According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the information of the rental project entering asset preservation is obtained, and the preservation management node is determined according to the information of the rental project; responding to the uploading operation of the security management node, and acquiring an asset security scheme; and acquiring project reorganization information according to the asset preservation scheme for executing the asset preservation scheme. By executing the technical scheme, the process of asset preservation of the financial leasing project can be recorded based on the asset preservation system, supervision audit and data statistics in the asset preservation process can be facilitated, and the working efficiency of asset preservation of the leasing project can be improved.

Claims (15)

1. An asset preservation system, said system comprising: the system comprises an asset security flow initiating module, an asset security scheme issuing module and a project recombination information determining module;
the asset preservation process initiating module is used for acquiring lease project information entering asset preservation and determining a preservation management node according to the lease project information;
the asset security scheme issuing module is used for responding to the uploading operation of the security management node and acquiring an asset security scheme;
and the project reorganization information determining module is used for acquiring project reorganization information according to the asset preservation scheme so as to be used for executing the asset preservation scheme.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the asset preservation procedure initiation module comprises: a rental item information acquisition unit and a security management node determination unit;
the rental project information acquisition unit is used for responding to the filling operation of the customer management node, acquiring the rental project information entering asset preservation, and sending the rental project information to the preservation management node determination unit;
and the security management node determining unit is used for determining the security management node according to the lease project information.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the security management node determining unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the click operation through the button is detected;
if so, determining a security management node according to the lease project information;
if not, returning to the rental item information acquisition unit for reacquiring the rental item information.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the security management node determining unit is further configured to:
and responding to the filling operation of the market and asset management node, and acquiring the rental project information auditing opinions for determining the security management node.

The system of claim 1, wherein the rental item information includes item base information and risk classification information; the project basic information comprises a project name, repayment information and asset information; the risk classification information comprises bad asset rental projects, standing account checking rental projects and pneumatic control management rental projects.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the asset security scheme issuing module comprises: an investigation report acquisition unit and an asset preservation scheme acquisition unit;
the survey report acquisition unit is used for responding to the uploading operation of the security management node and acquiring a survey report of the rental asset security project;
and the asset preservation scheme acquisition unit responds to the uploading operation of the preservation management node to acquire the asset preservation scheme if the confirmation information of the rental asset preservation project survey report is detected.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the asset security scheme issuing module further comprises: an asset security scheme validation unit;
and the asset preservation scheme confirmation unit is used for confirming the asset preservation scheme according to the detected button clicking operation.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the asset preservation scheme validation unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether a return button clicking operation is detected;
if not, confirming the asset preservation scheme;
and if so, modifying the asset preservation scheme according to the returning step until the modification is completed, and confirming the asset preservation scheme.

The system of claim 6, wherein the rental asset security project survey report includes survey lessee information, guarantor information, principal qualification information for mortgages, administration information, asset and liability information, leased matter information, mortgage information, and litigation information.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the project reorganization information determination module comprises: a project reorganization information acquisition unit and a contract change unit;
the project reorganization information acquisition unit is used for determining project reorganization information according to the asset preservation scheme;
and if the contract change unit detects that the restructuring audit passes the button click operation, determining contract change contents according to the project restructuring information so as to be used for executing the asset preservation scheme.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the project reorganization information determination module further comprises: the system comprises a conference information acquisition unit, an asset security scheme execution information acquisition unit and a security execution node confirmation unit;
the conference information acquisition unit is used for responding to the filling operation of the risk management node and determining conference information;
the asset preservation scheme execution information acquisition unit is used for determining asset preservation scheme execution information according to the conference information;
and the security execution node confirmation unit is used for determining the security execution node according to the asset security scheme execution information so as to execute the asset security scheme.
12. The system according to claim 11, wherein the security enforcement node validation unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the asset preservation scheme execution information meets preset execution conditions or not;
if yes, determining a security execution node according to the asset security scheme execution information;
if not, returning to the asset preservation scheme acquisition unit to acquire the modified asset preservation scheme.
13. The system of claim 10, wherein the project reorganization information includes a payment amount, a payment due period, and a payment interest.
14. The system of claim 1, further comprising: an execution result input module and an asset preservation flow ending module;
the execution result input module is used for responding to the filling operation of the security execution node and acquiring the execution result of asset security;
and the asset preservation flow ending module is used for ending the asset preservation flow if the ending button clicking operation is detected.
15. A method of securing assets, the method comprising:
obtaining rental project information entering asset preservation, and determining a preservation management node according to the rental project information;
responding to the uploading operation of the security management node, and acquiring an asset security scheme;
and acquiring project reorganization information according to the asset preservation scheme for executing the asset preservation scheme.
