Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lottery terminals, in particular to a method, a device and a system for carrying out integrity verification on a printed lottery.
Background
The traditional lottery terminal generally has the following risks and problems which are difficult to solve when the lottery is sold:
(1) The phenomenon that a printer prints a compressed ticket due to physical, structural or mechanical actions and the like;
(2) Because of the printing data loss caused by a plurality of complex factors such as electromagnetic interference, electrostatic interference or other interference, the content actually printed by the lottery ticket is inconsistent with the expected printing content, and the phenomena of printing blank tickets, compressed tickets, missing tickets or error tickets occur;
(3) The dispute between lottery buyer and lottery selling site is caused by incomplete lottery printed content or other human reasons.
Wherein: the compressed ticket refers to two or more lines of printed contents of the lottery ticket, and the printed contents are pasted or stacked together again, so that the effect that the height of paper occupied by the printed contents is smaller than that of the paper to be occupied, and the compressed ticket is generally understood as being flattened; blank tickets refer to content-free lottery tickets with blank printed contents; missing tickets refer to lottery tickets that lack part of the intended content; the error ticket refers to a lottery ticket with the printed result of the key bet content inconsistent with the expectation, such as a digital error.
In order to solve the above problems, some lottery terminals in the industry and abroad are often provided with a lottery image scanning device, usually a separate CCD or CMOS scanning imaging device is added, and the printed lottery ticket is manually scanned into an image and stored in a storage medium of the lottery terminal. The mode has high cost due to the addition of an independent scanning imaging component, and is not generally equipped on the domestic lottery terminals. This method also fails to realize an automatic mode such as automatic printing of a revocation mark or the like. In addition, in the last few years, a so-called scanning and printing all-in-one machine is developed in China, and two independent components of a printer and a scanner are integrally connected together through adding an intermediate transmission mechanism, namely the so-called traditional scanning and printing all-in-one machine. The mode can realize the automatic verification mode of the lottery theoretically, but the printing of the invalidation mark can only be carried out at the second printing head, and the equipment consists of a plurality of parts, and a mechanical transmission link is added in the middle, so that the cost is still high, the size is large, the desktop space is occupied, the work is unreliable, and the lottery printing machine cannot be popularized and adopted in the industry. The two schemes are that printing is carried out first and then scanning is carried out, and the application effect in the lottery field is poor.
Further, as shown in the chinese patent with application number "201711239571.0", a method, apparatus and device for printing and verifying lottery tickets are disclosed, which adopts Charge Coupled Device (CCD) scanning verification. However, because the CCD needs a depth of field (due to the presence of refraction and reflection optical paths), if the CCD is integrated into a printer, the print core will be very large, or the integration level is not high, and the cost is higher than that of the CIS method, and the working method of the print head and the CCD scanning head is difficult to solve the image distortion.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a method, a device and a system for verifying the integrity of a printed lottery ticket so as to improve the security of lottery ticket sales.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.
In a first aspect, a method for verifying the integrity of a printed lottery ticket is provided, and the method is applied to a lottery ticket sales terminal system, and the system comprises an upper computer and a lower computer which work cooperatively.
The upper computer is a lottery terminal, has the common functions of a common lottery terminal, also has the functions of image identification and processing, can carry out encryption storage and automatic identification on the image of the printed lottery, compares a plurality of characteristic information with the expected printing content, and controls the lower computer to execute preset safety and security operations according to the comparison result.
The lower computer is a scanning and printing all-in-one machine with scanning and printing functions, and the scanning and printing all-in-one machine can also be understood as a part or a part of the lottery terminal. More specifically, the lower computer is a thermal printer capable of synchronously obtaining a scanned image of the printed content, and a scanning imaging system is integrated in the lower computer. The scanning imaging system comprises a scanning imaging unit and a scanning control circuit for controlling the scanning imaging unit. The key point of the lower computer is that the scanning imaging unit is integrated in a printer core of the thermal printer, and the specific position of the scanning imaging unit is positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and a cutter (also called a paper cutter), so that a scanning image for printing lottery tickets can be synchronously obtained when the lottery tickets are printed and are about to be separated from a paper roll (not separated yet). The scanning control circuit is integrated in a printing control panel of the thermal printer and is designed integrally with a control circuit of the thermal printer and integrated together.
