本发明公开了一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,包括催化转化段壳体、催化氧化剂载体、净化消声段壳体、微粒过滤芯、共振腔、穿孔进气管、排气汇集管、ECU控制系统、进出口压力传感器、燃油喷射器,能将尾气的催化转化、微粒捕集和消声降噪功能集于一体,采用径向流过滤芯实现微粒捕集,有利于降低过滤阻力;在柴油机正常工况下,通过催化氧化与微粒捕集的结构组合,微粒捕集与再生同时进行,实现连续再生;在长期低负荷运行工况下,燃油喷射辅助系统启动,仍保证微粒捕集和再生功能的正常运行。利用穿孔进气管、共振腔、多孔陶瓷的消声功能等设计,能有效消除低、中频噪声。装置具有结构紧凑、微粒捕集效率高、再生过程安全可靠等优点。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及柴油机排气的后处理问题,包括尾气中有害气体净化、微粒物捕集及噪声的控制,具体涉及一种能将柴油机排气微粒捕集与消声降噪功能相结合,并具备在微粒捕集同时,可完成微粒的连续再生功能的处理装置,属于柴油机排气净化与降噪技术领域。
背景技术
柴油机尾气中有害气体及微粒物排放和排气噪声,带来严重的环境污染问题并危害人类健康,排气后处理技术一直是机动车排放控制技术领域研究的热点。现有技术中,柴油机尾气处理与降噪都是分别安装尾气净化装置和消声器,造成后处理系统结构复杂、使用成本高;安装微粒捕集器是控制微粒排放有效技术手段,但随着捕集过程进行和捕集颗粒数量增多,微粒再生方法的研究更为重要。现有微粒捕集器的再生有微波加热再生、喷油助燃再生、电加热再生等技术。上述方法存在再生与微粒捕集难以同步进行以及微波易泄露、耗电功率大、控制系统结构复杂等问题,且不能实现微粒的连续再生。另外,常用过滤方法均采用排气轴向流入过滤体及壁流式绕流的流道设计(如中国专利201521101329.3“一种微波加热再生型柴油机颗粒捕集器”),该方法问题是需增加过滤体直径以减少流动阻力;又如吁璇的“柴油机喷油助燃再生微粒捕集器的设计与数值研究”,微粒再生时,排气通过转换阀在旁通管和微粒捕集器之间切换,存在旁通排气微粒直接排放的问题。与上述技术相比较,氧化催化器和颗粒捕集器组成的连续再生系统更具有技术优势。
发明内容
本发明是克服现有发动机排气后处理系统中尾气净化与降噪装置单独设置,造成系统结构复杂、且微粒捕集和再生存在较多技术障碍的缺陷,通过本发明所设计的结构,将尾气的催化转化、排气的消声降噪和微粒物的捕集与再生等功能进行有效组合,且能实现连续再生的技术效果。
根据本发明提供的一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,用于柴油机排气系统中,安装在废气流过包括排气系统和环境之间的开口的排气系统对应的尾管之前。优选地,该装置是装配状态下水平排列设置,包括排气进口管、过渡连接管、催化转化段壳体、催化氧化剂载体、净化消声段壳体、微粒过滤芯、共振腔、穿孔进气管、排气汇集管、ECU控制系统、进口压力传感器、出口压力传感器、燃油喷射器。
进一步地,装置左侧连接有横截面为圆形的排气进口管,排气进口管与过渡连接管的左端相连接;过渡连接管为横截面面积自左向右逐渐增大的锥形结构,过渡连接管的右端与催化转化段壳体的进口段连接,所述催化转化段壳体内部固定有圆柱状的催化氧化剂载体,载体以堇青石为材质,内部组成为一种网状结构并含有若干全通式孔道,全通式孔道均为并列布置,且各孔道横截面均为正方形,形状和大小均相同;孔道内部涂覆着催化剂。
所述净化消声段壳体的进口通过连接法兰与催化转化段壳体的出口相连接,净化消声段壳体内部分别安装有具有颗粒捕集功能的微粒过滤芯和穿孔进气管,所述微粒过滤芯为圆环状结构,微粒过滤芯安装在圆柱形支撑架上,所述圆柱形支撑架两端分别与净化器左侧端板和净化器右侧端板固定连接,净化器左侧端板和净化器右侧端板又分别与净化消声段壳体固定连接;所述圆柱形支撑架上均匀分布支撑架小孔以便于气流通过;所述微粒过滤芯采用蜂窝状陶瓷材料用做过滤材料。
