Description

Self-service printing method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of printing, and relates to but is not limited to a self-service printing method, a self-service printing device, self-service printing equipment and a storage medium.
Background
In the traditional printing, a printer interacts with a physical identification (work card and password) authentication mode to complete document printing. The authentication mode of physical identification is complicated, and on one hand, the leakage of file information caused by mistaken taking of the printed file is easy to occur; on the other hand, if the printed document is taken away, the person who needs to print the document needs to print again because he does not take the printed document, which also causes unnecessary waste of paper. The workload of the operation of a system administrator by a common face-brushing printer is large, when personnel information is newly added/changed, a user needs to send a picture of the user to the system administrator, and if the picture does not accord with an identification standard, the process is repeated and long.

4) Face recognition is a biometric technology for identity recognition based on facial feature information of a person. A series of related technologies, which are generally called face recognition and face recognition, collect images or video streams containing faces by using a camera or a video camera, automatically detect and track faces in the images, and then perform face recognition on the detected faces.
An exemplary application of the self-service printing system provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below, wherein the terminal in the system provided by the embodiment of the present application may be implemented as various types of authority identification devices such as a notebook computer with an image capturing function, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a mobile device (e.g., a personal digital assistant, a dedicated messaging device), and the like.
Fig. 1A is a schematic flow chart of an implementation process of a self-service printing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1A, the method includes:
s101, responding to a triggered self-service printing service event, and collecting a first biological characteristic of a target user;
in implementations, the biometric characteristic includes at least one of: face information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, and finger vein information.
The face information may be considered as a biological feature, and the biological feature may include face information, fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, finger vein information, and the like, in other words, the printing manner based on face brushing may be understood as a printing manner based on biological feature. Based on this, the face recognition device may be understood as an electronic device that performs biometric recognition (referred to simply as a biometric recognition device), in other words, the biometric recognition device may include a face recognition device, a fingerprint recognition device, a voiceprint recognition device, an iris recognition device, a finger vein recognition device, and the like. Biometric devices are generally portable mobile electronic devices, taking into account factors such as ease of installation.
In some embodiments, taking the collected biometric features as the face information as an example, a binocular camera may be disposed on the biometric recognition device connected to the printing device.
In some embodiments, the biometric device has the capability to collect and compare fingerprint information, voiceprint information, iris information, and finger vein information.
Step S102, in response to the situation that the first biological characteristics are not successfully compared with the pre-stored biological characteristics, obtaining a target user account to be associated;
in some embodiments, the pre-stored biometric characteristic may be obtained from a set of biometric characteristics stored in the biometric characteristic recognition device, or may be obtained from a set of biometric characteristics stored in the background of the biometric characteristic recognition device. At least two pairs of association relations between the biological characteristics and the user account are stored in the biological characteristic set.
In the implementation process, in response to the situation that the first biometric characteristic is not successfully compared with the pre-stored biometric characteristic, that is, the first biometric characteristic is not stored in the biometric characteristic set, the first biometric characteristic needs to be matched with the user account number to be printed for storage. And matching the corresponding user account to acquire a target user account to be associated.
In some embodiments, the user may manually output his account on a display screen of the biometric device, so that the biometric device obtains the target user account to be associated.
In other embodiments, the biometric device may obtain the target user account to be associated by recognizing information of the user identity card.
Step S103, in response to the condition that the target user account is verified to be valid, associating the target biological characteristics of the target user with the target user account to obtain an association relationship, and storing the association relationship; wherein the target biometric comprises the first biometric or a second biometric of the target user that is re-acquired.
In the implementation process, two methods for acquiring the target biological characteristics are provided, including a method I and a method II:
in the first method, when the first biological characteristic (acquired by the biological characteristic recognition device for the first time) meets the association requirement (that is, the biological characteristic required by the association with the target user account is met, which may be understood as a second preset condition below), the first biological characteristic acquired for the first time may be directly used as the target biological characteristic of the target user, and the first biological characteristic and the target user account are associated to obtain an association relationship and store the association relationship.
In the second method, in the case that the first biometric characteristic does not meet the association requirement, for example, in the case that the integrity and/or the clarity of the first biometric characteristic does not meet the requirement, the second biometric characteristic meeting the association requirement needs to be acquired for the second time, and in the acquisition process, the biometric recognition device may give some methods for adjusting the acquisition to the user so that the acquired second biometric characteristic meets the association requirement. And under the condition that the second biological characteristics acquired for the second time meet the association requirements, taking the second biological characteristics as target biological characteristics, associating the second biological characteristics with the target user account to obtain an association relationship, and storing the association relationship.
In some embodiments, after the storage of the association relationship is completed, if the user needs to print a file, the biometric feature of the target user needs to be acquired for the third time, the biometric feature is compared with the stored biometric features preset in the biometric feature set, and the printing is performed under the condition that the comparison is successful. Here, the third biometric integrity and clarity of the third acquisition may be lower than the target biometric.
In the embodiment of the application, the user uses the printer for the first time, the biological characteristics can be automatically input into the biological characteristic recognition device, the association between the biological characteristics and the user account is completed, and the association relation is stored. Therefore, the biological characteristics are automatically input by the biological characteristic recognition equipment without the intervention of an administrator, and the biological characteristics are automatically input and bound with the user account in an integrated manner, so that the biological characteristic recognition equipment is convenient and quick. Therefore, the problem that the workload of the common face brushing printer for operating a system administrator is large, when personnel information is newly added/changed, a user needs to send own photos to the system administrator, and if the photos do not accord with the identification standard, the process is repeated and tedious is solved.
Under the condition that a user needs to print a file, the biological characteristics of the user can be utilized for identification, the printing of the file to be printed under the user account number associated with the biological characteristics of the user is completed, the user can be ensured to identify in the range of a target printer and wait for the transmission of the printed file on the spot, the paper waste and the safety information leakage caused by taking the file late and mistakenly by people are avoided, and a safe, efficient and economical biological characteristic identification printing scheme is established.