The working principle of the lower computer is as follows: when the lottery ticket is printed, after the lower computer receives the instruction of the upper computer, the lower computer synchronously starts the scanning function while printing the lottery ticket, and prints and scans simultaneously. The printing content of a lottery ticket is composed of a plurality of printing point rows, when printing is finished by one point row (or a plurality of point rows) and the paper moving motor advances to the position of the next point row (or a plurality of point rows), the scanning imaging unit finishes scanning the printing content of the previous point row (or a plurality of point rows), simultaneously, the scanning image can be immediately and automatically uploaded to an upper computer (or can be stored in a lower computer optionally), until the lottery ticket printing is finished, a cutter is ready to cut paper, and the lottery ticket is ready to be separated from a paper roll, the paper moving motor stops rotating, the scanning imaging unit stops scanning, the scanning of all the printing content of one lottery ticket is finished, and at the moment, all the printing content of the lottery ticket is completely scanned. All the scanned images of the whole lottery ticket are spliced together to form the complete scanned image of the printed lottery ticket. And finally, according to the image ID sent by the upper computer in advance, the image ID is encrypted and stored according to a specified naming rule, and the image ID can be stored in a storage medium of the upper computer or selected to be stored in the lower computer.
The method comprises the following steps:
s01: when the lottery ticket is printed, the upper computer sends the image ID, the printing content and the related instruction to the lower computer.
When the upper computer sends printing contents and related instructions to the lower computer, the printed lottery tickets and the printed reports are treated differently: when the lottery ticket is printed, the upper computer sends a scanning image ID, printing contents and an instruction comprising a scanning starting instruction and a printing ending mark to the lower computer; when the statistical form is printed, the upper computer does not send a scanning opening instruction and an image ID to the lower computer because the image does not need to be scanned, and only sends printing content and an instruction including a printing ending mark to the lower computer. The two are treated differently, so that the purposes of automatically acquiring the scanned image when the lower computer prints the lottery ticket and not acquiring the scanned image when the report is printed are achieved.
S02: and after receiving the related instruction, the lower computer starts printing according to the printing content and synchronously starts a scanning function to realize printing, scanning and uploading.
The printed content of a lottery ticket is composed of M physical rows (M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1) and M-1 row gaps (referring to blank parts between two physical rows), each physical row and row gap is composed of a plurality of dot rows, and the total number of dot rows of a lottery ticket is assumed to be N (N is a positive integer greater than 1). The height of the physical lines and line spaces typically varies depending on the layout design, but the dot line height is constant and the thermal printer prints in units of dot line heating.
In a first mode, the printing while scanning and uploading refers to: and printing and scanning are synchronously started, when each dot line is printed, the paper feeding motor drives the paper roll to move to the next dot line position, the scanning imaging unit finishes scanning the printed content of the previous dot line, and the scanned image is immediately and automatically uploaded to an upper computer.
In a second aspect, the printing while scanning and uploading refers to: and synchronously starting printing and scanning, wherein each time P dot rows are printed, the scanning imaging unit finishes scanning the printing content of the P dot rows to obtain the scanning images of the P dot rows, and the scanning images are automatically uploaded to an upper computer. Wherein P is an integer greater than 1. It can be seen that the second approach is an extension of the first approach, which corresponds to a special case of the second approach when P is equal to 1.
The specific implementation manner of the second manner may be: after the lottery paper moves for a preset distance or preset time, the scanning control circuit controls the scanning imaging unit to move for the preset distance or preset time to scan to a preset position; the predetermined distance is P times the height of the dot rows, thereby obtaining a scanned image of P dot rows.
