Abstract
The invention discloses an oil pan, comprising: the oil pan is of a split structure, and one group of opposite side surfaces of the upper shell gradually expands from top to bottom; one set of opposing sides of the lower shell taper from top to bottom. Compared with the traditional straight-wall stamping structure, the height of the oil pan is reduced by increasing the width of the oil pan on the whole, so that the oil pan is convenient to arrange on an engine, and the capacity of engine oil is guaranteed at the same time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engines, in particular to an oil pan, and further relates to a vehicle comprising the oil pan.
Background
The oil pan of the engine is mainly used for storing engine oil and also plays a role in protecting other parts of an engine lubricating system.
The traditional oil pan is generally an integrated structure formed by stamping and molding a thin steel plate, and although the structure is simple, the requirement on the arrangement space of an engine is high. Generally, a fan is assembled on a crankshaft of an engine, the rotating speed of the fan is constant, the heat dissipation capacity is limited, an ideal heat exchange effect cannot be achieved, and the water temperature of the engine is high. In order to solve the problem, the rotating speed of the fan needs to be increased to improve the heat exchange efficiency, generally, the installation position of the fan is increased to increase the transmission ratio of the fan and improve the rotating speed of the fan, so that the heat exchange capacity is improved. However, since the mounting position of the fan and the vehicle radiator is fixed, it is necessary to reduce the height of the oil pan to compensate for the increased height of the fan.
Secondly the oil pan structure of traditional integral type makes its intensity not enough, and at the vehicle in-process of traveling, easy deformation leads to the oil pan to seal not tight to the problem of engine oil leakage appears. In addition, in a diesel engine with a large cylinder diameter, noise caused by vibration of an oil pan due to high-frequency vibration of the engine is very large, and is one of the main sources of engine noise.
Therefore, how to provide an oil pan which is convenient to arrange and has high strength is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Preferably, the side wall of the upper shell is provided with an upper inner reinforcing rib and/or an upper outer reinforcing rib.
Preferably, the side wall of the lower shell is provided with lower inner reinforcing ribs and/or lower outer reinforcing ribs.
Preferably, a group of side surfaces which are gradually enlarged from top to bottom in the upper shell are left and right side surfaces or front and rear side surfaces, and a group of side surfaces which are gradually enlarged from top to bottom in the lower shell are left and right side surfaces or front and rear side surfaces.
Preferably, the upper shell is a cast aluminum shell, and the lower shell is a steel plate stamping shell.
Preferably, the lower end surface of the upper shell and the upper end surface of the lower shell are provided with flanges extending outwards, and the upper shell and the lower shell are fixed by fasteners penetrating through the flanges.
Preferably, a pad plate is arranged at the lower part of the flange of the lower shell.
Preferably, a sealing gasket is arranged between the upper shell and the lower shell.
Preferably, the sealing gasket is of a structure of vulcanized rubber on the surface of the metal framework.
A vehicle comprising an oil pan according to any preceding claim.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the following advantages:
the invention provides an oil pan and a vehicle, comprising: the oil pan is of a split structure, and one group of opposite side surfaces of the upper shell gradually expands from top to bottom; one set of opposing sides of the lower shell taper from top to bottom. Compared with the traditional straight-wall stamping structure, the height of the oil pan is reduced by increasing the width of the oil pan on the whole, so that the oil pan is convenient to arrange on an engine, and the capacity of engine oil is guaranteed at the same time.