所述穿孔进气管位于微粒过滤芯内部空间的中间,所述穿孔进气管的左端与喇叭形进口连接,喇叭形进口大端朝向催化转化段壳体出口,穿孔进气管的右端与共振腔相通;穿孔进气管两端分别与净化器左侧端板和净化器右侧端板固定连接。穿孔进气管在过滤芯内部这部分管段上,均匀开有穿孔进气管小孔,小孔直径为8mm。
所述进口压力传感器连接在过渡连接管的下部位置,用于测量排气在进入催化转化段前的排气压力,所述出口压力传感器连接在排气汇集管的左侧,用于测量排气通过微粒过滤芯后的排气压力;所述燃油喷射器连接在净化消声段壳体的前端,靠近催化转化段壳体的出口。

所述柴油机排气净化处理特别是微粒再生方法的具体步骤为:
步骤一:柴油机尾气从排气进口管流入后,流经催化氧化剂载体中各孔道过程中,在催化剂作用下,其中CO和HC被氧化为CO2和H2O,且其中NO被转化为NO2,使NO2浓度提升,由于NO2在较低温度条件下的氧化性比O2还强,有利于在柴油机正常排气温度范围下碳烟颗粒的氧化燃烧,同时因CO和HC的氧化燃烧提高了排气温度,保证了净化消声段所捕集颗粒在柴油机正常工况范围内的连续再生;
步骤二:如果发动机较长时间处于低负荷运行这一特定恶劣工况,导致排气温度明显偏低,微粒过滤芯内微粒连续再生难以进行,ECU利用进口压力传感器和出口压力传感器实时检测的排气在装置进出口压力,并根据检测数据计算出排气背压值达到设定值时,判断需要启动燃油喷射辅助系统,ECU立即启动燃油喷射器喷出定量燃油,通过其燃烧以提高排气温度,促进微粒的氧化燃烧,从而保证在该恶劣工况条件下,微粒再生过程正常进行,并避免过滤器发生堵塞问题;
步骤三:当ECU检测到排气背压值低于设定值,燃油喷射辅助系统停止工作;微粒的再生按照步骤一的连续再生方法进行,也即柴油机运行工况对应除步骤二以外的所有工况。
进一步地,装置右端连接有共振腔,装置下部连接有排气汇集管,排气汇集管上部与净化消声段壳体连接,下部与排气出口管连接。
本实施例提供的一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,具有如下有益效果:
1.将尾气的催化转化、微粒捕集和消声降噪功能集于一体。传统设计要具备上述功能需通过不同装置分别实现,本发明设置的催化转化段,能使HC、CO等转化为CO2和H2O;利用穿孔进气管具有的消声结构、共振腔设计、多孔陶瓷的消声功能和壳内环形空间通道设计,能有效消除低、中频噪声;通过微粒过滤芯结构,可使微粒的捕集效率达到尾气排放标准要求。
2.排气沿径向流过滤芯的结构设计可有效降低过滤阻力。本发明采用径向流过滤芯实现微粒捕集,能通过增加过滤体轴向长度以减少流动阻力;与排气轴向流入滤芯方法相比较,轴向流入必须采用壁流式绕流的流道设计以完成微粒捕集,常需要通过增加过滤体直径以减少流动阻力;由于排气后处理装置径向尺寸增加难度较大,本发明结构显然更合理,且能降低过滤阻力,对排气系统整体布置有利。
3.催化氧化与微粒捕集的组合可有效实现微粒的连续再生。本发明将催化氧化与微粒捕集组合在一个装置,可以利用化学催化的方法降低微粒的反应活化能,使微粒在正常排气温度下燃烧,并使微粒捕集与再生同时进行,实现了微粒的连续再生;且装置结构紧凑简单,使用方便。
4.燃油喷射辅助系统可在特定工况下仍实现微粒再生。当发动机较长时间处于低负荷运行这一特定恶劣工况,将导致排气温度较低,微粒再生难以进行,由此可造成过滤器堵塞、排气阻力剧升。本发明通过ECU检测到排气背压差达到设定值时,启动燃油喷射器喷出定量燃油进入装置内燃烧,可提高排温促进微粒氧化燃烧,因此作为一种补充,保证了在柴油机各种工况(包括少数恶劣工况条件)下,微粒捕集和再生均能正常运行。