Under the second mode, every time a dot row is printed, scanning is not carried out immediately, but scanning is carried out uniformly after P dot rows are printed, and the beneficial effects are that: by properly reducing the scanning frequency, the scanning head (namely, the scanning imaging unit) is prevented from working for a long time, and the working life of the scanning head and the working life of a scanning control circuit are prolonged.
S03: when the printing is finished and the lottery ticket is about to be separated from the paper roll and is not separated yet, a complete scanning image of the printed lottery ticket is synchronously obtained.
When the printing is finished, the paper feeding motor drives the paper roll to advance to the position where the cutter is to cut paper, the paper feeding motor stops rotating, and the scanning of the printing contents of all N dot lines of the lottery ticket, including the scanning of the scanning dead zone, is finished. The "scan dead zone" refers to a region of length S from the end of the lottery paper, S being the distance between the scan line and the print line. Thus, when the lottery ticket is to be separated from the paper roll, the complete scanned image of the printed lottery ticket is obtained by splicing together the scanned images of all the dot rows of the lottery ticket, i.e. simultaneously.
S04: and encrypting and storing the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket according to the image ID and a specified naming rule.
Specifically, the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket can be encrypted and stored in the storage medium of the upper computer in a rolling manner or encrypted and stored in the storage medium of the lower computer in a rolling manner according to the image ID sent by the upper computer in advance, the specified naming rule, the printing sequence of the lottery ticket and a certain storage period (for example, according to the valid period of the prize exchange).
S05: and calling inquiry or automatic identification for the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket according to the image ID, comparing the printing content of the lottery ticket with the expected printing content according to the set characteristics, and verifying whether the result is consistent.
This step includes the following two alternative modes of operation.
a. Manual mode: as mentioned above, all the sales lottery tickets are stored in a rolling way in the storage medium of the upper computer or the lower computer within a certain storage time limit and a certain sequence, and in the effective lottery ticket exchange period, when disputes occur between lottery buyers and sales sites or other needs exist, the complete scanned images of the lottery tickets can be called and inquired manually and compared with the real printed lottery tickets in lottery buyers hands, so as to provide evidence and basis for solving the disputes. This mode does not automatically identify and verify a complete scanned image of a printed lottery ticket. The mode has high lottery selling speed and certain advantages in practical use according to the preference of users.
b. Machine automatic identification mode: after printing of a lottery ticket is finished, the upper computer immediately calls the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket which is just printed to perform automatic identification and compares the complete scanned image with the expected printing content according to a plurality of set characteristics so as to verify whether the printing result is consistent with the expected printing content. The identification and comparison contents comprise one of the feature CODEs of the lottery tickets, two-dimensional CODEs (PDF 417 CODEs, QR CODEs and the like) or bar CODEs (CODE 128, ITF, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN13, EAN8, CODE39, CODE93, CODABAR and the like) or dot matrix CODEs (patterns combined by black square matrixes), the betting contents (English letters and numbers) of the lottery tickets, some specific feature information and the like. If the comparison result is consistent, the lottery ticket is separated from the paper roll by controlling the cutter to complete paper cutting and then the lottery ticket selling is finished after the verification is passed; if the comparison result does not match, the process proceeds to step S06. This mode is more secure and advanced.
S06: and under the automatic identification mode of the machine, if the comparison result is not consistent, the verification is not passed, and the preset safety and security operation is executed.
When the upper computer works in the automatic machine identification mode, if the printed content is found to be inconsistent with the expected printed content after comparison, any one or more contents including blank tickets, incomplete tickets, compressed tickets, error tickets and the like appear, the comparison result does not pass verification, and one of the following safety and security operations can be selected to be executed, wherein the operations are all used for ensuring the safety of the lottery selling process.
a. The upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information, subsequent printing is suspended, and manual intervention and processing are carried out by a salesman;
b. the upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information to suspend subsequent printing, controls a paper feeding motor of the lower computer to retreat, drives a lottery paper roll to retreat for a preset distance, finishes paper cutting after printing a waste mark on a lottery, and then carries out intervention processing on the work of reprinting the lottery by an operator;
c. and the upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information to suspend subsequent printing, controls a paper feeding motor of the lower computer to retreat, drives a lottery paper roll to retreat for a preset distance, finishes cutting paper after printing a waste mark on the lottery, and automatically reprints the lottery conforming to the expected printing content.
