industry enterprise electrical system lines is applied to a device for safe layout of chemical industry enterprise electrical system lines, and the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining position information of a first chemical industry enterprise;
obtaining first environmental climate information according to the position information;
obtaining regional function layout diagram information of the first chemical enterprise;
acquiring first dangerous area information of the first chemical enterprise according to the area function layout diagram information;
obtaining first safety isolation distance information;
obtaining second regional information of the first chemical industry enterprise according to the first safety isolation distance information, wherein the second regional information is an adjacent region of the dangerous region information;
obtaining electrical system component information of the first chemical industry enterprise;
obtaining safety distance information among all components according to the electrical system component information;
inputting the first environmental climate information, the first dangerous area information, the second area information and the safety distance information among the assemblies into a first training model to obtain the electrical system circuit layout diagram information of the first chemical industry enterprise;
and carrying out circuit layout on the first chemical industry enterprise according to the circuit layout diagram information of the electric system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the device is connected to a first camera and a first audible and visual alarm, the method further comprising:
obtaining first image information, wherein the first image information is surface image information of the electric circuit shot by the first camera;
obtaining surface crack information of the electric circuit according to the first image information;
obtaining insulation skin scrap information of the electric circuit according to the first image information;
obtaining aging degree information of the electric circuit according to the surface crack information and the insulation skin powder information;
judging whether the aging degree information meets preset critical aging degree information or not;
if the aging degree information meets the preset critical aging degree information, first alarm information is obtained and sent out by the first audible and visual alarm, wherein the first alarm information is a first-level alarm;
and sending the first alarm information to a first safety responsible person of the first chemical industry enterprise.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the device is further coupled to a second camera and a second audible light alarm, the method further comprising:
acquiring second image information, wherein the second image information is image information of the electrical equipment connection point shot by the second camera;
judging whether the connection of the electrical equipment connection points is complete or not according to the second image information;
if the electrical equipment connecting point is not connected completely, second alarm information is obtained, the second alarm information is sent by the second audible and visual alarm, wherein the second alarm information is a second-level alarm.
And sending the second alarm information to the first safety responsible person.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining first hazardous area information of the first chemical industry enterprise according to the area functional layout drawing information further comprises:
obtaining the safety level information of each region function according to the region function layout diagram information;
setting standard area function safety level information;
screening out information of each dangerous area from the information of the functional safety level of each area according to the information of the functional safety level of the standard area;
and performing scattered layout on the information of each dangerous area according to the information of the area function layout diagram.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring working qualification information of a first electrical operator;
obtaining circuit layout operation image information of the first electrical operator;
obtaining operation process information of the first electrical operator according to the circuit layout operation image information;
judging whether the operation of the first electric operator is reasonable or not according to the working qualification information and the operation flow information;
if the operation of the first electric operator is unreasonable, first reminding information is obtained;
and reminding the first electrical operator according to the first reminding information.
6. The method of claim 5, before obtaining the information on the qualification of the first electrical operator, further comprising:
obtaining work card punching image information of the first electric operator;
obtaining the working state information of the first electrical operator according to the working card punching image information;
judging whether the working state information meets preset working state information or not;
if the working state information does not meet the preset working state information, a first replacement instruction is obtained;
replacing the first electrical operator with a second electrical operator according to the first replacement instruction.

The method of claim 1, wherein said entering said first environmental climate information, said first hazardous area information, said second area information, and said inter-component safety distance information into a first training model to obtain electrical system layout map information for said first chemical industry enterprise, further comprises:
inputting the first environmental climate information, the first dangerous area information, the second area information and the safety distance information among the assemblies into a first training model for training, wherein the first training model is obtained by training through a plurality of groups of training data, and each group of data in the plurality of groups of training data comprises: said first environmental climate information, said first hazardous area information, said second area information, said safety distance between components information and identification information for identifying an electrical system wiring layout;
and obtaining output information of the first training model, wherein the output information comprises the circuit layout diagram information of the electrical system of the first chemical industry enterprise.
8. An apparatus for a chemical industry enterprise electrical system line safety layout, wherein the apparatus comprises:
a first obtaining unit: the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining the position information of the first chemical industry enterprise;
a second obtaining unit: the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining first environmental climate information according to the position information;
a third obtaining unit: the third obtaining unit is used for obtaining the regional function layout diagram information of the first chemical industry enterprise;
a fourth obtaining unit: the fourth obtaining unit is configured to obtain first dangerous area information of the first chemical industry enterprise according to the area function layout diagram information;
a fifth obtaining unit: the fifth obtaining unit is used for obtaining first safety isolation distance information;