Step S226, receiving a biometric response sent by the background of the biometric device, where the biometric response includes the result of successful or unsuccessful comparison.
Taking the biometric device as a face recognition device as an example: the face recognition device is an electronic device with an image acquisition function, and in the implementation process, the face recognition device can be a portable terminal for face recognition, such as a pass machine, and certainly, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a handheld device and the like can also be adopted.
In the implementation process, there are generally two implementation manners for face authentication: the first is done locally in the face recognition device, and the second is done in the background of the face recognition device. This method is suitable for a case where the number of the user group is small, for example, several to several hundreds of people, and the second method is suitable for a case where the number of the user group is large, for example, several thousands or even several tens of thousands of people.
And under the condition that the face authentication is locally completed by the face recognition equipment, the face recognition equipment compares the acquired face image with a locally pre-stored face image, and under the condition that the comparison is successful, a target user account matched with the acquired face image is determined, so that the face authentication is locally completed by the face recognition equipment.
The face identification device can send the collected face image to the background of the face identification device under the condition that the background of the face identification device is finished, the background of the face identification device compares the collected face image with a prestored face image, a target user account matched with the collected face image is determined under the condition that the comparison is successful, and the target user account is returned to the face identification device, so that the face identification is finished in the background of the face identification device.
Step S227, in response to the condition that the first biological characteristics are not successfully compared with the pre-stored biological characteristics, obtaining a target user account to be associated;
step S228, under the condition that the target user account is verified to be valid, associating the target biological characteristics of the target user with the target user account to obtain an association relationship, and storing the association relationship; wherein the target biometric comprises the first biometric or a second biometric of the target user that is re-acquired.
In the embodiment of the application, the biological feature recognition device provides a configuration interface to complete the configuration of the background address of the biological feature recognition device, the address of the user account authentication background and the background of the print server. Therefore, the user account authentication background authenticates the safety of the user account; the background completion of the identification of the biological characteristics is suitable for the situation that a user group has more people, such as thousands of people or even tens of thousands of people; the configuration of the background of the printing device may enable the biometric identification device to be adapted to different models of printing devices.
In the self-service printing method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the biometric characteristic is face information, acquiring the first biometric characteristic of the target user includes acquiring a first face image of the target user, as shown in fig. 3A, the method includes:
step S301, responding to a triggered self-service printing service event, and collecting a first face image of a target user;