As described above, the upper computer sends a scanning start instruction, a scanning image ID, a printing content, a printing end flag, and the like to the lower computer when printing a lottery ticket; and the lower computer starts printing according to the received printing content, synchronously starts scanning, simultaneously prints, scans and uploads, and synchronously obtains a complete scanning image for printing the lottery when the printing is finished and the lottery is to be separated from the paper roll. Wherein, the scanning imaging unit is integrated in a printer core of the thermal printer and is positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and a cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated in a printing control board of the thermal printer. This is the most obvious feature of the present invention that distinguishes it from conventional or other sweeping machines.
Furthermore, the lower computer coordinates and controls printing and scanning to work synchronously and orderly by using signals of a paper feeding motor of the printer and signals of a cutter.
Further, the lower computer sets the time point when the cutter is about to cut paper after printing is finished at the time point when the scanning of the printing content is finished. Therefore, all the printed contents of one lottery ticket can be scanned, and the automatic roll-back of the paper roll when the voided mark needs to be printed is convenient to realize.
In a second aspect, a device for verifying the integrity of a printed lottery ticket is provided, which is applied to a lottery ticket sales terminal system comprising an upper computer and a lower computer working in cooperation. The upper computer is a lottery terminal. The lower computer is a thermal printer which is integrated with a scanning imaging system and has a scanning function, is a scanning and printing integrated machine, and more particularly is a sweeping and printing integrated thermal printer which can synchronously obtain a scanned image of printed contents. The scanning imaging system comprises a scanning imaging unit and a scanning control circuit for controlling the scanning imaging unit, wherein the scanning imaging unit is integrated in a printer core of the thermal printer and is positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and a cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated in a printing control board of the thermal printer and is integrated with a control circuit of the thermal printer. The device comprises: the instruction control module is used for enabling the upper computer to send the image ID, the printing content and the instruction to the lower computer when the lottery ticket needs to be printed; the printing control module is used for enabling the lower computer to print according to the printing content after receiving the instruction; the scanning control module is used for synchronously starting a scanning function when the lower computer prints, realizing printing and scanning as well as uploading, and synchronously obtaining a complete scanning image of a lottery ticket when the printing is finished and the printed lottery ticket is not separated from the roll paper; and the storage control module is used for storing the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket to the upper computer and/or the lower computer according to the image ID and the specified naming rule.
Furthermore, the printing content of a lottery ticket is composed of a plurality of printing point rows, and the printing and scanning are carried out simultaneously: and (3) synchronously starting printing and scanning, finishing scanning the printed content of the previous dot row or P dot rows when printing is finished by one or P dot rows, and automatically uploading the scanned image to an upper computer (or storing the scanned image in a lower computer for the upper computer to call).
Further, the scan control module is specifically configured to: when printing is finished, the paper feeding motor drives the paper roll to rotate to the paper cutting position of the cutter, and scanning of all printed contents of the lottery ticket is finished, wherein scanning of a scanning dead zone with the distance S from the tail end of the lottery ticket paper is finished (S is the distance between a scanning line and a printing line). Thus, when the lottery ticket is to be separated from the paper roll, the scanning images of all the dot lines of the lottery ticket are spliced to synchronously obtain the complete scanning image of the printed lottery ticket.
Further, the storage control module is specifically configured to: and according to the image ID, according to a specified naming rule and the printing sequence of the lottery ticket, within a certain storage period, encrypting and storing the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket in an upper computer storage medium in a rolling way, or encrypting and storing the complete scanned image in a lower computer storage medium in a rolling way.
