Abstract
The invention provides a method for using an RFID (radio frequency identification) rubber cap with anti-counterfeiting and tampering detection functions. The RFID chip supports the functions of safety calculation and authentication, realizes one-object-one-code identity identification application, and realizes bidirectional communication with NFC master control equipment in a high-frequency band by adopting a passive communication mode. The RFID tag binds the chip and the antenna coil together, the coil is divided into two parts, the main coil is connected with a chip radio frequency pin to achieve energy acquisition in an electromagnetic coupling mode, the secondary coil is connected with a chip tampering detection pin, after the secondary coil is broken due to commodity unsealing, the unsealed state can be recognized through scanning again, and the unsealed state is transmitted to the NFC master control device according to a relevant protocol. The anti-counterfeiting tamper-proof rubber cap is attached to the sealing position of bottled commodities and used for achieving the functions of commodity identity identification and unsealing detection.

Technical Field

Background

For example, in patents CN201220168533.7 and cn201320111441.x, the anti-counterfeit methods adopted by the present disclosure destroy the electronic tag after the product is used, so as to achieve the anti-counterfeit purpose.
Therefore, the prior art has the main defect that the radio frequency antenna of the electronic tag is disconnected after the electronic tag is unsealed, and the electronic tag cannot work continuously.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a use method of an RFID (radio frequency identification) rubber cap with anti-counterfeiting and tamper detection functions.

initialization: generating a unique key based on a multistage dispersion strategy and writing the unique key into a secure RFID chip, wherein one key and one secret are used for an identity authentication process based on a security algorithm;

The tear-off edge 8 is parallel to the unsealing pull-strip 7. The radio frequency communication coil 2 is arranged at the bottom of the cap body 6.
In the embodiment of the invention, the RFID rubber cap with the anti-counterfeiting and tamper detection functions mainly comprises an RFID chip with a safety algorithm and a matching coil. The RFID chip supports the functions of safety calculation and authentication, realizes one-object-one-code identity identification application, and realizes bidirectional communication with NFC master control equipment in a high-frequency band by adopting a passive communication mode. The LA and the LB are two radio frequency pins of the chip, are connected with two ends of a main coil (a radio frequency communication coil 2) and are used for receiving radio frequency signals and collecting energy; TD1 and TD2 are two open bottle detection pins, connected to both ends of the secondary coil (tamper-proof coil 3), and used for detecting whether or not the bottle is opened.
The mechanism for realizing the bottle opening detection is as follows:
the main coil acquires energy based on an electromagnetic coupling principle and provides the energy for the chip, and the chip is activated to start working;
after the chip is activated, the connection state of the TD1 and the TD2 is automatically detected. The state is a non-disconnected state when leaving factory, and when the secondary coil is disconnected, the state value is permanently modified to be disconnected;
when the secondary coil is reconnected or the chip is transferred for reuse, the chip can detect that tampering has occurred.
The specific application method is as follows:
1. electronic tag initialization process: the label is compounded before the rubber cap, a unique key is generated based on a multistage dispersion strategy and is written into a chip, and one core and one secret are used for the identity authentication process based on a security algorithm.
2. And (3) identity authentication process: the NFC terminal equipment or the NFC mobile phone sends an identification request instruction, and the electronic tag chip returns a random number RT; and then, the intelligent terminal sends an authentication verification instruction, the instruction carries a ciphertext Token1 containing RR and RT information, the electronic tag chip decrypts Token1, sends a response ciphertext Token2 after comparing the RT information with the RT information, the intelligent terminal decrypts Token2, and the authentication process is completed after comparing the RR information with the RR information.
3. And (3) tampering detection process: and the NFC terminal equipment or the NFC mobile phone sends out a bottle opening detection instruction, and the anti-counterfeiting tamper-proof rubber cap returns state information whether the secondary coil is damaged or not.
4.