in some embodiments, under the condition that the comparison between the first face image acquired by using the binocular camera and the pre-stored face image is not successful, the camera may be used to acquire the card image on the user identity card, and then the card image is identified to obtain the card information. The identified card information at least comprises a target user account and a face image on the user identity card.
In some embodiments, the target user account and the face image corresponding to the user identity card may be identified by a card identification device disposed on the biometric device.
Step S303, verifying the target user account according to a preset verification rule to obtain an account verification result;
in some embodiments, the user may set different validation rules according to actual needs. For example: the number of work card number of a certain company, the rule of setting the card number, etc. And under the condition that the acquired target user account conforms to a preset verification rule, determining that the target user account is in compliance.
Step S304, comparing the second face image with the first face image to obtain a face comparison result;
in the implementation process, the second face image is acquired by using the user identity card and needs to be compared with the first face image acquired on site, so as to determine whether the first face image acquired on site and the second face image corresponding to the user identity card have the same characteristics, that is, whether the first face image and the second face image are face images of the same user.
Step S305, in response to the condition that the account verification result is successful and the face comparison result is successful, determining that the verification is valid for the target user account;
in the implementation process, under the condition that the second face image and the first face image are determined to be the face images of the same user, the comparison result is that the comparison is successful; and under the condition that the second face image and the first face image are not the face images of the same user, the comparison result is that the comparison is not successful. And when the face comparison result is that the comparison is successful, determining that the verification of the target user account is valid, namely the target user account passes the verification.
Step S306, under the condition that the verification of the target user account is valid, associating the target face image of the target user with the target user account to obtain an association relationship and storing the association relationship; wherein the target face image of the target user comprises a second face image or the first face image of the target user acquired again.

Step S315, sending the printing request carrying the target user account to a printing device or a background of the printing device; and the printing request is used for requesting the printing equipment to print the file to be printed corresponding to the target user account.
In the embodiment of the application, the biological feature recognition device obtains the target user account by detecting the user identity card, and sends the printing request carrying the target user account to the printing device or the background of the printing device. In this way, in the case where the target user account has not achieved biometric association recognition, effective printing can be completed by recognizing the user identification card.
In the self-service printing method provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the biological characteristics are face information, the first biological characteristics comprise near-infrared images and color images comprising faces, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S321, responding to a triggered self-service printing service event, and acquiring a near-infrared image and a color image including a human face of a target user;
in the implementation process, the face image may be an image acquired by using a camera with two eyes, including: the system comprises a near-infrared image and a color image, wherein the near-infrared image is used for detecting whether an object to be subjected to business processing is a living body, and the color image is used for identifying the object to be subjected to business processing. The color image may be a Red, Green, Blue (RGB) image, or an image in another color space. Such as Luma Chroma or Chroma (YCbCr) images or YUV images, wherein YUV is a color coding method.
Step S322, performing living body verification on the target user based on the near-infrared image;
in the implementation process, the near infrared image can be used for detecting the material of the target user so as to reduce the attack of video, image, mask or headgear type and complete the living body detection.
In response to the failure of the living body verification, the flow ends. In response to the pass of the living body authentication, the flow proceeds to step S323.
Step S323, in response to the condition that the living body verification is passed, comparing the color image with a pre-stored face image;
in the implementation process, based on the comparison between the color image and the pre-stored face image, the color image can be used for carrying out key point detection, and the comparison between the color image and the pre-stored face image is completed.
Step S324, in response to the situation that the color image is not successfully compared with the pre-stored biological characteristics, obtaining a target user account to be associated;
step 325, in response to the condition that the target user account is verified to be valid, associating the target biological characteristic of the target user with the target user account to obtain an association relationship and storing the association relationship; wherein the target biometric of the target user comprises a color image.
In the implementation process, if the color image acquired for the first time meets the requirement of the binding account, the color image acquired for the first time can be used, and if the color image acquired for the first time does not meet the requirement of the binding account, the color image of the user needs to be acquired for the second time to meet the requirement of the binding account.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the collected near-infrared image is used for carrying out living body detection on a target object, and then, the collected color image is compared with a prestored face image. Therefore, the binocular camera is used for live body detection and color image shooting, and the user can be effectively ensured to perform self-service printing.