Further, the apparatus further comprises: a comparison control module for: in the manual mode, the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket is called to inquire according to the image ID when needed; or in the automatic identification mode of the machine, after printing of a lottery ticket is finished, image identification is immediately carried out, the identified printing content is compared with the expected printing content according to the set characteristics to verify whether the result is consistent, and if the comparison result is consistent, the cutter is controlled to cut paper, so that the lottery ticket is separated from the paper roll.
Further, the printing contents identified by the comparison control module comprise the feature codes of the printed lottery tickets and the lottery betting contents; one of a two-dimensional code, a dot code and a bar code of the lottery ticket is also included.
Further, the apparatus further comprises: and the safety guarantee module is used for executing preset safety guarantee operation if the comparison results are not consistent under the automatic machine identification mode.
Further, the security module is specifically configured to: if the comparison shows that the printing content is inconsistent with the expected printing content, and a blank ticket, a defective ticket, a compressed ticket or an error ticket appears, one of the following safety and security operations is selected to be executed:
a. the upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information and suspends subsequent printing;
b. the upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information to suspend subsequent printing, controls a paper feeding motor of the lower computer to retreat, drives a lottery paper roll to retreat for a preset distance, and finishes paper cutting after printing a waste mark on a lottery;
c. and the upper computer or the lower computer sends error reporting information to suspend subsequent printing, controls a paper feeding motor of the lower computer to retreat, drives a lottery paper roll to retreat for a preset distance, finishes paper cutting after printing the waste mark on the lottery, and reprints the lottery conforming to the expected printing content.
Further, the scanning imaging unit is integrated in a printer core of the thermal printer and is positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and the cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated in a printing control board of the thermal printer. The invention is the most obvious characteristic of the invention which is different from the traditional sweeping and cleaning all-in-one machine or other sweeping and cleaning all-in-one machines.
Furthermore, the lower computer coordinates and controls printing and scanning to work synchronously and orderly by adopting signals of a paper feeding motor of the printer and signals of a cutter.
Further, when the upper computer sends a printing instruction to the lower computer, the printed lottery ticket and the printed report are treated differently: when the lottery ticket is printed, a scanning starting instruction, a scanning image ID, printing contents, a printing ending mark and the like are sent to a lower computer; when the sales statistical form is printed, a scanning opening instruction and an image ID are not sent, but printing content and an instruction including a printing ending mark are sent to a lower computer. Therefore, the purposes that the scanning image is automatically acquired when the lower computer prints the lottery ticket and the scanning image is not acquired when the report is printed are achieved.
In a third aspect, a lottery sales terminal system is provided, which comprises an upper computer and a lower computer working in cooperation. The upper computer is a lottery terminal. The lower computer is a thermal printer which is integrated with a scanning imaging system and has a scanning function. The scanning imaging system comprises a scanning imaging unit and a scanning control circuit for controlling the scanning imaging unit, wherein the scanning imaging unit is integrated in a printer core of the thermal printer and is positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and a cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated on a printing control board of the thermal printer. The upper computer is used for sending an image ID, printing contents and instructions to the lower computer when the lottery ticket is printed; the lower computer is used for printing according to the printing content after receiving the instruction, synchronously starting a scanning function, realizing printing, scanning and uploading, and synchronously obtaining a complete scanning image of the lottery when the printing is finished and the printed lottery is not separated from the roll paper; and the upper computer is also used for storing the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket into the upper computer and/or the lower computer according to the image ID and the specified naming rule.
Further, the printing content of a lottery ticket is composed of a plurality of printing point rows, and the printing, scanning and uploading at the same time means that: and (3) synchronously starting printing and scanning, finishing scanning the printing content of the previous dot line or P dot lines every time one or P dot lines are printed, and automatically uploading the scanned image to an upper computer (or optionally storing the scanned image in a lower computer for the upper computer to call).
Further, when the printing is finished, the paper feeding motor drives the paper roll to rotate to the paper cutting position of the cutter, and the scanning of all printed contents of the lottery ticket is finished, wherein the scanning comprises the scanning of a scanning dead zone (S is the distance between a scanning line and a printing line) with the distance S from the tail end of the lottery ticket paper. Thus, when the lottery ticket is to be separated from the paper roll, a complete scanning image of the printed lottery ticket can be synchronously obtained.
