In one embodiment of the present invention, the hollow layer 94 is filled with the sponge foam sheet 10; meanwhile, the sponge foam boards 10 are arranged in a cross shape; when the air filter works, the sponge foam plate 10 is arranged in the middle layer, so that the noise generated when the air filter works is absorbed; meanwhile, the sponge foam boards 10 are obliquely arranged in a crossed manner, so that the use amount of the sponge foam boards 10 can be reduced, noise is reflected for many times, and the absorption effect is better; the using effect of the air filter is further improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, the dust box 78 is arranged into an arc lower concave shape, and the adhesive tape 11 is pasted in the bottommost end of the dust box 78; when the dust-collecting box works, the dust-collecting box 78 is arranged to be in an arc-shaped concave shape, so that the connecting block 76 enables dust and impurities on the filter element 6 to smoothly fall to the lowest end of the dust-collecting box 78 through the filter element 6; when large-particle impurities fall to the bottom end, the impurities are adhered to the adhesive tape 11, so that the situation that the impurities are blown away by gas is avoided when the air filter works inside; the working effect of the air filter is enhanced.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the connecting block 76 is uneven, and the lower end of the connecting block 76 is provided with a plurality of through holes 12; two sides of the lower surface of the connecting block 76 are fixedly connected with an elastic rope 13; the other end of the elastic rope 13 is connected with an elastic ball 14; the elastic balls 14 are contacted with two sides of the lower end of the dust box 78; when the filter element cleaning device works, the upper surface of the connecting block 76 is arranged to be uneven, so that the contact area between the connecting block 76 and the filter element 6 is increased, and the cleaning effect of the connecting block 76 on the filter element 6 is better; the through hole 12 is formed at the lower end of the connecting block 76, so that when gas enters from the main gas inlet 3, the shielding of the connecting block 76 on the gas is reduced; when the connecting block 76 moves, the elastic rope 13 is driven to drive the elastic ball 14 to move, so that the elastic ball 14 knocks two sides of the lower end of the dust box 78, and therefore impurities on two sides of the lower end of the dust box 78 enter the bottom end, and dust and impurities are better collected; the working effect of the air filter is further enhanced.
When the automobile air filter works, the air filter needs to work all the time when an automobile engine works, but a user often forgets to clean the filter element 6 of the air filter in time, so that the dust accumulated on the air filter is too much to influence the normal work of the air filter, and the service life of the engine is influenced; therefore, the invention arranges a cleaning module 7 at the lower end of the filter element 6; when a user starts the automobile and then preheats the automobile, the controller controls the driving motor 71 to work, so that the driving motor 71 drives the first sliding block 74 to move along the direction of the filter element 6 by driving the screw rod 72, and the first sliding block 74 drives the second sliding block 75 to move by driving the connecting block 76; when the first sliding block 74 moves to the other end of the filter element 6, the driving motor 71 is driven reversely, the first sliding block 74 is driven to drive the connecting block 76 and the second sliding block 75 to move reversely, and the screw rod 72, the polish rod 73, the first sliding block 74 and the second sliding block 75 form a screw rod sliding block pair repeatedly; in the process that the connecting block 76 moves back and forth, the connecting block 76 is in contact with and collides with the filter element 6, the filter element 6 cannot be greatly damaged because the connecting block 76 is made of an elastic material, and impurities adhered to the filter element 6 fall into the dust box 78 through the connecting block 76; when the automobile starts to run, the controller controls the driving motor 71 to stop working, so that the working process of an engine in the running process of the automobile is not influenced in the cleaning process; when the automobile is started next time, the cleaning module 7 works again to ensure the state of the air filter before working; when the dust in the dust box 78 is about to fill the dust box 78, the dust box 78 is manually