As an optional implementation manner, the information receiving unit is further configured to: in response to the fact that the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment indicates that the target vending equipment is abnormal, sending an acquisition instruction to the target vending equipment, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for indicating to acquire the abnormal information of the target vending equipment; and receiving the abnormal information returned by the target automatic vending equipment based on the acquisition instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whether a target vending device is abnormal or not may be determined according to monitoring information corresponding to the vending device, and specifically, whether a display abnormality or a hardware abnormality or the like is present may be determined based on image analysis of a monitored image of the vending device. Or, the situation of equipment alarm and the like can be determined based on voice analysis of the monitoring video of the automatic vending equipment. If the target automatic vending equipment is determined to be abnormal according to the monitoring information, an obtaining instruction can be sent to the target automatic vending equipment to obtain abnormal information sent by the target automatic vending equipment.
As an optional implementation, the apparatus further includes: a data obtaining unit configured to obtain vending data of the target vending device after performing an anomaly resolution operation on the target vending device according to the anomaly resolution policy; and a result determining unit configured to determine a vending statistic result based on the vending data and vending data of other vending devices.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the abnormity solving operation is performed on the target automatic vending equipment according to the abnormity solving strategy, the vending data of the target automatic vending equipment can be obtained, the influence of the abnormity of the target automatic vending equipment on the vending data is reduced, and more accurate vending data is obtained. Based on the above-mentioned more accurate target vending equipment's that acquires sell data, with other normal operating vending equipment's the data of selling, confirm to sell the statistical result, can improve the degree of accuracy of selling the statistical result. Wherein the sale statistics may include, but are not limited to, a sale category, a sale quantity, a sale amount, and the like.
As an optional implementation, the apparatus further includes: the above-mentioned device still includes: an information acquisition unit configured to acquire abnormality information of each vending apparatus and a corresponding abnormality resolution policy; and the service life estimating unit is configured to estimate the service life of each automatic vending device according to the abnormal information of each automatic vending device and the corresponding abnormal solving strategy.
In the embodiment of the invention, the service life of each automatic vending device can be estimated according to the abnormal information of each automatic vending device and the corresponding abnormal solving strategy, and the machine changing operation can be executed on each automatic vending device under the condition that the service life of each automatic vending device is up to the service life, so that the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal information reported by the abnormal target automatic vending equipment can be received, and the abnormal classification corresponding to the abnormal information is determined, so that the corresponding abnormal solving strategy is determined according to the monitoring information, the abnormal classification and the fault code of the target automatic vending equipment. The abnormity solving operation executed on the target automatic vending equipment based on the determined abnormity solving strategy can be executed quickly, and the abnormity solving effect is improved.
According to a further aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an abnormality solving device of a vending apparatus for implementing the abnormality solving method of the vending apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, the abnormality solving device of the vending apparatus includes a memory 402 and a processor 404, the memory 402 stores a computer program, and the processor 404 is configured to execute the steps of any one of the method embodiments described above through the computer program.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the abnormality solving device of the vending apparatus may be located in at least one of a plurality of network devices of a computer network.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, receiving abnormal information reported by the target automatic vending equipment in each automatic vending equipment, wherein the abnormal information at least comprises fault codes;
s2, determining the abnormal classification corresponding to the abnormal information;
s3, determining an exception resolution strategy corresponding to the target vending equipment based on the monitoring information, exception classification and fault code corresponding to the target vending equipment;
and S4, executing the abnormity solving operation on the target automatic vending equipment according to the abnormity solving strategy.
Optionally, as one of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate, the structure shown in fig. 4 is only an illustration, and the abnormality solving device of the vending apparatus may also be a terminal device such as a smart phone (e.g., an Android phone, an iOS phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a PAD, and the like. Fig. 4 is a view not limiting the structure of the abnormality solving apparatus of the vending machine. For example, the anomaly resolution device of the vending apparatus may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, etc.) than shown in fig. 4, or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 4.
The memory 402 may be configured to store software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method and apparatus for solving the abnormality of the vending device in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 404 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402, that is, implements the method for solving the abnormality of the vending device. The memory 402 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 402 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 404, which may be connected to the terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The memory 402 may be used for storing information such as operation instructions, but is not limited thereto. As an example, as shown in fig. 4, the memory 402 may include, but is not limited to, an information receiving unit 301, a classification determining unit 302, a policy determining unit 303, and an abnormality solving unit 304 in the abnormality solving apparatus of the vending machine. In addition, but not limited to, other module units in the abnormality solving apparatus of the vending device may also be included, and are not described in detail in this example.