Further, the scanning imaging unit is integrated in the printer core and is positioned between the heat-sensitive sheet (also called printing head sheet) and the cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated in the printing control board and is integrated with the control circuit in the printing control board. The invention is the most obvious characteristic of the invention which is different from the traditional sweeping and cleaning all-in-one machine or other sweeping and cleaning all-in-one machines.
Furthermore, the lower computer adopts the signal of a paper feeding motor of the printer and the signal of a cutter to coordinate and control the printing and scanning to synchronously and orderly work.
Further, when the upper computer sends a printing instruction to the lower computer, the printed lottery ticket and the printed report are treated differently: when the lottery ticket is printed, a scanning starting instruction, a scanning image ID, printing contents, a printing ending mark and the like are sent to a lower computer; and when the sales statistical form is printed, a scanning opening instruction and an image ID are not sent to the lower computer. Therefore, the purposes that the scanning image is automatically acquired when the lower computer prints the lottery ticket and the scanning image is not acquired when the report is printed are achieved.
According to the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
the method of the invention utilizes a scanning and printing integrated machine which integrates a printing function and a scanning function, the scanning and printing integrated machine is a thermal printer integrated with a scanning and imaging system, a scanning and imaging unit is integrated in a printer core and positioned between a thermal sensitive sheet (also called a printing head sheet) and a cutter; the scanning control circuit is integrated in the printing control panel, and is designed and integrated together with the thermal printer control circuit. Meanwhile, the paper feeding motor signals are adopted to coordinate printing and scanning to be synchronously and orderly carried out, and the paper cutting time point of the cutter is used as the time point of finishing the image scanning. Therefore, the method realizes that the data of the scanned image is transmitted while the printing and the scanning are carried out, and the complete scanned image for printing the lottery ticket is synchronously obtained when the printing is finished and the cutter is to cut paper. The integrity verification can be carried out on the lottery ticket printing result more quickly, and the lottery ticket verification efficiency is improved. The automatic identification and printing of the voided mark can be easily realized by the scanning and printing all-in-one machine (or the thermal printer capable of synchronously obtaining the scanned image of the printed content). And meanwhile, printing and scanning are synchronously started and carried out, so that the problem of scanning image distortion caused by uneven speed of a paper feeding motor is solved.
The scanning and scanning integrated machine is different from the traditional scanning and scanning integrated machine, does not need separate scanning imaging equipment or integrates two independent components of a printer and a scanner together, and omits an intermediate mechanical transmission link, so that the scanning and scanning integrated machine has the advantages of high integration level, small volume, low cost, quick image scanning, high reliability, selectable automatic mode and manual mode and the like.
The method realizes synchronous completion of lottery printing and image scanning, printing, scanning and uploading, greatly improves the working efficiency compared with the traditional scanning and printing integrated machine (comprising a printer and a scanner, and the scanning is carried out after the printing), reduces the intermediate mechanical transmission and transmission links, and has more reliable work. The thermal printer and the scanning imaging system are highly integrated, and the defects of large size, space occupation, high cost and poor reliability of the traditional scanning and printing integrated machine are overcome. In addition, the lower computer solves the problems that a scanning and sweeping integrated machine adopting a printing head and CCD scanning working mode is difficult to highly integrate and scanned images are easy to distort.
The method has more important significance in that the method is applied to the field of lottery sales, the printing result of the lottery is verified, the problem that the actual printing content is inconsistent with the expected printing content is solved, a solution for the problem that the actual printing content such as printing blank tickets, incomplete tickets, error tickets, compressed tickets and the like is inconsistent with the expected printing content is provided, the security of the lottery sales is greatly improved, and disputes between lottery buyers and lottery sales stations caused by the problem of the lottery printing can be effectively reduced and avoided.