pulled out along the first sliding groove 77 through the lifting ring 79, and the dust box 78 is put into the lower shell 2 again after the dust is disposed; the use effect of the air filter is improved; when the dust box 78 is cleaned or the filter element 6 is replaced, dust is easy to fly into the main air outlet 4, and the working performance of the engine is affected; the shielding module 8 is arranged beside the main air outlet 4; when the dust box 78 is pulled out, the magnet 86 at the end of the dust box 78 drives the magnet 85 at one end of the elastic rod 83 to drive the elastic rod 83 to slide along the sliding groove 82 through magnetic attraction; when the elastic rod 83 moves to stretch the first elastic belt 81, the first elastic belt 81 shields the main air outlet 4; when the dust box 78 drives the elastic rod 83 to slide to the tail end of the second sliding groove 82, the second sliding groove 82 prevents the elastic rod 83 from continuously sliding, so that the third magnet 86 is separated from the second magnet 85, and the second magnet 85 is magnetically attracted with the first magnet 84 at the tail end of the second sliding groove 82 again; the dust box 78 is drawn out for cleaning, then the upper cover 1 is opened, the old filter element 6 is taken out and replaced by a new filter element 6, at the moment, dust on the filter element 6 cannot enter the main air outlet 4, the upper cover 1 is buckled, and the dust box 78 extends into the lower shell 2; when the dust box 78 slides to the second sliding groove 82, the dust box 78 continues to slide forwards, so that the first magnet 84 is separated from the second magnet 85, the third magnet 86 is magnetically attracted again with the second magnet 85, the dust box 78 continues to drive the elastic rod 83 to reversely slide along the second sliding groove 82, the first elastic belt 81 contracts to expose the main air outlet 4, and the air filter resumes normal operation; the service life of the air filter is prolonged; meanwhile, the filter element 6 needs to be clamped when being placed into the lower shell 2, so that when the air filter works, air does not easily generate noise when entering the lower shell 2, but the filter element 6 needs to be clamped loosely to be taken out conveniently when being replaced; when the filter element 6 needs to be replaced, the two one-way air outlets 93 are pulled out from the air duct 95, so that air in the air duct 95 is discharged, the second elastic belt 96 retracts, a gap is formed between the second elastic belt and the sealing ring 5 again, and the filter element 6 is convenient to take out; the simplicity of the air filter in the using process is improved; therefore, the sponge foam plate 10 is arranged in the middle layer, so that the noise generated by the air filter during working is absorbed; meanwhile, the sponge foam boards 10 are obliquely arranged in a crossed manner, so that the use amount of the sponge foam boards 10 can be reduced, noise is reflected for many times, and the absorption effect is better; the using effect of the air filter is further improved; furthermore, the dust box 78 is arranged to be in an arc-shaped concave shape, so that the connecting block 76 enables dust and impurities on the filter element 6 to smoothly fall to the lowest end of the dust box 78 through the filter element 6; when large-particle impurities fall to the bottom end, the impurities are adhered to the adhesive tape 11, so that the situation that the impurities are blown away by gas is avoided when the air filter works inside; the working effect of the air filter is enhanced; in addition, the upper surface of the connecting block 76 is arranged to be uneven, so that the contact area between the connecting block 76 and the filter element 6 is increased, and the cleaning effect of the connecting block 76 on the filter element 6 is better; the through hole 12 is formed at the lower end of the connecting block 76, so that when gas enters from the main gas inlet 3, the shielding of the connecting block 76 on the gas is reduced; when the connecting block 76 moves, the elastic rope 13 is driven to drive the elastic ball 14 to move, so that the elastic ball 14 knocks two sides of the lower end of the dust box 78, and therefore impurities on two sides of the lower end of the dust box 78 enter the bottom end, and dust and impurities are better collected; the working effect of the air filter is further enhanced.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are based on the observation angle of the person, the side of the device facing the observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and so on.