Optionally, the transmission device 406 is used for receiving or sending data via a network. Examples of the network may include a wired network and a wireless network. In one example, the transmission device 406 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to a router via a Network cable and other Network devices to communicate with the internet or a local area Network. In one example, the transmission device 406 is a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
In addition, above-mentioned vending equipment's unusual equipment of solving still includes: a display 408 for displaying the display content; and a connection bus 410 for connecting the respective module parts in the abnormality solving apparatus of the above-described vending apparatus.
According to a further aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above-mentioned method embodiments when executed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, receiving abnormal information reported by the target automatic vending equipment in each automatic vending equipment, wherein the abnormal information at least comprises fault codes;
s2, determining the abnormal classification corresponding to the abnormal information;
s3, determining an exception resolution strategy corresponding to the target vending equipment based on the monitoring information, exception classification and fault code corresponding to the target vending equipment;
and S4, executing the abnormity solving operation on the target automatic vending equipment according to the abnormity solving strategy.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, a person skilled in the art may understand that all or part of the steps in the methods of the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing hardware associated with the terminal device, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disks, Read-Only memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

The integrated unit in the above embodiments, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product, may be stored in the above computer-readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be substantially or partially implemented in the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, and including instructions for causing one or more computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers, or network devices) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed client may be implemented in other manners. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit is merely a division of a logic function, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (10)

1. An anomaly resolution method for a vending machine, comprising:
receiving abnormal information reported by a target automatic vending device in each automatic vending device, wherein the abnormal information at least comprises a fault code;
determining an abnormality classification corresponding to the abnormality information;
determining an exception resolution strategy corresponding to the target vending equipment based on the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment, the exception classification and the fault code;
and executing an exception resolution operation on the target automatic vending equipment according to the exception resolution strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an exception resolution policy for the target vending device based on the monitoring information, the exception classification, and the fault code for the target vending device comprises:
determining abnormal components of the target vending equipment based on the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment and the fault code;
and determining an exception resolution strategy matched with the exception component as the exception resolution strategy corresponding to the target vending equipment in each exception resolution strategy corresponding to the exception classification.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the abnormal information reported by the target vending device in each vending device comprises:
in response to the fact that the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment indicates that the target vending equipment is abnormal, sending an obtaining instruction to the target vending equipment, wherein the obtaining instruction is used for indicating to obtain the abnormal information of the target vending equipment;
and receiving the abnormal information returned by the target automatic vending equipment based on the acquisition instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after said performing an exception resolution operation on the target vending device in accordance with the exception resolution policy, the method further comprises:
obtaining vending data of the target vending equipment;
determining a vending statistic based on the vending data and vending data of other vending devices.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
acquiring abnormal information of each automatic vending device and a corresponding abnormal solving strategy;
and estimating the service life of each automatic vending device according to the abnormal information of each automatic vending device and the corresponding abnormal solution strategy.
6. An abnormity solving device of automatic vending equipment, which is characterized by comprising:
the information receiving unit is configured to receive abnormal information reported by a target automatic vending device in each automatic vending device, and the abnormal information at least comprises fault codes;
a classification determination unit configured to determine an abnormality classification corresponding to the abnormality information;
a policy determination unit configured to determine an exception resolution policy corresponding to the target vending device based on the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending device, the exception classification, and the fault code;
an exception resolution unit configured to perform an exception resolution operation on the target vending device according to the exception resolution policy.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the policy determination unit is further configured to:
determining abnormal components of the target vending equipment based on the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment and the fault code;
and determining an exception resolution strategy matched with the exception component as the exception resolution strategy corresponding to the target vending equipment in each exception resolution strategy corresponding to the exception classification.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the information receiving unit is further configured to:
in response to the fact that the monitoring information corresponding to the target vending equipment indicates that the target vending equipment is abnormal, sending an obtaining instruction to the target vending equipment, wherein the obtaining instruction is used for indicating to obtain the abnormal information of the target vending equipment;
and receiving the abnormal information returned by the target automatic vending equipment based on the acquisition instruction.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a data obtaining unit configured to obtain vending data of the target vending device after the abnormality resolution operation is performed on the target vending device according to the abnormality resolution policy;
a result determination unit configured to determine a vending statistic result based on the vending data and vending data of other vending devices.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
an information acquisition unit configured to acquire abnormality information of each vending apparatus and a corresponding abnormality resolution policy;
and the service life estimating unit is configured to estimate the service life of each automatic vending device according to the abnormal information of each automatic vending device and the corresponding abnormal solving strategy.