The paper feeding interruption process (3) may include: controlling a motor to feed 1 dot line, scanning the 1 dot line by a scanning imaging unit (CIS), judging whether printing is required to be continuously carried out, inputting the next 1 dot line for printing if required, and interrupting to finish if not required. The thermal printer printing interruption process (4) can comprise the following steps: and (5) closing heating, judging whether the next group of heating is needed, if so, starting the next group of heating for printing, and otherwise, ending the interruption.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is an example of an upper software control flow of the upper computer printing a lottery ticket cooperating with the lower computer. The method comprises the following steps: sending a scanning starting instruction, setting an image ID and sending printing data; inquiring whether the lower computer has data to upload, and if so, reading the image data; judging whether the image data transmission is finished or not, judging whether unprinted data and data missing errors caused by paper missing and the like exist or not, if so, continuously inquiring and reading the image data, and if not, finishing the data transmission; judging whether the lottery ticket needs to be checked (the mode II is automatic identification), finishing the paper cutting operation if the lottery ticket does not need to be checked, and judging the identification if the lottery ticket needs to be checked; and if the printing is incorrect, executing paper returning operation and printing the waste ticket mark, and ending after paper cutting, and if the printing is correct, ending after direct paper cutting.

The advantages include: the image scanning device has the advantages of simple structure, high integration level, small size, space and hardware cost saving, high image scanning speed, no distortion in image imaging, easy subsequent identification, easy realization of automatic processing, high reliability and the like.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for performing integrity verification on a printed lottery ticket, which is applied to the lottery sales terminal system as described above. The method mainly comprises the following steps:
and S01, when the lottery ticket is printed, the upper computer sends the image ID, the printing content and the related instruction to the lower computer.
The method comprises the following specific steps: the printed lottery and the printed report are treated differently: when the lottery ticket is printed, the upper computer sends a scanning starting instruction, a scanning image ID, printing contents, a printing ending mark and the like to the lower computer; when the report is printed, because the image does not need to be scanned, the upper computer does not send a scanning starting instruction and a scanning image ID number to the lower computer, and only sends printing content and a printing ending mark to the lower computer. The two are treated differently, so that the purposes of automatically acquiring the scanned image when the lower computer prints the lottery ticket and not acquiring the scanned image when the report is printed are achieved.
And S02, the lower computer receives related instructions, starts printing according to the printing content, synchronously starts a scanning function, and realizes printing, scanning and uploading simultaneously.
The method comprises the following specific steps: when the lottery ticket is printed, the lower computer synchronously starts the printing and scanning functions after receiving the instruction of the upper computer, and the printing and scanning functions are simultaneously carried out while uploading. The printing content of a lottery ticket is composed of N dot rows, when the paper feeding motor moves forward one step and reaches the next dot row or P dot row, the lower computer finishes scanning the printing content of the previous dot row or P dot row, and the printing and the scanning are synchronously and orderly carried out under the coordination control of the paper feeding motor signal and the cutter signal.
And S03, synchronously obtaining a complete scanning image of the printed lottery when the printing is finished and the lottery is to be separated from the paper roll and is not separated yet.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: when the printing content is finished and the paper feeding motor drives the paper roll to rotate to the point of cutting paper by the cutter, the scanning module finishes scanning the printing content of the previous point line when the paper feeding motor moves to the next point line position, and the scanning control circuit controls the scanning module to stop scanning until the cutter is about to cut the paper and the paper feeding motor stops rotating. This is done in order to complete the scanning of the printed content of the "scan dead zone" of length S (S being the distance between the print line and the scan line) from the end of the lottery ticket paper, which is done at extreme moments. Thus, when a ticket is printed, i.e., is to be separated from the roll by the cutter, a scanned image of the printed ticket is obtained simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 10, a schematic diagram of a lottery ticket printing process is shown. In the drawing, the left square box 100 represents a lottery ticket, and the right side of the lottery ticket 100 is sequentially a printing line 200, a scanning line 300, and a cutter line 400. The printing line 200, the scanning line 300 and the cutter line 400 are respectively located at the corresponding positions of the printing head sheet, the scanning imaging unit and the cutter component. The lottery ticket 100 advances from left to right in the arrow direction, sequentially passes through the printing line for printing, the scanning line for scanning, and the cutting line for cutting paper. Wherein the distance between the print line 200 and the scan line 300 is S.