An air filter for an automobile comprises an upper cover (1), a lower shell (2), a main air inlet (3), a main air outlet (4), a sealing ring (5) and a filter element (6); the upper cover (1) and the lower shell (2) are buckled with each other; the lower end of one side of the lower shell (2) is communicated with the main air inlet (3), and the upper end of the other side of the lower shell (2) is communicated with the main air outlet (4); the sealing ring (5) is fixedly connected to the periphery of the filter element (6), and the sealing ring (5) and the filter element (6) are placed in the lower shell (2); the method is characterized in that: the air filter also comprises a cleaning module (7), a shielding module (8) and a squeezing module (9); the cleaning module (7) comprises a driving motor (71), a screw rod (72), a polished rod (73), a first sliding block (74), a second sliding block (75), a connecting block (76), a first sliding groove (77), an ash deposition box (78) and a lifting ring (79); one end of the driving motor (71) is fixedly connected with the lower shell (2), and the other end of the driving motor (71) is rotatably connected with the screw rod (72); the other end of the screw rod (72) is rotatably connected with the lower shell (2), and the screw rod (72) and the driving motor (71) are positioned on one side of the filter element (6); the polish rod (73) is positioned at the other side of the filter element (6), and two ends of the polish rod (73) are fixedly connected with the lower shell (2); the first sliding block (74) is sleeved on the screw rod (72); the second sliding block (75) is sleeved on the polish rod (73); two ends of the connecting block (76) are respectively and fixedly connected with the first sliding block (74) and the second sliding block (75); a first sliding groove (77) is formed in each of two sides of the lower shell (2); the dust box (78) is positioned at the lower end of the main air inlet (3), and the dust box (78) is in sliding connection with the lower shell (2) through a first sliding groove (77); the lifting ring (79) is positioned on one side of the dust box (78) close to the main air inlet (3), and the lifting ring (79) is fixedly connected with the dust box (78);
the shielding module (8) comprises a first elastic belt (81), a second sliding groove (82), an elastic rod (83), a first magnet (84), a second magnet (85) and a third magnet (86); the upper end of the first elastic belt (81) is fixedly connected with the upper end of the lower shell (2); two second sliding grooves (82) are formed in two sides of the main air outlet (4), the second sliding grooves (82) are L-shaped, and the second sliding grooves (82) are formed in the side surface of the lower shell (2) to the lower bottom surface of the lower shell (2); the tail end of the lower bottom surface of each second sliding groove (82) is fixedly connected with a first magnet (84); an elastic rod (83) is connected in each second sliding groove (82) in a sliding manner; one end of the elastic rod (83) is fixedly connected with the first elastic belt (81), and the other end of the elastic rod (83) is fixedly connected with the second magnet (85); the third magnet (86) is fixedly connected with one end of the dust box (78) close to the main air outlet (4); the first magnet (84) and the second magnet (85) are magnetically attracted, and the second magnet (85) and the third magnet (86) are magnetically attracted;
the squeezing module (9) comprises an air bag (91), a one-way air inlet (92), a one-way air outlet (93), a hollow layer (94), a ventilation pipeline (95) and a second elastic belt (96); the lower shell (2) is of a double-layer structure; the hollow layer (94) is the middle part of the double-layer structure; the vent pipeline (95) is positioned in the hollow layer (94), and the position of the vent pipeline (95) corresponds to the position of the sealing ring (5); the second elastic belt (96) is positioned at the position, corresponding to the air duct (95), of the inner layer of the lower shell (2); the air bag (91) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the main air inlet (3); two unidirectional air outlets (93) are fixedly connected to two sides of the air bag (91), and unidirectional air inlets (92) are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the air bag (91); the other end of the one-way air outlet (93) is communicated with an air duct (95); the one-way air inlet (92) is communicated with the atmosphere.
2. An air cleaner for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the hollow layer (94) is filled with a sponge foam plate (10); meanwhile, the sponge foam boards (10) are arranged in a cross shape.
3. An air cleaner for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the ash deposition box (78) is arranged into an arc-shaped concave shape, and meanwhile, an adhesive tape (11) is pasted in the bottommost end of the ash deposition box (78).

An air cleaner for an automobile according to claim 1, wherein: the upper surface of the connecting block (76) is uneven, and a plurality of through holes (12) are formed in the lower end of the connecting block (76); two sides of the lower surface of the connecting block (76) are fixedly connected with an elastic rope (13); the other end of the elastic rope (13) is connected with an elastic ball (14); the elastic balls (14) are in contact with two sides of the lower end of the dust box (78).