本实施例中,装置左侧连接有横截面为圆形的排气进口管1,所述排气进口管与过渡连接管2的左端相连接;所述过渡连接管2为横截面面积自左向右逐渐增大的锥形结构,过渡连接管的右端与催化转化段壳体3的进口端连接,所述催化转化段壳体内部固定有圆柱状的催化氧化剂载体4,本实施例催化氧化剂载体以堇青石为材质,内部组成为一种网状结构并含有若干全通式孔道25,全通式孔道25均为并列布置,且各孔道横截面均为正方形,形状和大小均相同;孔道内部涂覆着Pt和Pd等催化剂。柴油机尾气在流经催化氧化剂载体4中各孔道的过程中,在催化剂作用下,其中CO和HC被氧化为CO2和H2O,且其中NO被转化为NO2,使NO2浓度提升,由于NO2在较低温度条件下的氧化性比O2还强,从而有利于在柴油机正常排气温度范围下碳烟颗粒的氧化燃烧,同时因CO和HC的氧化燃烧提高了排气温度,保证了净化消声段所捕集颗粒在柴油机正常工况范围内的连续再生。
本实施例中,所述净化消声段壳体6的进口通过连接法兰5与催化转化段壳体3的出口相连接,净化消声段壳体6内部分别安装有具有颗粒捕集功能的微粒过滤芯8和穿孔进气管15,所述微粒过滤芯8为圆环状结构,微粒过滤芯安装在圆柱形支撑架9上,所述圆柱形支撑架两端分别与净化器左侧端板22和净化器右侧端板11固定连接,净化器左侧端板和净化器右侧端板又分别与净化消声段壳体6固定连接;所述圆柱形支撑架上均匀分布支撑架小孔16以便于气流通过;本实施例微粒过滤芯8采用蜂窝状陶瓷材料用做过滤材料。排气流过微粒过滤芯时,利用扩散、拦截、惯性碰撞和筛滤捕集机理,将微粒沉积于过滤芯表面和滤芯内部,实现对柴油机尾气中微粒的有效过滤和捕集,净化效率高。当捕集的微粒堆积到一定量时,由于装置上游的催化转化段CO和HC的燃烧提高了排气温度,以及NO被氧化为NO2等有利因素,使捕集的颗粒具备在柴油机正常排气温度范围内氧化燃烧所需条件,保证了微粒捕集芯的连续再生。
本实施例中,所述进口压力传感器24连接在过渡连接管2的下部位置,用于测量排气在进入催化转化段前的排气压力,所述出口压力传感器20连接在排气汇集管17的左侧,用于测量排气通过微粒过滤芯后的排气压力;所述燃油喷射器21连接在净化消声段壳体的前端,靠近催化转化段壳体的出口;用于必要时向内喷油,通过燃油燃烧提高排气温度以促进微粒过滤芯内被捕集颗粒的氧化反应。
本实施例中,所述装置连接有ECU控制系统,ECU控制系统的接口分别与进口压力传感器24、出口压力传感器20、燃油喷射器21相连接;利用进口压力传感器24和出口压力传感器20实时检测排气在装置进出口的压力,并作为ECU计算排气背压值的输入信号;如果发动机较长时间处于低负荷运行这一特定恶劣工况,导致排气温度明显偏低,微粒过滤芯内微粒连续再生难以进行,ECU这时检测到排气背压升高并达到设定值,判断需要启动燃油喷射辅助系统,立即启动燃油喷射器喷出定量燃油,通过其燃烧以提高排气温度,促进微粒的氧化燃烧,从而保证在该恶劣工况条件下,微粒再生过程正常进行,并避免过滤器发生堵塞问题。
本实施例中,所述穿孔进气管15位于微粒过滤芯8的内部环形空间中间,所述穿孔进气管的左端连接喇叭形进口23,且朝向催化转化段壳体3的出口,穿孔进气管的右端与共振腔12相通;穿孔进气管两端分别与净化器左侧端板22和净化器右侧端板11固定连接。穿孔进气管在过滤芯内部这部分管段上,均匀开有穿孔进气管小孔19,小孔直径为8mm。
本实施例中,装置右端连接有共振腔12,共振腔是由共振腔平壁板13和共振腔圆周壁板14围成的空间;所述内侧环形空间10为位于穿孔进气管外壁与圆环状微粒过滤芯8的内壁之间组成的环形空间;所述外侧环形空间7为净化消声段壳体6与圆环状微粒过滤芯外壁之间组成的环形空间。
本实施例中,利用过渡连接管2横截面面积逐渐增大这一锥形结构,形成突然扩张室,排气从排气进口管1流入后,由于截面突变致使声阻抗突变,依据干涉相消原理,可消除部分低频噪声;排气经过渡连接管2进入催化转化段后,在流经安装于催化转化段内网状分布的全通式孔道后,进入穿孔进气管15,从穿孔进气管小孔19流出,经内侧环形空间10流入微粒过滤芯,在此过程中,气流多次发生干涉;同时,利用装置右侧连接的共振腔,声波扩散进入并产生摩擦散热及空腔内共振相消,使声能进一步降低,能有效降低高中频噪声。
