8. A method of servicing a ball valve for ease of servicing as recited in any of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:

step four, when large-scale leakage occurs, the first flange (7) and the second flange (8) are separated through the matching between the fixing screw (10) and the fixing nut (9), and parts with larger interior parts are replaced or maintained;
and step five, after the maintenance is finished, the control rod (28) is lifted, so that the blocking block (42) is far away from the first limiting plate (16), and the valve is communicated.