S04: and encrypting the complete scanned image of the stored lottery ticket according to the image ID and a specified naming rule.
Specifically, the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket can be encrypted and stored in a storage medium of the upper computer in a rolling manner or selectively stored in the lower computer within a certain storage period (for example, within the valid period of the lottery ticket exchange) according to the image ID sent by the upper computer in advance and according to the specified naming rule and printing sequence.
When the step S04 is stored by the upper computer, an image buffer area is arranged in the lower computer, and the scanned image is automatically uploaded to the upper computer. Or the lower computer can directly store the complete image and store the complete image in a storage medium of the lower computer, and the upper computer can fetch the complete image of the printed lottery from the lower computer according to the requirement. In order to ensure safety, the image storage area can be optionally encrypted. By storing the images, the images can be conveniently called for inspection when disputes occur subsequently and the subsequent programs can be further identified and processed.
Optionally, the method of the present invention further includes step S05: in the manual mode, calling and inquiring the scanned image according to the image ID when needed; or, in the automatic machine identification mode, after printing of a lottery ticket is finished, automatic identification is carried out immediately, and the identified printing content is compared with the expected printing content according to the set characteristics so as to verify whether the result is consistent.
This step includes the following two alternative modes of operation.
a. Manual mode: as described above, all the sales lottery tickets are stored in the storage medium of the upper computer or the lower computer in a rolling encryption manner within a certain storage time limit (for example, within the prize exchange validity period) according to the specified storage time limit and printing sequence, and when the lottery tickets are in the valid prize exchange period, disputes occur between lottery buyers and sales sites or other needs, the complete scanned images of the lottery tickets can be manually called and inquired, and compared with the real printed lottery tickets in lottery buyers, so as to provide evidence and basis for solving the disputes. This mode does not automatically identify and verify a complete scanned image of a printed lottery ticket. The mode has high lottery selling speed and certain advantages in practical use according to the preference of users.
b. Automatic machine recognition mode: after printing of a lottery ticket is finished, the upper computer immediately calls the complete scanned image of the lottery ticket which is just printed to automatically identify and compare the complete scanned image with the expected printed content according to a plurality of characteristics so as to verify whether the printed result is consistent with the expected printed content. If the comparison result is consistent, the cutter finishes paper cutting to separate the lottery from the paper roll through verification, and then the lottery selling is finished; and if the comparison result is not consistent, the preset safety and security operation is executed without passing the verification.
Optionally, the method further includes step S06: in the automatic machine identification mode, if the comparison results do not match, the preset safety guarantee operation (automatic machine identification mode) is executed when the comparison result does not pass the verification.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: if the identified content (print result) does not match the expected content, one of the following preset operation modes is performed without passing the verification:
a. sending error reporting information, suspending subsequent printing and carrying out manual intervention processing;
b. sending error reporting information to pause subsequent printing, controlling a paper feeding motor of a printer to roll back, driving lottery paper to roll back for a preset distance, printing a ticket waste mark on the lottery, and manually processing to reprint the lottery;
c. and sending error reporting information to suspend subsequent printing, controlling a paper feeding motor of the printer to retreat, driving the lottery paper to retreat for a preset distance, printing a ticket discarding mark on the lottery, and then automatically reprinting the lottery which meets the expected content of the lottery by the lower computer.
The invention discloses a method for verifying the integrity of a printed lottery ticket. The method mainly comprises the steps that the lower computer prints the lottery ticket according to the image ID, the printing content and the related instructions sent by the upper computer, synchronously starts the scanning function, prints, scans and uploads the printed lottery ticket to obtain a complete scanned image, and the method also comprises the steps of storing and calling the image, identifying and processing the image, comparing the image with the expected content, executing according to a preset safety guarantee operation mode when the comparison is inconsistent, and the like.