本实施例中,装置下部连接有排气汇集管17,排气汇集管上部与净化消声段壳体6连接,下部与排气出口管18连接;经微粒过滤芯捕集微粒并达到排放标准的排气,流入外侧环形空间7,被排气汇集管17收集,从排气出口管流出。
以上实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,包括排气进口管(1)、过渡连接管(2)、催化转化段壳体(3)、催化氧化剂载体(4)、净化消声段壳体(6)、微粒过滤芯(8)、共振腔(12)、穿孔进气管(15)、排气汇集管(17)、ECU控制系统、进口压力传感器(24)、出口压力传感器(20)、燃油喷射器(21);其特征是装置左侧连接有横截面为圆形的排气进口管(1),排气进口管与过渡连接管的左端相连接;过渡连接管(2)为横截面面积自左向右逐渐增大的锥形结构,过渡连接管的右端与催化转化段壳体的进口段连接,所述催化转化段壳体(3)内部固定有圆柱状的催化氧化剂载体,载体以堇青石为材质,内部组成为一种网状结构并含有若干全通式孔道(25),全通式孔道均为并列布置,且各孔道横截面均为正方形,形状和大小均相同;孔道内部涂覆着催化剂;所述净化消声段壳体的进口通过连接法兰(5)与催化转化段壳体的出口相连接,净化消声段壳体内部分别安装有具有颗粒捕集功能的微粒过滤芯(8)和穿孔进气管(15),所述微粒过滤芯为圆环状结构,微粒过滤芯安装在圆柱形支撑架(9)上,圆柱形支撑架上均匀分布支撑架小孔(16)以便于气流通过;所述微粒过滤芯采用蜂窝状陶瓷材料用做过滤材料;所述穿孔进气管位于微粒过滤芯内部空间的中间,所述穿孔进气管的左端与喇叭形进口(23)连接,穿孔进气管的右端与共振腔(12)相通,穿孔进气管在过滤芯内部这部分管段上,均匀开有穿孔进气管小孔(19);所述进口压力传感器(24)连接在过渡连接管的下部位置,所述出口压力传感器(20)连接在排气汇集管的左侧,所述燃油喷射器(21)连接在净化消声段壳体的前端,靠近催化转化段壳体的出口;所述装置连接有ECU控制系统,ECU控制系统的接口分别与进口压力传感器、出口压力传感器、燃油喷射器连接,共同组成燃油喷射辅助系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,其特征在于所述方法的具体步骤为:
步骤一:柴油机尾气从排气进口管流入后,流经催化氧化剂载体中各孔道过程中,在催化剂作用下,其中CO和HC被氧化为CO2和H2O,且其中NO被转化为NO2,使NO2浓度提升,由于NO2在较低温度条件下的氧化性比O2还强,有利于在柴油机正常排气温度范围下碳烟颗粒的氧化燃烧,同时因CO和HC的氧化燃烧提高了排气温度,保证了净化消声段所捕集颗粒在柴油机正常工况范围内的连续再生;
步骤二:如果发动机较长时间处于低负荷运行这一特定恶劣工况,导致排气温度明显偏低,微粒过滤芯内微粒连续再生难以进行,ECU利用进口压力传感器和出口压力传感器实时检测的排气在装置进出口压力,并根据检测数据计算出排气背压值达到设定值时,判断需要启动燃油喷射辅助系统,ECU立即启动燃油喷射器喷出定量燃油,通过其燃烧以提高排气温度,促进微粒的氧化燃烧,从而保证在该恶劣工况条件下,微粒再生过程正常进行,并避免过滤器发生堵塞问题;
步骤三:当ECU检测到排气背压值低于设定值,燃油喷射辅助系统停止工作;微粒的再生按照步骤一的连续再生方法进行,也即柴油机运行工况对应除步骤二以外的所有工况。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油机排气净化处理装置与方法,其特征在于,装置右端连接有共振腔(12),装置下部连接有排气汇集管(17),排气汇集管上部与净化消声段壳体连接,下部与排气出口管(18)连接。
