Abstract
The invention discloses a variable-speed threshing transmission case which comprises a variable-speed threshing transmission case device, wherein the variable-speed threshing transmission case device consists of an input shaft assembly, an auxiliary variable-speed transmission shaft assembly, a shifting assembly, a bevel gear main transmission shaft assembly and a driven shaft assembly, the input shaft assembly consists of an input shaft, an input shaft transition gear, a belt pulley and a semicircular key, and the auxiliary variable-speed transmission shaft assembly consists of a speed change gear, an auxiliary variable-speed transmission shaft and a transmission shaft transition gear.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a variable-speed threshing transmission case.
Background
The traditional harvester adopts a threshing transmission box with constant rotating speed, and when different crops (wheat, soybean, sorghum, corn and the like) are harvested, different belt pulleys need to be disassembled and replaced to adjust the threshing speed, so that the replacement is more complicated.

A variable-speed threshing transmission case comprises a variable-speed threshing transmission case device, wherein the variable-speed threshing transmission case device consists of an input shaft component 1, an auxiliary variable-speed transmission shaft component 2, a shifting component 3, a bevel gear main transmission shaft component 4 and a driven shaft component 5; the input shaft assembly 1 consists of an input shaft 101, an input shaft transition gear 102, a belt pulley 103 and a semicircular key 104, wherein the belt pulley 103 is connected with the input shaft 101 through the semicircular key 104, and the input shaft transition gear 102 is connected with the input shaft 101 through a spline; the auxiliary variable transmission shaft assembly 2 consists of a variable gear 201, an auxiliary variable transmission shaft 202 and a transmission shaft transition gear 203, wherein the transmission shaft transition gear 203 is connected with the auxiliary variable transmission shaft 202 through a spline; the gear shifting component 3 consists of a shifting fork shaft 301, a shifting fork 302 and a gear shifting rotating shaft 303; the bevel gear main transmission shaft assembly 4 consists of a driving bevel gear 401, a bevel gear main transmission shaft 402, a first-gear driven gear 405, a second-gear driven gear 403 and a third-gear driven gear 404, the first-gear driven gear 405, the second-gear driven gear 403, the third-gear driven gear 404 and the bevel gear main transmission shaft 402 are all connected through splines, and the driving bevel gear 401 is connected with the bevel gear main transmission shaft 402 through splines; the driven shaft assembly 5 consists of a driven shaft 501 and a driven bevel gear 502, the driven bevel gear 502 is connected with the driven shaft 501 through a spline, and the driven shaft 501 is connected with the threshing device through a rectangular spline.
When the power input device is used, the belt pulley is connected with the input shaft through the semicircular key, the transition gear of the input shaft is connected with the input shaft through the spline, and the belt pulley drives the whole input shaft to rotate, so that power input is realized. The power is transmitted by the engagement of a transmission shaft transition gear and an input shaft transition gear on an input shaft, the transmission shaft transition gear is connected with an auxiliary speed change transmission shaft through a spline, a gear shifting rotating shaft drives a shifting fork to move through manual rotation, the shifting fork drives a speed change gear to move, the speed change gear slides on the auxiliary speed change transmission shaft spline through the movement of the shifting fork and can be respectively engaged with a first-gear driven gear, a second-gear driven gear and a third-gear driven gear on a bevel gear main transmission shaft, and the low, medium and high speed switching is realized. The first-gear driven gear, the second-gear driven gear and the third-gear driven gear are connected with a bevel gear main transmission shaft through splines, power is transmitted by the engagement of a speed change gear of the auxiliary speed change transmission shaft and the driven gear of the corresponding gear, and the driving bevel gear is connected with the bevel gear main transmission shaft through splines to transmit the power to the driven shaft. The driven bevel gear is connected with the driven shaft through a spline, the driven bevel gear is meshed with the driving bevel gear on the bevel gear main transmission shaft, and the driven shaft is connected with the threshing device through a rectangular spline, so that power is input into the threshing device from the belt pulley.

A variable-speed threshing transmission case is characterized by comprising a variable-speed threshing transmission case device, wherein the variable-speed threshing transmission case device consists of an input shaft assembly, an auxiliary variable-speed transmission shaft assembly, a shifting assembly, a bevel gear main transmission shaft assembly and a driven shaft assembly.
2. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 1 wherein the input shaft assembly is comprised of an input shaft, an input shaft transition gear, a pulley and a woodruff key.
3. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 2 wherein the pulley is connected to the input shaft by a semicircular key and the input shaft transition gear is connected to the input shaft by a spline.
4. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 1 wherein the counter drive shaft assembly is comprised of a ratio gear, a counter drive shaft and a drive shaft transition gear.
5. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 4 wherein the drive shaft transition gear is splined to the counter drive shaft.
6. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 1 wherein the bevel gear drive shaft assembly is comprised of a drive bevel gear, a bevel gear drive shaft, a first driven gear, a second driven gear and a third driven gear.
7. The variable-speed threshing transmission box of claim 7, wherein the first-gear driven gear, the second-gear driven gear, the third-gear driven gear and the bevel gear main transmission shaft are all connected through splines, and the driving bevel gear is connected with the bevel gear main transmission shaft through splines.
8. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 1 wherein the driven shaft assembly is comprised of a driven shaft and a driven bevel gear.
9. The variable speed threshing transmission of claim 9 wherein the driven bevel gear is splined to a driven shaft, and the driven shaft is splined to the threshing device.
